The place was in a perfect spot for walking to many great places to eat and to the beach. The view was amazing for beautiful sunsets. The little beach on the bay was great for relaxing quietly. I had a problem getting in and Bruce responded promptly to my email to rectify the situation. My family had a wonderful time and we would stay again!

Great property, great location. A lot of places in walking distance. The sunset views are amazing, I would stay there again!!!

We loved the location and remarkable bay front views. The view was direct, fully panoramic with no obstructions. While it’s bay front it’s a short walk to the beach because OC is narrow where it’s located. The condo is newer, well decorated and equipped. The kids also enjoyed the bay beach which was manicured every day.

Great condo and location

The condo was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony is great and very relaxing. The location is next to just about everything you need, Bruce was a great host and replied right back to any questions I had. My family and I had a great time, and we will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Place

This condo was beautiful. The master bedroom especially was extremely nice. Bruce was very responsive, and check in and out couldn't have been easier.

Excellent stay!

This is a very nice unit that was comfortable and clean and super roomy. There was plenty of space for my family. Location on the sound, but just steps from the beach. Great communication from the owner. Very easy!

Very nice location and views of the sunsets.

Everything was great and the whole family really enjoyed the space. My only thing to say negatively is that there should be some bathroom mats of some kind. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great view of the bay

Condo was great! Spacious enough for my family of 5. My favorite part was the view of the bay although it was difficult to sit outside during peak sun hours because of the heat.

The pictures do not do this property justice. It's beautiful! From the sunset views to how clean and updated the inside was made our stay perfect. We will definitely be back.

Found a pair of dirty panties on the floor at the foot of the bed immediately upon entering bedroom #2. Rest of the place was pretty clean!

Wonderful condo

From arrival to departure this beautiful condo did not disappoint! The photos best described the place, and the location was great! Easy walk to the beach, stores, and awesome bay sunsets on the private bay beach! The condo was clean, basic kitchen needs met, and the host gives a great list of what to bring! Only suggestion would be bring your own pillows! Highly recommend staying at 402 sunset beach, and give the host a big thumbs up!!

Great stay in OC!

We were in town for the Ocean’s Calling Festival and stayed 3 nights. The property was very clean and the listing photos are accurate. Nice views from balcony overlooking the bay. The location is convenient to Seacrets and several other nearby restaurants and shops that are walkable and not too far from downtown/boardwalk. Wish we weren’t so busy while we were there to actually enjoy the condo. We really enjoyed our visit. Thank you!

Amazing Place We Ever Stayed

We were two families with kids and LOVED this place. Bay and sunset views on lovely deck. Clean, quiet and nice building. Decently equipped kitchen with comfortable queen and king mattresses (with exception of twin trundle). If splitting with another family/couple it is good to know the master bedroom and bath are luxurious and incredibly spacious, but the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are relatively tight. Pool on the roof is tiny and does not have a shower. Overall, it was most amazing place we have ever stayed.

Nice property

The condo is large and provided good space for our family. All the furnishings were in good shape. The location is in my favorite part of OC, near great bars and restaurants. The owner was accommodating when we called. The view from the spacious balcony is outstanding, though not much privacy from adjacent units. Still the balcony was the best quality of the unit and we enjoyed watching the sunsets and having our coffees on the balcony. I would definitely rent this unit again.
