Lemongrass is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa that ticks all the boxes for your perfect holiday home. With crisp neutral tones throughout, well-considered & comfortable furnishings and space to accommodate 5 guests, this brick and tiled home offers comfort throughout the seasons, with remote controlled ceiling fans, and a radiant heater included. Capitalising on the southern orientation, the spacious outdoor undercover deck is the perfect spot for relaxing with a drink.
Completely ground level throughout and a mere 200 metres to the stunning beaches of Sawtell – which are pet friendly and patrolled for swimmers. For the cooler nights or exhausting days, unlimited Wifi is on offer, with connections to Apple TV and Netflix. A generous kitchen central to the villa offers electric stove/oven cooking, island beach tops full sized fridge, appliances and storage aplenty. With full crisp, white linen provided, and washing machine - there truly is nothing to do but pull into the carport, unpack, relax and enjoy!
Lemongrass sleeps 4 guests comfortably, with the option of an additional guest if requested. Master Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fans, built in robes Second Bedroom: 2 x Single beds and 1 x additional mattress for guest use. Park undercover in the carport directly out the front.
Situated on Eleventh Avenue, which is a 450m walk or 1 minute drive to the main street if Sawtell with its variety of gourmet cafes, boutique shopping, RSL and Hotel, historic cinema and much more. Feel free to bring your own beach towels. No parties, no smoking - please respect our wonderful home and our quiet neighbours.

We loved our stay at Lemongrass. Location was excellent. Facility was very comfortable, great size, clean with thoughtful little touches (like books for the kids, wraps and foils, multiple tea towel). Linens were of great quality, great array of crockery and cooking utensils. It was perfect for us and our 2 kids. We would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again. The only thing to mention was that the bed were quite firm and springy so if you prefer a softer touch then perhaps take a portable mattress topper.

Lemongrass is a short walk from everything Sawtell has to offer. The property is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a short stay - even an egg poacher. Would definitely stay again.

Very happy with the stay the only down fall was no air conditioning and with a family of five we ran out of Hot water but other then that happy with the stay we would stay again
