Près du nouveau Gulf Shores Beach Convention Center. Dispose d'un grand balcon privé donnant sur le golfe du Mexique. Ce condo décoré professionnellement est l'endroit où vous voulez être pour vos prochaines vacances à la plage! Il est pratique pour les repas, une épicerie, le shopping et diverses activités de divertissement. Il y a une grande piscine extérieure et un centre de fitness avec vue sur le golfe. Outre un grand bâtiment et un excellent emplacement, le condo lui-même est spacieux avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. Le maître a un lit king-size avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe et l'accès au balcon. La salle de bain privée a une double vasque, une baignoire jacuzzi, une douche carrelée séparée et un dressing. La chambre avant sur la gauche a un lit king-size avec une salle de bain complète privée et un placard. La chambre avant sur la droite a deux lits jumeaux avec accès à la salle de bain complète principale. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat avec DVD si vous préférez vous détendre à l'intérieur. La cuisine a un réfrigérateur, cuisinière / four, micro-ondes, garde-manger, comptoirs en granit, double évier en acier inoxydable, grille-pain, cocottes, casseroles et poêles et cafetière. Il dispose également d'un bar avec 4 tabourets pour manger. Le plan d'étage ouvert permet une vue magnifique depuis la cuisine. La salle à manger a une grande table avec 6 chaises si vous choisissez de dîner. Il y a un service de vaisselle pour 6 personnes avec un ensemble incassable dans l'armoire. Un bar avec un comptoir en granit est situé près du salon pour plus de commodité. Le salon a un canapé et une causeuse très confortables. Les deux ont une vue magnifique à travers les fenêtres et les portes du sol au plafond. Il dispose d'une télévision à écran de 46 "avec un lecteur DVD. Une laveuse et une sécheuse, un fer et une planche à repasser sont situés derrière des portes doubles dans le couloir. L'unité de climatisation est dotée d'un système de nettoyage pour les personnes allergiques. Wifi gratuit. Dernier point mais non le moindre - le balcon. Il y a beaucoup de place sur ce balcon spacieux donnant sur la plage et le magnifique golfe du Mexique. Regardez les dauphins nager, les bateaux naviguent ou détendez-vous simplement avec un magazine ou un livre. "Heaven On Earth" vous attend pour découvrir un paradis de plage! I love the location as well - On the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants!! When we were shopping for a condo to purchase, the fast elevators stood out compared to the other condominiums. And we have 3! Hope you will stay at our condo again next year!

Fabulous Location

The condo was in the perfect spot! Easy beach access. The security guards were great and the parking lots were well observed, The condo was very clean and the property manager was a joy to speak to. It is just the right walking distance from restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful beach front condo close to everything!

We had 3 couples stay here and we had plenty of room! Great location and walking distance to the Hangout. The condo was extremely nice (almost too nice for our needs!) and Paula was very pleasant to work with. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend. We can't wait to stay with you again soon!

San Carlos

We loved staying at San Carlos because they are super friendly and a really clean facility. The condo was really nice on the inside and the beds was really comfortable. There is lots of space for everyone to spread out in as well.

Nice summer vacation spot for our family. Great Condo with all the amenities. The location was fantastic! Easy to walk to Hangout, Pink Pony, Sea and Suds and lots more. Paula was great to work with. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect beach getaway for families

This was my first experience in renting a condo through VRBO, and it way exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect right on the beach, the condo is beautifully decorated and stacked with all the essentials. I was traveling with two little kids (4 and 2 years old) and they loved it. Paula is a perfect host, was very responsive to all our questions and we truly appreciated it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. It was walking distance to a few restaurants and places we went. Paula, the hostess, is wonderful! She was available to answer a few questions we had and told us to let her know if we had any problems. We would definitely stay here again!

Gulf Shores Getaway

Great visit! Condo was clean and cheerful, view was superb! Close to everything. Plenty of space for all four us. Host quickly responded to any questions I had. Parking and check in were easy. Host provided me with info on renting beach chairs and umbrellas which I highly recommend. Our chairs and umbrellas were set up and waiting for us each morning. It was a great getaway for us!

Perfect for our little family!

My family of four fit perfectly here! We stayed during spring break and I was concerned about Spring breakers initially, but they screen their guests well. The condo was clean, well stocked, and easy to access. Communication with the manager about general questions was easy and she responded quickly. 10/10 recommend! We will definitely be saving this one for future trips!

I have always loved the beach! I will be a phone call away to ensure you have a wonderful vacation on the sugary white sands of the Gulf. I have always wanted to have vacation property on the beach and am excited to be the property owner and manager. I take great care of our vacation home and want to have guests that will enjoy it and take care of it, too!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I have vacationed on the Gulf all of my life and believe our Condo is in a beautiful location and the San Carlos is a beautiful building. Also it has three elevators that are faster than the others that I toured! The quality of the furniture and decorations was greater than the others. Two of the bedrooms have their private full bathroom and the other one has access from the bedroom to the bath and hall. The master bedroom is large and has a double vanity and walk in closet, as well as a large bathroom with a double sink vanity, tile shower and tub with jets.

Since this condo is on the 12th floor, it has the best view of the Gulf of all the ones I was shown. Great views from the Living room, Dining room, kitchen, and Master bedroom. The balcony was also larger than most of the condos I visited which was very important to me. It is also within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The A/C has an air cleaning system for people with allergies!
