The Location - Barrington est situé en face de la célèbre plage de Shoal Bay et parmi les cafés, restaurants et boutiques de la baie de Shoal. Aussi juste à cinq minutes en voiture de Nelson Bay.

L'Appartement - Cet appartement situé au septième étage dispose d'un ascenseur et offre une vue panoramique sur la baie depuis son balcon. Il ya de l’air canalisé, un salon / salle à manger avec canapé-lit, téléviseur à écran plat, lecteur DVD et Foxtel (forfait sport), une cuisine entièrement équipée avec four, plaque de cuisson, four micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. La chambre principale a un lit double et salle de bains et la deuxième chambre a deux lits simples king qui peuvent ��tre joints, ainsi que la salle de bain principale et un parking sécurisé pour une voiture. Vous aurez également accès à une buanderie commune au cinquième étage. La base idéale pour un court séjour ou des vacances.

Remarque - cet appartement n'a pas accès aux installations de la station.

The apartment had a beautiful view. Beds and pillows were hard. There were a few small cockroaches on arrival. However, overall the apartment was clean and well presented. Excellent location and proximity to the beach and shops.

Apartment was good. Not one message I sent was responded to thoughRequest via message re double beds in both rooms but arrived to find 2 single beds in main bedroom with ensuite. Arrived to toilet running in main bathroom. It flushed but annoying noise all weekend. No response to email sent. Didn’t impact stay but annoying. Had to phone for apartment details (floor and apartment number) as didn’t receive that information. A shame as this was our second visit because flat and location great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful views. However the actual accommodation and furnishings feels old and dated. Most of the equipment doesn’t work well like the iron and the stove. The fridge was working intermittently and when we raised this we were told it was working fine when the owner stayed there the previous day. Then the property manager showed up unannounced and said she thought no one would be there, talk about zero privacy. We were told the fridge wasn’t working properly because it was too full even though there were still lots of empty compartments. You’re only given a single key card which also needs to be inserted in the slot for electronics to work so it’s not very convenient.

It’s well located for lift access too. We have stayed here on multiple occasions due to the views and balcony access.

Great long weekend away

We loved our stay in Shoal Bay. The accommodation is in a convenient location and perfect for a family with 2 young kids. The apartment was very clean and had great views. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the wifi didn’t work. A little more detergent and dishwashing powder would have been good too. Overall very pleasant stay.

Lacking the small touches.

We stayed on level 4 through Alloggio a few weeks ago and loved it. We were disappointed with our stay in comparison. The room wasn’t that clean, we had to make our own beds and only 1 roll of toilet paper in either bathroom...not sure how you expect people to stay in a property for a week without toilet paper. It was a great location and the rooms were a great size. Car parking was easy and Allogio provided us with 2 keys and pick up at the office at late notice. Just disappointment with the cleaning service and preparation of the room before we got there.

Fantastic view

Comfortable apartment with an amazing view over Shoal Bay and surrounds. The kitchen was well equipped with everything required. Only negatives were that the DVD player did not work and the narrow car park ramps (6 of them each way) to get to the allocated car spot. I would certainly stay here again.
