Ce condo ensoleillé 2 + mezzanine / 2 salles de bain sur 2 étages offre env. 1300 pieds carrés d'espace de vie et va dormir jusqu'à 6 invités. Au niveau principal se trouvent le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger. Le salon a de hauts plafonds avec beaucoup de lumière, une cheminée à bois, une télévision à écran plat 45 pouces / DVD et une vue sur le mont. La salle à manger du salon pourra accueillir 6 personnes. Passé la cuisine, se trouve la chambre principale avec lit Queen, télévision à écran plat 24 pouces, dressing et vue sur le mont. La salle de bain principale pleine grandeur a un lavabo simple et une baignoire avec douche.
Au deuxième niveau se trouve une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et une vue sur le mont, avec accès à une baignoire dans le couloir La salle de bain a un lavabo et une baignoire avec douche. Le loft donne sur le salon et dispose de 2 lits jumeaux qui peuvent être reliés à un roi si besoin est. Il y a un accès au bain couloir. Il y a une petite terrasse de cette pièce avec vue sur le mont. Il y a une pile laveuse / sécheuse dans le placard du couloir de la cuisine. Lorsque vous entrez dans ce condo, vous trouverez une grande terrasse avec barbecue au gaz, une table et des chaises ainsi qu'un parasol pour vous détendre pendant les chaudes journées ensoleillées. Cette propriété offre un accès invité à toutes les commodités de Sun Valley. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans le condo.
Caractéristiques complexes: Les condominiums Villager sont situés entre Sun Valley Village et Dollar Mountain. Ce complexe est situé au centre et à proximité du pavillon Sun Valley. Bald Mountain est à 1,5 km. Dollar Mountain et Sun Valley Village se situent à environ 400 mètres. Les cartes d'accès aux installations du Sun Valley Resort offrent un accès privilégié aux piscines, piscines olympique et enfants (été uniquement), bains à remous, vestiaires et centre de remise en forme Sun Valley Lodge and Inn. Great location to Sun Valley village. Private spot facing the creek. Very clean and organized with lots of kitchen essentials and extras like pool towels, umbrella and games. Wish the primary bedroom had a king bed, and perhaps a better seating arrangement for the family room but overall it was a really nice stay.

We really loved the location of this place. The unit backs up to a creek offering lots of privacy. The large porch with BBQ grill was my favorite feature!

Beautiful retreat in Sun Valley

The grounds and location are amazing! Right by the golf course and close to the Olympic pool. We could ride our bikes from the condo into town or to many mountain bike trails. The kitchen is very well-stocked with supplies. There were plenty of dishes, towels, blankets/pillows, etc. The portable ac fans were very nice. The inside has not been updated in quite some time (my 11-year-old is guessing 100 years, lol), but it’s clean and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved it - would stay again!

This property is, obviously, loved by the owner. The furnishings are comfortable and tastefully done; entire unit nicely supplied with more than basic necessities. The location is idyllic - gorgeous views and privacy. The deck is adequate for entertaining 10-15 people.
