Perfect location! Exactly what we needed for our stay. Spacious rooms, great views, nice pool, and right on the beach. Ellen was a great host and communicated fast and clearly. Even went out of her way to make sure we could fit our daughter’s pack and play in the rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Condo was just as it was pictured. Beautiful views and the beach area was not very crowded. Parking was easy and the host communicated well with us. The location was wonderful with easy access to a grocery store and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy with carts.

The condo was great for our stay in Ocean City. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. It has a beautiful view of the beach which we stilled enjoyed with lousy weather. We would stay again in the future. Thanks Ellen for being a great host.

Beautiful view. I loved the light soothing colors and the beach vibe. Location is wonderful and beach was clean. Office staff were pleasant and helpful when checking in. Washer and dryer need to be replaced (or at least fixed) as does the vacuum. I had to push it in a few times to get the dryer to start. The vacuum was empty and looked in good condition. We tried using it and it made more of a mess than it cleaned anything up.

The washer and dryer work fine. You just need to open and shut dryer door before hitting the start button as the sign indicates. There are 3 vacuums in my unit. The one you used probably just needed the sand emptied.

Overall a great stay that I will be booking again. Beautiful view and a decent amount of space for an oceanfront condo. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen very user friendly.

Clean, spacious, great 2BR condo overlooking the ocean. Great location mid-town, convenient to everywhere. Will be renting here again, which is probably the best review one can get!

Perfect Getaway

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Access to the ocean was superb and the views were incredible! We will try to book again, the next time we’re in Ocean City!

Great Location

Wonderful beach vacation. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in early July, ocean water was still pretty cold, so the heated pool was a great alternative for the kids.

The views of the beach from the living room and master bedroom were incredible. We were delighted by our stay from the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left. We are looking forward to returning here for our next OCMD vacation.

Great condo, great location

This is an amazing condo! Very clean and comfortable with fantastic views. It is so conveniently located. The owner was delightful and very flexible with us as we were traveling with 2 young kids. We will definitely be back!

Oceanfront Condo -85th street

The sunrise views were amazing and you didn’t even have to leave the place for the exceptional beach and ocean view. The location was ideal. Easy access to the beach in the pool as well as located close to some of Ocean City’s best restaurants. There were plenty of stores close by if there was anything you need during your stay. Additionally, the place was clean and well maintained. Communication with the property owner was excellent.

The views from this place is absolutely amazing. Everything was as described. Check in was easy, the other guests were nice and friendly and Ellen was an amazing host!! Can't wait to return.

The view as soon as you opened the door was amazing. It was refreshing to eat breakfast each morning with a view of the ocean. We were able to walk right onto the beach which was not crowded. The condo was clean and the perfect size for us.

Family Vacation

I stayed here with my husband and 2 young girls. The views were amazing and the location of the property was great. It was nice having close access to the beach or the ability to go to the pool. Ellen was quick to respond and gave a lot of helpful details about the property beforehand. We had a great time!

Family beach vacation

We had such a lovely family beach vacation. This condo is a perfect location - it has a calm beach area with an amazing bank of windows inside to watch the ocean and your beach gear, a central location to activities and food, a quiet building, and a great pool to enjoy. The condo itself is well-equipped, very clean, and extremely comfortable to live in. We found ourselves constantly drawn to the windows to watch the ocean and beach.
