L'emplacement - Cet appartement moderne est situé dans «The Shoal» ouverture en décembre 2016. Situé à une rue de la célèbre plage de Shoal Bay et de nombreux cafés, restaurants et boutiques. La plage de Shoal Bay est une belle plage immaculée idéale pour la baignade et vous pouvez louer des kayaks et des planches à pagaie pendant les vacances scolaires de haute saison et à Pâques. Il existe de nombreuses pistes cyclables menant à Nelson Bay (à 3 km) et à Fingal Bay (à 4 km). Un service de location de vélos est disponible à Shoal Bay. Il y a aussi une sélection de magnifiques sentiers de randonnée dans le parc national de Tomaree et jusqu'au sommet du mont Tomeree qui offre des vues spectaculaires sur Port Stephens. et la baie

L'appartement - Un appartement climatisé dynamique et souhaitable de deux chambres, offrant un salon ouvert avec salle à manger, coin salon (qui est un canapé-lit à ressorts intérieur) et cuisine entièrement équipée. Toutes les chambres sont meublées selon d'excellents standards, avec des planchers de bon goût et des lumières vers le bas. L'appartement dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et de Netflix. Le grand balcon découle du salon où vous pourrez vous détendre avec un verre de bière ou de vin après votre journée de visites ou la plage et profiter de la vue sur le parc national. Il y a une belle salle à manger en plein air et un barbecue à gaz, vous pouvez également accéder au balcon depuis l'une des chambres. Les deux chambres accueillent des lits queen size et des peignoirs intégrés et une offrant une salle de bains. Il y a aussi une autre salle de bain avec des douches de bonne taille. La buanderie interne dispose d'une laveuse / sécheuse et de matériel de repassage.

Les appartements Shoal disposent d'un ascenseur et d'un parking sécurisé pour un véhicule.

Il y a certainement des détecteurs de fumée dans cette propriété.

Needed to make up beds, not enough towels to cover what be booked for. Dishes were dirty when already packed away, outdoor area dirty look like it wasn’t cleaned for weeks. Inside apartment wasn’t vacuum before we arrived. For the money we paid wasn’t good enough.

Dirty upon arrival

Whilst this apartment was a great location and good size, it was very unclean upon arrival. There was sand on the beds, all over the floor, and the floor was sticky and oily which was not ideal with a 1 year old crawling around. I tried to vacuum and mop the floors, but the vacuum was blocked and the mop was filthy. The coffee table and other furniture had not been wiped down and had coffee stains and dust all over them. There were incorrect sheet sizes left for the bed and the bed was very uncomfortable. Disappointing when you are paying a decent amount of money for accommodation. Definitely would not recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had great time at Shoal Bay. The apartment was conveniently located close to the beac, resturants and the bike hire shop.

Great location

Stayed at this property for a week with our young family. Apartment has all the desired amenities including BBQ, Wifi, Netflix, dryer. We had family in a couple of the other apartments in the building that did not have these things. Location is great; across the road from the Shoal Bay village and easy walking access to beach. One of only two negatives is the intermittent vibration noise the air-con makes whenever it is on. This also happens in the other apartments with reverse cycle so it must be a building-wide issue. If you love the air-con being on alot or overnight, choose an apt with ducted; my parents had a top floor apartment with ducted air con. The other negative is that the managing agent charges extra if you want the beds made up. I think this is a minimum standard when you are dropping a couple of grand for a week's accommodation. They should review this to remain competitive.

Location

Great location, close to all amenities. Very clean and tidy. Only downfall was noise emanating from air conditioner. We contacted agent and informed them of the issue however agent failed to rectify or provide any feedback.
