Villa Rampada est une nouvelle maison construite dans un endroit calme près de Zadar.
Nous vous offrons toute la maison pour vous détendre pendant vos vacances. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une pièce avec jeux pour Playstation, kakaoke et lecteur de musique, deux chambres avec salles de bain privées. À l'étage supérieur, il y a aussi deux chambres, chacune avec salle de bain, et un grand salon avec cuisine et salle à manger avec sortie sur un grand balcon où vous trouverez un canapé-salon où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue magnifique sur la mer.
À côté de la maison principale, il y a une cuisine extérieure et un barbecue.

Most stunning villa in Zadar

The accommodation of Siniša is just stunning. Perfectly clean, with the best view on the sea, big pool, nice outdoor kitchen and just cozy vibes. We had the best time and were sad to leave this cool place. Communication with the host was so friendly and kind - couldn’t have a better villa with my friends for our 2021 vacation. Highly recommended!

Ein Traum

Ich muss und kann diese wundervolle Villa nur empfehlen. Angefangen bei den sehr lieben Vermietern, welche uns bei der Anreise schon ein paar Getränke und Obst in den Kühlschrank gestellt hatten. Der Pool mit dem sehr schönen Aussenbereich wird alle 2 Tage gereinigt, ohne das die Vermieter einen stören. Das Poolhaus mit Küche, war mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Genau wie die Küche im Haus und auch alle Zimmer der Villa. Von der Terasse im 1. Obergeschoss, hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Mittelmeer und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es genug in der Nähe und in der Altstadt von Zadar ist man mit dem Auto nach 15 Minuten. Es war ein traumhafter Urlaub und ich kann dieses Objekt nur weiter empfehlen. Alles was zeer verzorgd en netjes

Het huis was perfect in orde en netjes bij aankomst. De eigenaars hebben ons goed ontvangen en geprobeerd ons het zo goed mogelijk naar ons zin te maken. We konden altijd terecht bij hun met vragen en kregen ook altijd heel snel antwoord.

Best villa I've stayed in

I've stayed in many villas over the years and this is the best for many reasons. The villas owners couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They were there waiting for us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. The villa had everything you'd expect and more. It was spotlessly clean and seemed like everything was brand new. Another highlight for me was the views from the villa which were breathtaking, particularly from the upstairs terrace at sunset. I highly recommend staying here.

Best house + best location + best host = best vacation

We (me, my wife, my 2 boys (14 and 11 years old) and my father) spent a fantastic week in late October 2019 in this absolutely remarkable house. The communication before arrival was very responsive and very friendly. At our arrival Ana and Senisa were at the house to give us the warmest welcome. They explained everything to us and they even had provided for all things needed for the first days, including sweets for the kids and very good local bottles of wine for the adults. The house is modern, charming and also very practically equiped. With the lower floor 2 bedrooms and the extra room with darts, large tv, playstation and karaokee-device and the upper floor with also 2 bedrooms, kitchen and the most beautiful morning-coffee- and sunset-view balcony with lounge sofas, it has all facilities for a perfect vacation. All bed-rooms have large double-beds, sepatate bathrooms and tv-sets. The extra outside kitchen is again fully equiped. In addition there are tiny little details the owners care for such as mobile device holders at every bed. There are extra towels in every bathroom and again extra towels for the outside pool. The location is just perfect. The house is located just a little up north from Zadar. From the fantastic balcony you can even see the old town of Zadar. From Zadar Airport it is only a 20 Minute drive to the house. And Diklo, the village clostest to the house is tiny, right at the coast line and with nice little restaurants and taverns with amazing sea-view. Besides Zadar we did trips to the Plitvica lakes as well as to Split. All these locations are within 2 hour driving distance. At the end of our stay Ana and Sinica came to say a very warm and personal good-bye. They even brought little presents for all of us, which were very personally chosen. So to summarise: Villa Rampada is the perfect house, at the perfect location, especially for families. Ana and Sinisa are the perfect hosts. It is the first year this house is offered, which explaines the limited numbers of comments. Our recommendation: Book the house, if you get the chance to. It will be one of your best vacations. Stay in Zadar

Anna and Senesa were helpful in every which way. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They made sure all our needs were met in every way. We got a parking ticket which they helped us to pay as well. They were perfect hosts and the property they have constructed is beautiful and I would go back in a jiffy.

Flott hus med alle fasiliteter. Nytt, rent og fik beliggenhet i forhold til strand, butikk, restauranter med mer. Husets eiere var hele tiden positive og det var svært god kommunikasjon.

Wonderful stay in Croatia in this beautiful house!

Our stay in Ana and Sinisa's house has been simply wonderful. The house itself is beautiful, very modern and fitted with everything you may need. The seaside view from the living room and the terrace is breathtaking. In addition, Ana and Sinisa are simply the perfect hosts. They have been very welcoming, making us feel at home instantly. They offered their assistance also during our stay (although we have not needed it, this is a real comfort to know that they are available in case of need). Finally, the house is very well located, within a 15-minute drive from the centre of Zadar. Definitely, a great place to book if you want to enjoy the Dalmatian coast!
