Le meilleur de l'Ăźle de Hilton Head est Ă  Sea Pines. SituĂ© au premier Ă©tage, cet appareil est Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces et restaurants, ainsi que d'ĂȘtre juste une courte promenade ou Ă  vĂ©lo Ă  Harbour Town et de la plage. Le chariot est Ă©galement disponible.

Cette unité joliment décorée dispose d'une vue sur le lagon depuis le pont. Il ya un lit king-size dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux dans la deuxiÚme chambre. Le canapé-lit peut accueillir deux. Les animaux sont interdits et ne pas fumer.

Tennis et billard sont proposés dans le complexe. Trois terrains de golf sont à proximité: Harbour Town Links. Miles de pistes cyclables sont également disponibles.

It was a nice place to stay at. There was a hiccup with the cleaning but the owner was very apologetic - made it right so all good.

Jorge’s place was amazing, close to harbor town, and very spacious! Everything was stocked well and great communication! We’d stay here every time!

Sea Pines-Perfect Location

This is my second time staying at this property and it was absolutely perfect! The bathrooms are newly remodeled and the beds were comfy! We enjoyed the porch and even saw two owls the morning before we left. The location is super close to Harbourtown (we biked there a lot) and easily accessible to everywhere else!

Rented During The Heritage

The location of this condo was perfect during the Heritage golf tournament. It was very clean and the layout was great for our needs. The property manager and owner were fantastic to work with!

The location was perfect! It was close to light house and shopping. The place was clean with very nice updated bathrooms. It has big TVs which made us feel at home. We were very comfortable

Nice villa. Good location

Good location and nice villa for the rate. Manager Jorge was great. One small issue and he took care of it within an hour. I recommend staying here.

Great place!

We had a great time at Wine Fest (Girls weekend). The villa was in a great location. Very comfortable. Jorge was awesome to work with. Very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends! It was 1/2 mile walk to the lighthouse which was perfect.

Nice place

This was a decent rental in a good location. There is a musty smell that is common in older HH rentals and the kitchen needs updated but other than those things, we had an enjoyable stay. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice and updated. A Keurig would be amazing but that’s more of a luxury want than need. Thanks for the nice stay !

Nice 4th of July week

The condo was just as described online - always great for there to be no surprises. My only criticism at all was that the tennis courts really weren't available when we wanted them. It was really hot and playing first thing in the morning was what everyone wanted to do, but the courts were rented out for some tennis camp. Others staying in the villas had the same complaint. We weren't sure if we got some sort of discount or privileges for playing at any of the other courts in Sea Pines, would have been nice for that information to be given. All that said, we had a nice stay.

Honest Opinion

We had trouble with the lock box when we arrived. We couldn't get opened. The doors were hard to lock. The condo smelled when we first walked. I thought it would get better once we opened up the windows for awhile and then after once we had the ac on. The smell never really went away. I didn't like the bathtub in the master bedroom. I was afraid I would fall get in and out of the tub. The kitchen needs updated pots and pans. They seem dirty and wore. The gargage in the kitchen was dirty inside. The location is perfect ! The condo just need some TLC.

Spring Break

Condo was in good shape. Plenty of room and clean. We liked the location - close to Harbour Town. We enjoyed our week very much, but there were a few negatives: - We had to purchase the parking pass for Sea Pines (this seems ridiculous when you are paying over $1,800 for a week. - The parking pass did not allow us to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club - that is for owners only. We had to take a shuttle from a distant location. The beach becomes quite an effort when you have to go to remote parking. We opted to rent bikes to go to the beach. - The balcony of the unit was very dirty and not ready for use. - We were kicked off the tennis courts 2 times during the week by the Smith Stearns Tennis Academy (from Sea Pines). Paying guests should get the priority but that was not the case. In spite of these issues, we enjoyed our week very much - mostly due to the amazing weather.

Great place to stay for The RBC Heritage

We were very happy with the location of this unit, easy walking distance to golf tournament. Also easy walk to great restaurants. I highly recommend this condo. Jorge was excellent to work with and extremely accommodating.

Very good and clean

Overall the condo is all good. It's super clean, well furnished, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Kitchen is well stocked as well. The balcony has a charming view of a small pond surrounded by greenery. Very calming and relaxing. Location is absolutely excellent. It's right by a shopping center with good restaurants, bile rental, coffee shops etc. It's right by, but separated by a patch of forest so it's not visible from the condos at all. There is definitely privacy and a feel of being in a forest. It's also a short bike ride to the Harbor town. Also, tennis courts are in a really good shape and surrounded by trees. Beautiful. One thing to note is that the unit does have a noticeable smell of "moisture" , but again, it's not a surprise and quite common in the low country. We had an excellent stay, and I'd highly recommend it to others.

Loved this rental! Extremely clean and perfect location within Sea Pines; super close to Harbourtown! 1st floor entry of the of condo building was super helpful for bringing in luggage. Owner was very responsive!

Close to Harbor Town

We stayed recently for a long weekend. The condo is walking distance to harbor town. The pool is very close and was nice. Parking was a little frustrating because there were no lines in the spots, but other than that, no complaints!

Great location in Sea Pines!

We had a very enjoyable stay in this villa. The location was great
easy to bike to Harbour Town or South Beach and easy access to pool. It was quiet and easy lock system to access villa. On the other side, the decor, bedding, couches, appliances, and patio furniture were a bit old and dated. Overall it was clean (great updated bathrooms) but socks were left under dresser in 2nd bedroom.
