First, we were blessed with beautiful weather! Second, our unit was lovely. Very . Comfortable; everything we needed was easy to locate; the view of the beach and ocean spectacular you were right there! Having said that, the outside and grounds could use some TLC.

Great central location with everything at OBX within an hour north and south, but not an overly busy area so the night is quiet. The property was well maintained, spotless, and well furnished. The kids enjoyed breakfast on the balcony watching the sun rise over the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were great, the view was perfect. Although there was a new elevator it only worked 2 out of 7 days. Overall we had a fantastic time.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our “Girls Trip”:- Well appointed with everything we needed- Beds were super comfortable (all women in their 50’s so this was REALLY important)- Super clean with plenty of room to spread out a bit- Balcony provides an amazing view- Pool wasn’t crowded and was the perfect temperature 10 out of 10 stars!! Would definitely stay here again

Such a picturesque view of the ocean anytime of the day, from watching the sunrise over the ocean to the moon shining on the ocean at night!State of the art appliances and guests were respectful of others!It is centrally located and not far from “things to do” and restaurants!This is my 3rd year at PierView and I hope to make it a 4th next year!

Great condo with amazing oceanfront views! Beds were comfy, kitchen had what we needed, laundry area was great to have. Very clean. Communication with the host was great and personal. Very friendly and timely responses. The price was great for this stay. Easy walk over a small dune to beach, great view of the pier that is on walking distance. Elevator and luggage lift on property. Would recommend to stay here.

This is a great condo in a great location. I have stayed in this complex several times and this is my favorite unit so far. I would definitely stay here again. Jim was easy to communicate with and very helpful. 10 of 10!
