Perfect location

Fantastic location, walking distance to beach, shops and cafes. Plenty of space throughout the house and big deck for the warmer weather Beds could maybe be a bit more comfortable but OK for a couple of nights. Parking on site for one car but street parking available. Booking and checking in very smooth and helpful process.

Awesome Location

We just had an amazing long weekend at Seabreeze, the location was perfect and the accommodation suited our family of 5. There was plenty of room and all amenities are catered for. Would highly recommend.

So obliging!

We just returned from a fabulous 4 days away in Lorne staying at Seabreeze. Very basic accomodation but that's all we were after. We had 4 kids in tow and we couldn't of been any happier. Location was excellent and the apartment was roomy and very clean. We would not hesitate in recommending this property. The Great Ocean Road accomodation service was also amazing. I had a few tough requests and they couldn't of been happier to help out. (Including locking ourselves out of the apartment). Thanks to them for great service and offering us affordable accomodation. We will be back and we will be using them without a doubt.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at this property. The unit was spacious and clean and was well equipped. The location was nice and central to the beach and main street. We would stay here again.

Sadly neglected

Although we enjoyed our stay in Lorne, it was a bit disappointing to arrive at a cottage that is sadly neglected.  On arrival we were greeted by a very overgrown front and back garden entrance, with horrid spider webs everywhere. The garage was very dirty with leaves and pieces of timber strewn around, and we decided not to even use it. You could not open some of the windows in case any creepy crawlies entered through the broken fly screens. Thank goodness on entering the cottage it was clean and quite comfortable. The 4 single beds are very basic and would suit children only. The kitchen is well stocked. The patio furniture needs attention and some comfy chairs and an umbrella would be a bonus. With a little attention this this could be a great place to stay.
