A visit to the beach

We stayed here for my mom's 70th birthday. The house was clean and neat in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our party of 9. It was close to the beach which was our main reason for staying there.

Best home we have stayed in so far!!!

Our stay was amazing, everything you could need was in this home. We were treated like family. Spacious, clean, well stocked home. Plenty of room for big families. If I’m ever that way again I would definitely stay here.

Comfortable and perfect for our family

My Aunt, Uncle, mother and I visited Bay St. Louis and wanted a place with 4 bedrooms and a fenced yard. This was perfect for our needs. Everything was well-stocked and clean. The location was convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with our coffee in the mornings. I highly recommend this home.

Family Mardi Gras Trip

This is the second year we have rented this property for a New Orleans Mardi Gras Visit. The place is as advertised, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Beach stay 2024.

Most everything you could possible eed to stay at the beach for 2 weeks and not need to eat out all the time. The finced back yard was a hit with my daughters 2 dogs. Would book again

Owners and house manager responded to us quickly. The yard was perfect for our dog and grand kids. Plenty of sitting areas for our group. Location was close to everything we needed.

Family beach trip

Easy to book, no problems upon arrival or during our stay! Property was exactly like it is pictured. Far enough away from the main strip to be quiet but close enough to be a quick trip to the beach. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Nice Place to Stay

The property was clean and well kept up. They have pretty much anything you need, as well. They have folding chairs, a grill, beach towels, toys for the kids, a fenced in backyard and much more available to their guests. Wonderful pet friendly vacation home for sure! And with four beds and two large couches, it can sleep plenty of guests. I think my only two *small* complaints is that there was a bucket of chalk within children's reach and the shelves in the main bathroom are super deep and we kept hitting our heads on the corners while trying to bathe the kids. But overall it was a wonderful stay!

Comfortable stay in 'family' home

Staying at the ReJoyce House was like visiting Grandma's house. Sure, there were some things that could use an update, but it was cozy & comfortable and had plenty of room for our adult family of 5 to host Thanksgiving with our 3 inlaws. Plus they saved our holiday by booking us at the last minute when our previous booking fell through.

My wife and I own this home. I grew up here and love the location and The Bay. We do not want to sell and decided to share our home with others. We live away and only down for random weekends.
We offer at a low price not to make money, but to cover the expenses it takes to maintain the home and property. The house is named after my mother Joyce.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property is located on one of the highest points of the gulf coast. It survived Camille and Katrina with minimal damage.
We love bringing our grandchildren here. With the fenced backyard and the closeness of the beach, they have the best of both worlds without the fear of water or cars.
House is 95% remodeled. We have recently updated the kitchen with new appliances and the floors in the main part of the house.

Close to downtown bay, casinos, New Orleans, Gulfport, Biloxi, and Ocean Springs. Quiet neighborhood. Located on a dead end street. Majority of the neighbors have resided there their entire life.
