The Location - Cet appartement moderne est situé dans 'The Shoal'. Situé à une rue de la plage prisée de Shoal Bay et à proximité de nombreux cafés, restaurants et boutiques. La plage de Shoal Bay est idéale pour la baignade. Vous pouvez louer des kayaks et des paddleboards pendant la haute saison des vacances scolaires et à Pâques. De nombreuses pistes cyclables mènent à Nelson Bay (à 3 km) et à Fingal Bay (à 4 km). Il existe également une sélection de sentiers de randonnée dans le parc national de Tomaree et au sommet du mont Tomaree, qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur Port Stephens. et la baie.

L'appartement - L'appartement est bien équipé et meublé dans un style nautique. En entrant dans l'appartement, votre œil vous mène au bout de l'appartement où les portes coulissantes en verre encadrent la vue sur la baie. Le salon décloisonné avec des planchers flottants comprend une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée avec un banc îlot, un grand réfrigérateur avec porte double, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un four. Au-delà de la cuisine se trouve un coin repas, puis le salon est équipé d'un coin salon et d'une grande télévision à écran plat. L'appartement dispose de la climatisation canalisée et du wifi. Depuis le salon, un balcon avec une table et des chaises vous permet de savourer un repas en plein air tout en profitant d'une vue imprenable.

Il y a deux chambres à coucher, une avec un lit king et un lit gigogne en dessous et une salle de bains. L'autre chambre dispose de deux lits simples et le salon du salon se transforme en canapé-lit. La salle de bain principale offre une douche moderne, une coiffeuse et des toilettes et la buanderie interne comprend un lave-linge et un sèche-linge.

Il y a un parking sécurisé pour une voiture et un ascenseur pour rejoindre l'appartement. Il y a certainement des détecteurs de fumée à cet établissement.

Veuillez noter que les draps et les couvertures sont fournis dans cet établissement, mais que vous devrez apporter des draps pour le lit gigogne et le canapé-lit, ou vous pouvez louer du linge chez nous.

Excellent weekend away

A really lovely unit, clean and spacious for our family. Moments walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Very quiet and a really lovely view at all times of the day. Really well priced for a weekend away.

Good location with stunning views. The only shortcoming was we needed to wash dishes and cutlery before use.

A lovely top floor apartment. Clean, fresh and convenient location with great view of the bay. Undercover parking was wonderful. Just make sure you bring handwashing, body wash, tea , coffee, milk etc and tea towels as these aren’t provided.

Apartment has lovely views of Port Stephens. It’s very clean. The bedroom with the twin beds has no windows , so the only way to ventilate this room is with the central air conditioning. There are no accessories at all including soap, although there is linen. Great location.

This property was really nice, beautiful spot with walking access to all the local shops and beach and super close to nelson bay. Everything was super clean and fit our needs perfectly. The only negative was in the main bedroom the blind was not at all stopping the sun from coming in at 6:30am very hard ti be able to sleep past then but other wise was fantastic.

Lovely place for a relax. Poor communication from port Stephens accommodation about the entry process ( car park). Shame there’s nothing in the unit like salt & pepper, oil etc

The room was in a great location and moderately kept in good condition. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cutlery and all the linen was nice and clean. The parts that I didn’t like were that the apartment hadn’t been vacuumed prior to our arrival so there was sand all over the floor. They had a vacuum in a closet but it was marked for owner use only. So the only way to clean was to sweep with a broom. Hardly how I want to spend a holiday. Communication with Port Stephens Accommodation is close to impossible. They don’t respond to messages through Stayz and they never answer the phone straight away and return calls the next day which as far as I am concerned is unacceptable for an accommodation host. Lucky we didn’t have any urgent issues. When I called up to mention about the unvacuumed floor they sent me a text message the next day asking to send an email with a photo. Of course you can’t see it, only feel it all over your feet. I gave up and ended up sweeping.

Our 24-hour reservations line, after-hours service, maintenance team, local trades, staff and cleaners are all available to assist promptly. We have reviewed our communication records and cannot see any messages from you. We would have welcomed the chance to send our cleaners back or arrange assistance right away. This unit is very popular due to its close proximity to the ocean and often has back-to-back bookings. Properties near the coastline can attract additional dust and sand, and our cleaners give these homes extra attention for that reason. We hope to welcome you back again to enjoy the beautiful Port Stephens surroundings.

Great location

This apartment was in such a convenient location with a beautiful view. The apartment was nice but there were dust bunnies under the beds, the quilt covers on the single beds were a bit off colour, the lounge was quiet dirty and was supposed to turn into a bed but was broken/off the tracks. There were 3 adults and 3 kids staying here but only 4 towels supplied (after I emailed prior to check in to see if I needed to bring these and was advised that they were supplied). I sent a message via the stayz app and was told the cleaners would bring over the 2 missing towels but they never did. Lucky there was a washing machine and dryer so we just washed and dried the towels as well as using our beach towels for bath towels. But I cannot fault the location and convenience of this apartment, it was amazing!

Great location

The lounge was dirty, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, the tea towel was that thin it was difficult to wipe anything, the screen door was off its hinge(lucky it wasn’t mosquito time, the plastic chairs outside are very dangerous as they are broken and the garbage bags were very thin (totally useless and there was only 1 green garbage bag!). The place needs some care and needs a few updates to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. The location was great and we loved the 2 bathrooms It was a bit tricky to find we had to ask a few locals to help and then once we got in the car park, the numbers were all over the place. So I had to make a call to check the number to park in and once we found it there was a car in our space! So we were told to park anywhere.

Comfortable, Relaxing Getaway

Great location, stunning view. Check in a Nelson Bay so allow extra time and trundle bed pretty basic but overall would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is centrally located and was presented in usual order. A previous tenant had used kitchen pots and returned them to the cupboard unwashed. It took 45 minutes to scrub them. There was an electrical problem with the hot plate switch which has been reported. Other than that this is a fabulous place to stay and highly recommended. 50 metres walk to town centre and hire businesses. Great proximity to Fisherman's Co-op and Country Club.

Great family apartment

There were 4 adults and 2 young kids that stayed in the flat very comfortably for 4 nights. The flat is in an excellent central location and has stunning views over the bay. Aspects of the flat that we appreciated were the 2 spacious bathrooms, lots of storage ( 3 huge wardrobes), 3 TVs with Netflix, wifi and washing/drying facilities in the flat. On the whole the flat was clean when we arrived but a deeper clean ( vacuuming) under beds wouldn't go astray. Another very useful tip for anyone staying is that there is a switch by the kitchen that seems to control fans in the bathrooms which big left on will be running all night and can be a bit noisy. Overall a great flat for a family holiday- we would definitely stay again.

Shoal Bay

Apartment is lovely, spotlessly clean and very conveniently located. Did not like the check in process of accessing a shipping container and then getting the keys out of a small locker. Only one set of keys provided and none labelled. The lift broke down on Saturday morning and we (us and other people staying in the same block) had no luck or helpful advice from rental people. Broken lift also meant that we were locked out of our apartment for the duration as there were no keys provided to the internal fire stairs. Not happy. Finally gained access by walking into a real estate agent who brought over countless keys to try on the fire stair exits.
