Bienvenue au 18 on Doust, Unité 18 Seafront Estate, situé dans un superbe complexe en plein cœur de Jurien Bay. À seulement quelques minutes à pied des plages les plus magnifiques de la côte Turquoise, des vues à couper le souffle depuis votre balcon privé, de superbes sites de pêche et de magnifiques parcs à portée de main, pourquoi ne pas vouloir rester ici! Pour les clients, pourquoi ne pas se détendre au bord des piscines et des barbecues communs sont parfaits pour se divertir ou cuisiner les prises quotidiennes.

18 on Doust pour 10 personnes, avec 3 chambres, 2 couchages et 2 salles de bain. Cette grande maison de ville moderne et indépendante est assez grande pour toute la famille! Avec une kitchenette au rez-de-chaussée, une grande pièce à vivre ouverte à l’étage, un balcon privé avec barbecue, une cour sécurisée, l’air conditionné dans les pièces à vivre principales. La literie est composée de 4 reines et de 2 célibataires. Remarque: Veuillez noter que le linge de maison est fourni, les draps, les serviettes et les tapis de bain. Désolé, pas d'animaux.

Le Seafront Estate dispose d'un nombre limité de places de stationnement pour les voitures et les bateaux. Chaque unité dispose de 2 x baies simples pour le stationnement: cela vous donnera un parking pour 2 x voitures ou 1 petit bateau et 1 x voiture. L'unité peut prendre une remorque à bateau jusqu'à 5 mètres maximum avec une restriction de hauteur de 2 mètres environ.

Un contrat de location de vacances doit être rempli pour toutes les réservations. Le contrat de location exige des informations détaillées sur votre nom, votre adresse, le nombre d'invités, ainsi que sur votre carte de crédit et votre permis de conduire. Notre bureau exige de voir la carte de crédit et le permis de conduire du client à son arrivée.

Great house and location. Had some trouble with the keys and door lock but the property manager was very helpful getting new key cut etc.

Great unit in Seafront

Great location and balcony was protected from the winds all weekend. Upstairs bed very comfy but the bottom two were pretty hard even with toppers on. An extra gate key would be handy.

Only thing I “could” complain about was there is no Wi-fi….! Apart from that this accomodation has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Stroll to the beach, shops n pubs….! Couldn’t ask for anything better….would definitely recommend…….!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to shops and the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. If I could make one suggestion it could do with having wifi.

Great spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property close to the beach. Our only comment would be there is no wifi and they didn’t have little things like very basic pantry essentials

Fantastic holiday location

Prime location close to shops, restaurants an beach for swimming & fishing Great for kids. Nice pool area. Would stay here again was a lovely holiday.

The accommodation was great location, very nice but was not cleaned to the best standard. We had visitors from the UK and we had cold showers on the last night - we had a handy guy come out and fix but in the morning we all (8 of us) again had cold showers!

Great place to stay with kids, great location.

Perfect location, within walking distance to everything. Fantastic place for the kids with the swimming pool and lawn area. The bathrooms were clean. Comfy bed. On arrival the place appeared to be clean and well presented, however we were disgusted with the kitchen goods. The glasses, plates, cutlery and utensils were not clean and seemed to have some type of white scale build up. I had to scrub everything we had to use by hand a number of times before we could use them, which improved some of the items, but not all. By the time we left they were in a much cleaner state then when we arrived. The dishwasher appeared clean, however it absolutely stank, the filter hadn't been cleaned out. All this was reported to the property management the first day, however nothing was done to rectify it. It was very disappointing that we went away for a break and ended up having to do the cleaners job and pay for the priveledge!! When your paying $$$$ you expect better. Under the furniture and in the cupboards and drawers were dirty and also due for a thorough clean. If we return to this complex we won't be booking 18 on Doust.

We are glad the guests enjoyed the locality of the Seafront complex. Having views of the ocean is always very relaxing The dishwasher was reported to the owners of the unit and they will be replacing it, which the guests were advised of so there was no need to interupt their stay. As Mrs Marsh said 'Palmolive is good for the hands". The properties are cleaned after every guest so these comments will be forwarded to the cleaners.

The dishwasher was reported to the owner and they will be replacing this. They did not want to interrupt the guests stay to pull out and install the new one.The guests were informed of this and could use the sink for the dishes. We always try to accommodate our guests needs but sometimes this is not enough. All other guests have been enjoying their stays so we hope you can come back and see us again.

Lovely property. Stocked well with serving bowls etc. When we started using cups etc we found they were not clean, but as we used the dishwasher we realised the dishwasher was not cleaning properly. The fourth bedroom was a let down as it was not a seperate room. But on the whole it is a lovely property on a lovely complex. Thank you

Lovely Views and Location

Lovely views of the beach, Great location. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. There had been milk spilled on the stairs and kitchen counters, also there was chewing gum or lollies squished into the floors. The girls said their bed didn't smell like it had been washed, there was a massive hole in the sheet and stains on the sheet. The master bedroom was clean though and had definitely been washed. My other issue was no oven gloves and no decent knives for cutting vegetables. I had to wash all the dishes and cutlery we used too as it was all a bit grubby. I am by no means a clean freak but I do expect linen to be washed and the dishes to be ready to use. Very disappointed.

We ask all arriving guests to report any issues that they find when arriving at the property so we are disappointed that you did not report your concerns to our office. I can assure you that all the bedding is changed after every guest. Had you called us we could have attended and rectified these issue. I hope the views and location will see you back in Jurien Bay
