Unité Ocean Front Breezy Coin

Poipu Kapili est un complexe de luxe de charme au coeur de Poipu. Il est idéal pour les clients qui cherchent à se retirer dans une atmosphÚre calme et tranquille tout en restant proche de tout ce que Poipu a à offrir.

Dans la station, vous pourrez vous détendre prÚs de la piscine tout en profitant de la vue magnifique sur l'océan, ramasser des herbes du jardin sur place, jouer une partie de tennis, ou tout simplement se détendre dans votre villa et regarder les vagues.

Cette unité d'extrémité à deux niveaux offre à ses clients une excellente ventilation, deux chambres et trois salles de bain complÚtes. Au niveau de l'entrée que vous appréciez un concept cuisine, salle à manger et salon ouvert qui donne directement sur l'océan. La véranda offre de nombreux siÚges pour se détendre et siroter un verre de vin tout en profitant du coucher de soleil.

Il y a aussi un espace buanderie avec une rondelle pleine grandeur et sÚche-linge. La troisiÚme salle de bain est situé sur le niveau d'entrée.

Au deuxiĂšme niveau sont deux suites de maĂźtre avec lits king size, marcher dans les douches et baignoires.

Cette maison est Ă  quelques pas de restaurants et de boutiques Ă  Kukuiula, la plage, et quelques-uns des meilleurs snorkeling sur l'Ăźle.

First visit to Poipu

Spacious, private and well equipped 2 storey condo easily suitable for 2 or 4. Great location right across from the shore in Poipu. Beautifully appointed and designed. Happy to recommend for a holiday stay.

The condo was wonderful- our property manager very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay. Overall it is a lovely place to stay. Short walk to many different places. If there was a downside it was that there was no hot tub in the pool area.

Amazing!

What can be better than an ocean front view in a comfortable, well-equipped home watching whales breaching and enjoying sunset and sunrise every day! This property is well positioned to drive to activities around the entire island as well as enjoying local dining and shopping options. The hosts are very responsive and professional. We loved it.

Excellent Accommodations

We are all ages 65+, and found the condo to have everything we needed. We did a lot of our own cooking and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The location was great, the unit was clean, and beds very comfortable. There was a nice selection of eclectic reading material including travel related books with maps and info about the island (which we used). There was even some fishing equipment though one pole was not functional. We had one light go out in the secondary bathroom toilet area during our 2nd night, which needed a light bulb type that was not in the collection of extra lightbulbs in the unit, which we reported, and management had the bulb replaced right away. They were very responsive. The view of the ocean was lovely, we saw whales from the patio, and the sound of the ocean waves was lovely. A nice breeze flows through the unit. The only recommendation would be to make your parking spaces just a little bit wider! We only had a mid-size rental vehicle, but spaces are a little tight when opening the car door. But overall I give this property and location very high marks. We really enjoyed our stay! Mahalo! Aloha!

WOW! This is an incredible place! Perfect location to explore all of Kauai

Our family of five loved this beautiful home in Poipu. We enjoyed watching the surfers and fisherman right outside every night. And the sunset was spectacular just to the right. The location was perfect for exploring the north side and the far west side. We did it all from this location. So many great restaurants close by. The beach is a short walk. Enjoyed some great snorkeling close by. The pool was awesome with beautiful landscaping. We loved the home with the windows open-the ocean breeze was awesome.. I will personally recommend this place to my friends. Thank you so much for letting us stay. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful relaxing stay

This property was managed so well. Excellent and helpful communications before we checked in. The unit was immaculate and well-stocked with plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, coffee, as well as full sizes of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. So lovely to be right across the street from the ocean, the waves lulled us to sleep every night. I would be happy to come back here on our next Kauai trip. It was paradise.

Very convenient and the view was great.

Love Kauai but have mixed feelings about south shore. This was a very convenient location and nice accommodation. Wasn't crazy about the carpet or kids hanging out on the road at sunset with their music thumping annoying everyone around. Maybe authorities should enforce the no parking signs posted everywhere.

Wonderful location, property was updated and clean. Would've been excellent if there was a sofa bed, and the instructions for the safe didn't seem to match the safe so was unable to use. When there was an issue, the property manager was responsive.

Excellent property equipped with everything you need, spotlessly clean, beautiful sunsets from the balcony, ocean view from the main bedroom, whales and turtles to be regularly spotted, couldn't have chosen a better place!

Great location - nice property

The property has a great location across the street from the ocean, a few minutes walk to Poipu Beach. The master bedroom with the ocean view is beautiful, the back master bedroom is darker but quiet so we slept well. The kitchen was well-stocked for food preparation. Overall the condo felt a little dated. Expensive work surface in the kitchen, nice living area but other areas of the house felt pretty dated and sliders/shutters need some work/attention. Most importantly, there is no AC downstairs in the kitchen/living which makes returning to the house in hot, sunny weather (we were there late-May) a little oppressive. If you open all of the doors and the shutters at the front, back and sides of the house it eventually cools down to a reasonable temperature. If you are temperature sensitive or the weather is particularly hot and humid this might not be the place for you. In the bedrooms there are 2 large portable AC units which are effective but far too noisy to leave on at night. The bathrooms can get stuffy as the AC doesn't reach them. We enjoyed our stay because there was plenty of space for our party of 4 adults to spread out, use the kitchen and the living area. The highlight is the back patio with a small table and chairs so you can have breakfast and enjoy the view. We had some problems with the AC in the ocean view bedroom with birds nesting in the duct so that the unit couldn't be used for a couple of days. Communication to resolve the matter was good and they got the AC working, but maintenance were not too responsive in patching up the duct where the birds were flying in and so the guests in the main bedroom were woken every morning at 5am when the birds started nest building again! ;-) Nice place but some issues which might be problematic for some people. We were allowed a late check-out as no-one was coming in that day which was very generous - we were extremely grateful for their flexibility on that. Alison was very responsive to immediate text questions.

Awesome Poipu Rental

The view was incredible and we enjoyed the sunsets. There were turtles directly in front of us and whales in the distance. The unit has mahogany woodwork which we liked very much. We were in a walkable area and walked daily. Our special occasion was celebrated at the Rumfire restaurant adjacent to our place and we went back over there on New Years.

Great Ocean Front Property!

We enjoyed a perfect family vacation at this beautiful oceanfront townhome in Poipu. The property easily accommodated 4 adults and lent itself to great family dinners, with the common area barbecue grills and the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen has been recently updated with all new appliances and sleek, modern counter tops. There is a large dining area table for the family meals. The living area looks out at the ocean with quite a picturesque view, and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets from the back lanai. As an end unit, with windows on three sides, we were always comfortable as the breezes regularly came through the home. You cannot find a more relaxing property for a great family vacation.

Loved the home and the island

It was my first visit on Kauai and I was not sure where to stay. Michael was very helpful planning activities and dining out. The condo was very clean and felt new. It was great to be able to walk to so many places. Would love to come back.
