Casa del Sol a subi une rénovation majeure pour 2019 locations. Quelques éléments que les clients peuvent attendre, une cuisine entièrement rénovée et un salon avec de nouveaux meubles et une télévision intelligente de 75 pouces et plus.

Cette maison de 4 chambres à coucher à Destin Beach dispose d'une piscine privée et d'une voiturette de golf 6 SEATER STREET LEGAL pour votre plus grand plaisir.

Le salon à plan ouvert relie une grande cuisine avec des sièges bar, un salon et une salle à manger. La maison dispose de 3 chambres avec lits king size, 3 salles de bain complètes, dont 2 sont en suite. 4ème chambre mis en place avec 2 lits superposés.

Les mises à niveau comprennent des plafonds de 12 pi, 9 ventilateurs de plafond, un réfrigérateur supplémentaire, un grand canapé et un canapé-lit queen dans la chambre principale, etc.

Casa del Sol est câblé pour le plaisir avec des écrans plats dans chaque pièce, une console Xbox avec jeux, une chaîne stéréo avec haut-parleurs surround, etc. La piscine entièrement blindée comprend un gril à gaz, une télévision, une salle de bain et demi, des haut-parleurs et une vue sur la télévision 75 pouces à l'intérieur.

Very nice home. Loved the golf cart and close beach access. Pool was well kept. My questions were answered in a timely manner. We did get to go in a bit early which was a godsend as we had very tired toddlers. This property could use more forks as there weren’t really enough to accommodate all our family at one time. That would be my only complaint.

We do appreciate the feedback regarding the forks. We were a bit surprised by that comment, as the home is stocked with over 36 forks located between the two silverware drawers in the kitchen. It's possible some may have been overlooked during your stay, but we'll certainly double-check everything during our next inspection to make sure the inventory is complete and easy to find. We do want to note that our check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out time of 9:00 AM are clearly disclosed in the listing and are presented multiple times throughout the booking process, so these times should not have come as a surprise. As for the proximity of neighboring homes, this is very common throughout Destin and 30A, where vacation homes are located in established beach communities. We strive to accurately represent each property through our photos and listing descriptions so guests know what to expect before arrival. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and hope you enjoyed your time at the beach.

The house was very clean and looked great. The beds were amazing. We loved the Host and the way they do business. Check in was easy, and the supplied Golf Cart was in great shape. The pool was clean and was even serviced when we were there. I love the fact that Gulf Tide called and informed me the availability of the house for a extra day before check in and since we had planned on getting to Destin a day early we were going to just overnight in a hotel but the Host told us the house was available and we opted to stay there! Check out was easy and we will definitely be using Gulf Tide and this house again!

We were really excited about the house as it was highly rated. However, we would have expected the below to be part of normal service;1. Stained bedding - when communicated, it was just stated this was a stain that would not come off without any options to resolve. It was gross.2. Pool was dirty upon arrival. Maintenance is scheduled on Saturdays - we arrived on Monday and lost 1.5 days as a result. We figured out a way to clean the pool on our own. Also, outdoor Roku TV did not work and one of the lounge chairs was broken. 3. Using the TV apps throughout the home was burdensome. We would be watching something on Netflix, it would freeze and then refresh back to the TV guide. It did this throughout the stay and we eventually just were limited to the channels via the built-in guide. There was an audio system that auto-played throughout the home. It would have been ideal to provide guests with guidance as to how to turn the advertising off. 4. While starter kit is mentioned (garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper etc), it does not make sense for a 4 night stay and should be reevaluated for shorter stays.5. Bath rugs were very dirty. When asked to be cleaned, protocol was provided stating rugs are simply vacuumed prior to stay regardless if they are dirty.Communication was prompt but response was limited to “this is normal and aligns with other properties in the Destin area”. If so, Destin may be not be a suitable location for our family vacation.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet the expectations you had based on our reviews. Regarding the linens, all of our bedding is professionally laundered in a commercial facility using high-temperature sanitizing processes. Occasionally, a stain may remain after laundering despite the item being completely clean. That said, we understand that appearance matters, and had we known the condition was unacceptable to you, we would have gladly replaced the bedding during your stay. We’re also sorry about the condition of the pool upon arrival. While the pool is serviced on a regular schedule, weather, heavy use, and the Florida environment can sometimes affect water clarity between visits. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we regret that it impacted the beginning of your vacation. We’ll also follow up on the outdoor Roku TV and the damaged lounge chair to ensure those issues are addressed. We appreciate your comments about the televisions and home audio system as well. Guest feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve the experience, and we’ll review both the streaming setup and the instructions we provide. Our starter supply of household items is intended to help guests get settled when they arrive, rather than provide enough consumables for an entire stay. This is a common practice for vacation rentals, but we appreciate your perspective and will continue evaluating

Wonderful beach getaway

My husband and I loved our time here. The golf cart was a nice treat and we enjoyed the pool and close access to the beach. The house was nicely appointed and very clean. We also appreciated the access to the community gym. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely The Best

This home is absolutely phenomenal and just perfect for our stay. It was clean and just beautiful. Better than the photos. Communication with the rental company was also good! We will come here again!!

Most of our stay was very good. Had issues with the pool. Paid for heating the pool but it wasn’t working properly.

We did want to mention that during your visit, we didn’t receive any reports about the pool heat not working correctly. The pool was actively heated and maintained at 88°, which is our standard setting to keep things nice and comfortable. Great stay!

We loved our stay at Casa del Sol! Beautiful house perfect for our needs. Very nice that the great room doors slide open to be part of screened outdoor lanai & pool.The clubhouse, pool & tennis is a great option, as well.Extremely convenient to beautiful Destin/Miramar beaches!Our only concerns:1) Too close to neighbors behind. Young children were very loud (albeit, not during quiet hours) & disturbing.2) Advertised “hot tub” is just part of pool (decorative - not functional).

We do appreciate your feedback as well. While the community is family-friendly (which sometimes means a little more energy from the kiddos next door), we understand that peace and quiet are key for relaxation—we’ll continue to monitor how we can improve that experience. As for the “hot tub,” you’re absolutely right—while it looks like one, it’s actually a decorative spillover from the main pool and not a heated spa. The house was even better than expected. The pictures dont give it justice. The pool is bigger than it looks and the house was very clean and it was just perfect. My only issue was there was a load on unwashed towels by the dryer and one of the trash cans was half full. But I suspect that was the previous renters. I will absolutely be booking this house again in the future.

Hey Dana! Now that’s the kind of review we love to read! 😎 We’ve always said Casa del Sol is a whole vibe, and we’re so glad you got to experience it in all its glory. The pics don’t even come close to doing that pool justice—we totally agree! As for the towels and trash, ugh—housekeeping got a stern look from us for that one 👀. You’re right though, sounds like the leftovers from some not-so-thorough previous guests. We’ll make sure it’s spotless next time, pinky promise. Already counting down the days ‘til you book again. Family Vacation

This was our third rental in this neighborhood. We love it!!! The house was as pictured and we had plenty of room. The grandkids loved the pool!!

Family Celebration

The property was lovely, and came with so many amenities! The screen around the pool definitely needs some attention; we had a visit from a rogue squirrel and a snake in the pool. I was not impressed with either, but my grandchildren loved it! And that is what the trip was all about.

Vaca in Destin

The property was great. Clean and pool was awesome. Whole family loved the ability to entertain outside. The golf cart made it great for getting everything to the beach. The parking when going to the beach was not so nice. So busy I would drop off family and spend too much time trying to find somewhere to park. Several times I would take family to beach then drive back to house and then walk to beach myself. Then walk home when done and get golf cart to bring family back.
