What a great spot! The apartment was one of the cleanest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. The view from the living room window was like a picture. Communication with Carl and Matt was great and they were very accommodating. We will definitely stay again the next time we take a long weekend in Duluth.

The unit was very nice and well kept. The owner was easy to communicate with. I would suggest using some fabric softener on the towels but overall we really enjoyed it and will definitely return

Thanks so much for the feedback! Sorry the towels were scratchy and stiff. I rewashed all of them after you left and used fabric softener. I also reminded the cleaners to make sure to use it as well. Hopefully, they will be much softer the next time you stay with us.

This was a great stay for us. Carl was quick to answer any questions and super friendly and accommodating. The place is wonderful. It is cozy and inviting. The view out the back window is amazing. It was the perfect size for my wife and I. Look forward to staying there again.

The property is exactly as you would hope it would be. It is clean, has a great view of the beach, and is close to dining and shopping. Despite a 2' snowfall the previous day, it was plowed / shoveled. We weren't sure of where to park, but the host was immediately available to help us out. The property warmed up easily and was comfortable. The updates to the bathroom were amazing! It felt like a hotel! We will be staying again.

We loved our time staying at this house on the beach. It was quiet indoors, located right on the beach but close to canal park. The hosts were extremely attentive to our needs and had excellent communication. For our first Vrbo experience, it was a great one!

The unit was quite nice. Everything was clean when we arrived and in working condition. He provided toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of towels and washcloths and lots of kitchen tools and cookware. The shower was wonderful. The host was very communicative. I would recommend staying here.

What a perfect location for day trips around Duluth and the north shore of Lake Superior. This apartment has everything a couple needs to be comfortable. The hosts were responsive and helpful in pointing us to local restaurants and gave clear instructions on operating everything from the door lock to the tv remote. It was delightful to see the canal and lights at night from the apartment, and we spotted a couple of ore ships coming in. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy little property nestled in the sand dunes of Lake Superior- a magical view. We could see the lake between the dunes and Canal Park was just a quick walk across the bridge. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay, property had everything you could want in the kitchen and throughout, every detail thought of for a home away from home. Great location and beach. Just wish we could e had better weather to enjoy the beach area. Thank you so much for a great stay, can’t wait to return!
