Le Reef Quaint Beach Cottage Ă  quelques pas du sable! 2 chambres 1 salle de bain avec piscine

Le récif est un chalet de plage indépendant d'un étage niché à seulement 15-20 marches du sable. Il bénéficie d'une décoration de plage et a de beaux plafonds en bois et construit. Le récif a deux chambres et une salle de bain. La premiÚre chambre a un lit Queen et la deuxiÚme chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit confortable dans le salon. PrÚs de votre chalet, vous trouverez notre belle piscine chauffée / réfrigérée avec cascade et chemin de pavés menant à notre plage privée et à notre zone de grillades avec deux grils communs.

Quaint cottage right on the beach!

Loved the cottage right on the beach in Indian rocks beach. Clean cozy a little dated inside but everything was exactly as the pictures on the website. Checkin was quick and easy as was check out. Onsite community washer and dryer. Walking distance to restaurants shopping and you can ride the trolleys to St. Pete or Clearwater. Awesome stay would go back again anytime.

Great location

The location is the best. Walkable to everything including the beach. However, the pictures posted did not match the cottage. It's much older and not as nice as the pics show.

Review

My brother and I enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and the location was great. My only disappointment was with the very weak shower water pressure. The bathroom had been updated, including a beautiful shower. But the shower itself had very week water pressure. Overall I would recommend the unit but the water pressure issue needs to be addressed. If that is addressed we would definitely consider staying again.

Steps from the sand

An old fashioned beach cottage with modern conveniences. Good AC. Wifi and TVs.. Small but you’re there for the sand which is only steps away. Lovely beach.

Very comfortable and a great location

We had a ball at The Reef and really appreciated the pool, the beach access, and the easy proximity to all of the amenities in Indian Rocks Beach plus access to every around us.

Away from home and on the beach

We were just looking for a place to relax on the beach for a week. The Arbors definitely provided that. The Reef was a big enough for the two of us and our two small dogs, but we would have preferred the roominess of the Yachtsman. Next time we will wait for that to be available. Nice pool area. Great beach.

Nice beach location

The cottage was clean, however the sofa was so dirty I would not sit in it. We laid our luggage on it. The shower is very tiny with missing tiles in the floor. The location was very nice and it was good to have our two dogs with us and be able to walk right out the door with them. There was no info provided to us by the owner without us having to contact them. We had to send messages requesting the address and info for check-in.

Great spot right on the beach, has everything you need for a beach holiday. Several good restaurants very nearby, no need to drive. CVS just down the street. Nice spa/pool! Enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in the Reef, it would be small if there were 4 adults, we were just 2 and our dog. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. Looking forward to returning in the winter. J&J

The appliances were good,buttttttt the patio furniture I wouldn’t sit on

It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and what we needed, however it needs updating inside for the costs. The price you charged I was expecting a modern bathroom not one from a campground. The cleaning costs was out of line when you are given directions to where the linens and towels are to be put, dishes to be done and the garbage to be removed. The cleaning people wouldn’t even remove a dead rat from the walkway. There are a lot of other places next time!

Steps from the beach

We had an amazing week staying in the Reef cottage. We rarely left the area, great food options,drinking options,Kandy Kitchen, The lighthouse for coffee and donuts, CVS and more ALL walking distance from the cottage. The beach is awesome and the sunsets spectacular. The reef is a small cottage but felt like plenty of room, after all you are not there to sit in your room anyways! Arbors has larger cottage options too! We will be back to stay again! OH...and we brought our dog, it's pet friendly..you can't get better than that!

We loved this property! It is close to restaurants, ice cream, and mostly importantly--the beach!

Great property! We loved the pool and how close the gulf was--the property is a cottage (so it is small) but it is updated with nice linens and everything you need (coffee filters, dish soap, lots of kitchen utensils). Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay here again when we return to the area!
