Nouveau réfrigérateur pleine grandeur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et placards dans une cuisine bien équipée, y compris une cafetière. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur pour votre commodité. La baignoire en quatre pièces comprend une baignoire sur pattes et une douche pleine grandeur autonome. La salle de bain a un ventilateur extérieur sortant et une nouvelle fenêtre de travail lisse. Matelas QUEEN neuf, confortable et de qualité. Wifi, télévision par câble et écran plat fournis. Le studio est au 2ème niveau et possède sa propre entrée privée. Parking gratuit à la propriété pour un véhicule. Nos clients trouvent que notre emplacement est excellent. À moins de 10 minutes à pied du Centre des arts de la Confédération, Victoria Row, The Guild et Queen Street, où se trouvent plusieurs de nos cafés, pubs, restaurants et divertissements. Les clients garent leur voiture dans notre propriété et se promènent partout. Vous êtes à quelques minutes du bon café du matin chez Receivers au 178 Water Street. Notre propriété est située juste en face de Confederation Landing Park et de la promenade du port. C'est l'un des meilleurs lieux de rassemblement et de rencontre à Charlottetown avec de la crème glacée COWS, des boutiques de cadeaux, le restaurant Peaks Quay avec un repas sur place ou des plats à emporter, des divertissements sur scène et certaines des meilleures vues du port. Le parc lui-même possède de nombreux monuments et plaques décrivant l'histoire et le rôle de Charlottetown dans la Confédération et de nombreux sièges pour se détendre et profiter de la vue.

We had a great time in PEI and the studio apartment was integral part of our trip. The studio apartment had everything you need for a good stay. Washer and dryer, full kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and claw tub and small living room area. Closet and ironing board was great to have. The apartment was extremely clean. Close to everything downtown Charlottetown. You park your car and you are within 5,10 minutes away from wharf, restaurants and entertainment. We recommend this unit and company that manages it. Laurie always responded to our inquiries within minutes. Thank you Laurie for making our stay amazing.

Laurie was an amazing host! We loved the one bedroom suite and the comfy bed, in particular. The building is so full of character and right in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to many locations. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental.

Location, location, location. This Vrbo is definitely in the heart of Charlottetown, PEI. Restaurants, coffee shops, and retailers abound. Laurie was responsive in communications and nice enough to offer some advice on where to get some great seafood and a morning coffee/breakfast. We did not visit the beach and the weather was not nice enough to sit outside, so we were unable to enjoy all of the amenities of the unit.Although we were aware of the second-floor location, we weren’t anticipating a somewhat tight, spiral staircase and found it a bit difficult to navigate with large suitcases. The place was a bit cozier than we anticipated (except for the full-size kitchen) with no floor space on which to put our suitcases. There were three choices for that: the couch, the coffee table, or the kitchen counter.So, if you are traveling light and don’t mind a spiral stairwell, this could very well be the perfect place for your Charlottetown stay.

Great location and very clean. marked down a star as it was a little sparsely appointed (no sugar, milk substitute, salt, pepper, dish cloth and towels were missing) and the wifi was very poor, in an area with equally poor cell service, which made working very challenging.

What a cozy little suite! Easy to find, quiet, so close to everything downtown and so easy to walk to everything. Very clean and Brock was gret to communicate with. I highly recommend.

Great location and all amenities

We stayed for six nights. Suite was very clean, and kitchen well equipped with everything needed - even a bottle of sparkling mineral water in the fridge, and folding chairs provided for the beach. Hosts were freindly and gave us great recommendations on things to do. Quiet, and very convenient to downtown - easily walkable. We rented a car for only a couple of days of our stay to go further afield on the Island, and on-site parking was included. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Perfect Island Getaway

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful suite in PEI! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. What truly set this place apart was its unbeatable location. Just minutes from Cavendish Beach, and some of the island’s best restaurants and cafes—we didn’t have to drive far to experience the best of Charlottetown. Whether we were exploring lighthouses, enjoying fresh seafood, or strolling along red-sand shores, we were always happy to return to our peaceful retreat at the end of the day.The hosts were warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations. Every detail—from the fluffy towels to the comfy bed—was perfect.If you’re looking for a relaxing and convenient home base to explore the magic of PEI, this suite is an absolute gem.

Quiet, convenient, fully stocked

Laurie is a great host! Met us when we arrived, was flexible with when to meet, good communication, made sure we had everything we needed, provided recommendations for the area. The space is even better than the pictures! It has a full kitchen with everything you need for a stay, including private laundry, and Laurie has items on hand if you need them - toiletries, laundry soap, etc. It’s in the perfect location, right downtown in a safe and easy to walk area by waterfront, restaurants, shopping! Very comfortable space and would recommend!

The property is smack dab in the middle of everything you want to do in Charlottetown. The owners have clearly gone through a lot of renovation to make this classic building a comfortable and updated place to stay.Check in was easy. Parking is a bit tight but it is available (not much in that city elsewhere). Kitchen is adequate - we did breakfasts and ate out the rest of the time. Could use a few more pans and pots but that's a personal point not one that should make a difference.Walk to everything worth seeing and cabs to the rest. Easy trips to North-South and East of PEI from here.
