Bienvenue à Sea Grace, un magnifique condo haut de gamme semi-océanique de 2 chambres situé au cœur de Kill Devil Hills, idéal pour une escapade romantique ou une retraite en couple! Il bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal surplombant la route de la plage avec un accès facile à la plage à quelques pas. Une myriade de magasins et de restaurants sont accessibles à pied, y compris le préféré du local, Kill Devil Grill! Situé au 2ème étage avec accès par ascenseur, il offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis la grande salle et la chambre principale. Profitez des appareils de cuisine de qualité en granit et en acier inoxydable. La cuisine bien garnie possède toutes les commodités pour les réceptions gastronomiques, y compris une étagère à épices. Un Ninja est disponible pour créer votre concoction glacée préférée, ainsi qu'un 2. 0 Keurig pour prendre votre tasse de café fumante sur le pont pour profiter d'une vue du lever du soleil! Une terrasse ouverte avec des meubles en polywood pour les repas en plein air offre un emplacement idéal pour un Happy Hour, ou simplement vous détendre au soleil tout en profitant de la vue sur l'océan. Des illustrations originales et un mobilier de qualité sont situés dans tout le condo pour votre plus grand plaisir. Le Wifi gratuit est fourni avec 3 téléviseurs HD montés avec des chaînes premium pour regarder vos films préférés sur le téléviseur intelligent de 55 pouces. De nombreux films DVD et CD de musique sont disponibles pour le système stéréo Blu-ray / DVD / CD. Les radios-réveils ihome Bluetooth et ihome sont également un plus. Seemed to be in a great location close to many activities and a short walk to many restaurants. The home was very clean and we felt at home immediately.

Great location, responsive property manager

We could see the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony each morning! Public beach access just across the street, but quiet enough at night to get good sleep (even during what we learned was the first half of bike week). Close to restaurants and attractions - will definitely stay here next time we're in OBX.

Great Location

The property was great. It had everything we needed for our Labor Day weekend stay. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of movies, books and games to choose from for a night in. The welcome wine was a nice touch too. The location was great with easy access to the beach and easy walk to restaurants. We would stay here again.

Loved SeaGrace

The condo (it had everything you would need), check-in process (we were able to check-in a little early) and location (right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants) were perfect for our first visit to the Outer Banks. We are already talking about a return trip next year.

Beautiful and well equipped

This property was the most impressive condo we have ever stayed it. The kitchen had every gadget and appliance that you would ever need and i appreciated the organization of the kitchen cabinets. Extra points for having martini glasses and a shaker! I loved the quality of the couch and the bed was comfortable

Great Condo!

The condo was very clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. I suggest bringing your own towels as the ones there are thin. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. The view from the large balcony was wonderful with a beautiful sunrise every morning. We were surprised with a nice welcome bag and bottle of wine. I would stay here again and will definitely suggest to my friends!

Favorite Beach Trip!

We loved our stay at Sea Grace! The condo is perfectly located across from the public beach access, close to many restaurants and shopping and is beautifully decorated. The beds are super comfortable and it was nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom and a washer/dryer. A welcome bag and complementary bottle of wine was on the counter when we arrived. Sea Grace has everything and all we needed to bring was our clothes! First Flight was also very responsive when we asked for a late check out. Sea Grace is by far one of our favorite places as it feels like home when you walk in the door. We are already planning our next visit!

everything was perfect here, but two suggestions. 1) the bed was comfortable, but please invest in real pillows. really, worst pillows ever! 2) the drain in the shower needs to be snaked. the soapy water backs up and creates a slip and fall hazard. other then that, wonderful!

Great getaway in Kill Devil Hills, NC

Awesome stay at the Sea Pointe property. First Flight Rentals made check in very smooth. The property was perfect for our needs. It was spotless, well appointed kitchen, great king sized bed in the master. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us and could have easily accommodated 2 more. Perfect location on the Virginia Dare Trail. I actually walked to The Wright Memorial (about 2 miles one way). An added bonus was the OBX Rod and Custom show that got rescheduled from May. We had fun checking out the cars as they arrived early for the weekend event. We caught the sunrise on the deck and could walk right across the road for beach access. I would definitely stay here again!!

Home Away From Home

Stayed at this property for two weeks and loved it! The condo is stocked with everything you can possibly think of in the kitchen. The deck was fabulous and the location is within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We loved Mama Kwan’s and the Beachcombers across the street. The mattress in the guest room could be replaced but all the other furniture in the condo was well maintained and super comfortable. We have it marked as one of our favorites on VRBO and would definitely stay here again!

Great condo close to the beach. Loved that we could just cross the street and access the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Beds were comfortable as was the big couch! Would totally stay again.

Beautiful, modern, 5 star

This condo is so nice I could happily live in it! Very clean. Elevator in Bldg worked great. Easy parking. Sooo convenient to walk to restaurants. Truly has everything you need in the kitchen, quality bedding, Brita water pitcher, Kuerig, toaster oven. Comfy/clean furniture, great TVs, spacious deck with Polywood furniture and oceanview. Hotel in front does not block your view. My sincere thanks to the owners for all they have done to make this a place I can’t wait to rent again!

The property was as good as advertised. Very clean upon arrival and well equipped for our family of four. The convenience of the beach access was understated, it’s such a short walk. Also many restaurants within walking distance.

Good stay!

The condo is as listed on the site and it was so nice to come in with a welcome back filled with different items for our stay like maps, coupon booklet, cup holders. The bottle of wine was the perfect finishing touch! How thoughtful!
