Friendly owners and extremely nice accommodations

We have stayed here multiple times and will definitely return. The owners are extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. The condo is very well equipped, extremely well kept and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The community ice machine and fish / scallop cleaning area is a great addition. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, but it is well worth it.

Keaton Beach Condo

We are repeat visitors, because the owner's are great people, they are friendly, always available if you have questions or problems and their place is well kept. FYI: you will be climbing a lot of stairs, but it is worth it. Their boat slip accommodates our 25' Tritoon with no problems ( The tide fluctuates 3'-5'). The onsite cleaning station, ice machine and fresh water rinse station make is great, after a day of fishing or scalloping. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful views

Property owners were very kind and helpful. The design and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The views are absolutely amazing if you love sunsets book this unit! Cons are minimal but worth mentioning: I would have liked less personal photos out for during use as a rental property. A bit cluttered with decor left us needing more counter space for our things during travel. Do note there are 3 sets of stairs outside and one set of stairs inside the unit. Listed as a covered boat slip but make note you cannot use the Lyft for your boat due to liability reasons so keep in mind you will use a small ladder to get in and out of your boat with your things. Overall we would stay here again and enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

Perfect Weekend Fishing at Keaton FL

We had a great time visiting Keaton Beach FL in October, 2021. The house is beautiful and looks like a picture out of a magazine. Perfect for a family that enjoys boating on the coast. From the comfy beds, to the convenience of the covered boat dock; also has everything you need to clean fish after a great day on the water. Cathy was wonderful. She kept in touch and answered all of our questions. We hope to return; I highly recommend staying here!!!

Weekday getaway

The house is as lovely as the couple that call it a second home! Kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The mezzanine was wonderful to enjoy the views and a cool breeze. Mrs. Cathy is VERY quick with any questions you may have while on your stay. Renting this beautiful property will be a choice you will not regret!

We are Charles and Cathy from Georgia and yes of course we are Dawg fans! We love coming to Keaton and love being on the water and outside. We love the laid back atmosphere and peacefulness Keaton provides and the sunsets here are pretty awesome.

If your looking for a great place to fish, scallop or boat this is the perfect place. You won't have to take boat out of the water each day thanks to our private boat slip. We have a private cleaning station located right on the boat docks for cleaning your scallops or fish. This is our second home, so you won't find a better stocked vacation spot.
