Great location directly opposite the beach and a great cafe 50 m down the road.This unit is stair access only. It is a little dated i side but it is clean and neat and tidy.

Building under renovation

The day before we arrived we received notification from the property manager that the buidling would be under renovation with scaffolding surrounding the front of the buidling. We were not able to use the garage as the repair men had parked their cars in front of our allocated garage. At one stage were was workman's tools in our garage. The worst of this holiday nightmare was the jackhammer that was in operation from approx. 8.30 am to 4.00 pm. The unit is in need of an update. This unit should not have been offered for rent when the repairs to the building were in operation. After my husband spoke to the property manager and they spoke to the owners we received a 30% reduction in our rent. It was not the holiday we planned!

Parking garage

One of the other tenants was blocking access to the garage on two separate occasions. After the property manager was informed of the situation , and speaking with another tenant, the owner of the offending vehicle was made aware of the issue. No more parking in front of the units garage.

Location is perfect for the beach/lake/shops/cafes, good quality bed linen & towels, the decor is tired, carpet needs to up graded (strong smell coming from it,dog??)

My parents had come over from Canada for just over 2 months. From the beginning of the search for the right accommodation, Clayton from Lois Buckett Real Estate went above and beyond with his customer service. My parents and I want to say thank you for the wonderful service and the clean apartment. They had a great time walking the beach daily and really enjoyed coastal living. Thanks again!

Relaxing, comfortable, like home.

Great location, and very comfortable. Near main area so we could walk to the restaurants, shops etc. Being able to swim in the ocean in June was a great bonus. Plenty of room for a family in the unit. Most enjoyable.
