BOOK IT

The neighborhood is safe and close to the beach! Golf cart was super accessible and not a far drive at all. The pictures of the home do not do it justice! The bedding is so comfortable, the backyard oasis, and the master bathroom are SO nice!! You can drive the golf cart on the main drag where there is shopping, and plenty of great restaurants! The hot tub was so nice and the owner/property manager always responded immediately to help with any questions!

Beautiful home in an excellent location!

We just spent a week at Casa del Sueno and the house was perfect! Everything looked just as it did in the pictures. The location is great, with easy access to the beach via the golf cart and an awesome outdoor area to hang out in while the kids played in the pool. Overall I highly recommend this property!

Dream vacation home

My family had the BEST time!! The house was beyond beautiful!!!! The location was perfect !! The outside area of the house was amazing !!!!!!!!! The golf cart was a huge plus that allowed us to go anywhere quickly ! We hope to go every year and stay at this dream house !

Dream House

This property was incredible. It had everything we needed and much more. We spent most of our time in the outdoor entertainment area. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the public beach access is a very short golf cart ride away.

Destiny East House

This house is the most amazing house we have ever stayed at! We always pick a new location and new house when we travel but this house has checked every box along with the most crystal clear water and soft powdered sand that we WILL be back! We spent majority of our time between the beach and the outdoor living space by the pool! This house exceeding all expectations with the layout and decor! I would recommend this house over and over!

Magical

Host was very responsive and friendly. The house was beautiful. Felt like I was a millionaire for a week :) Pool was awesome, outside area is perfect for having a big group to grill out and enjoy the sun. Inside is very spacious with plenty of places to sleep. Very clean, kitchen was top notch. Location was a 2-3 min drive on the golf cart and neighborhood was very safe and friendly. Can’t say enough about this place. Thank you so much! Beautiful Place

The house was amazing but we had some issues with golf cart tripping the plug so the water heater and garage doors wouldn’t work. The next night the air conditioner and pool pump tripped the breaker. I thought one towel per guest was kind of cheap. Overall the house was perfect and the neighborhood was beautiful.

I cannot deny this is a nice house, appliances inside are top notch, master suite wonderful. If you like the word “violation” then this is the place for you, this is a violation, that’s a violation, there is full price list for every item that gets broken, I spent most of our time in the home worrying someone was going to break a glass. Back to violations “call management to report the lights out on golf cart” was immediately told it was a yep you guessed it, violation to take it any further than beach access and compound, we were taking our son to the gym inside the compound for reference. They did send someone to repair it but we were at the beach on the afternoon they arrived. I have stayed in houses in destiny east many times and they have all been great and this was in some aspects and every home needs rules however this time I just couldn’t properly relax.

You speak of a list for replacement items such as glassware etc...we are not sure where this is inside the home or in any of our documentation. We understand accidents happen and expect general wear and tear. We do provide a cost list of linen replacement if stained or damaged by using towels to remove makeup or for beach purposes, we do that to be transparent as to what cost to expect. The majority of rules are standard no matter where you stay, some are property or neighborhood specific. We want every guest to have a great time and relax while also taking care of our properties, amenities, and being a good neighbor. Best vacation spot

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning property, and it exceeded all of our expectations. Our group consisted of 8 people, with 4 of them being kids, and this home was absolutely perfect for our needs. First and foremost, the location of the property was fantastic. It was just a short walk or golf cart ride away from the beautiful white sandy beaches. We loved being able to easily access the beach whenever we wanted, without having to worry about parking or lugging our beach gear for miles. The pool at the property was another highlight of our stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect place to cool off and relax. While the property description says it doesn’t provide pool and beach toys, there are MANY that have been left behind to pick and use which was great! Now, let's talk about the home itself. It was absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. The interior was tastefully decorated, spacious, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The outdoor patio and grill area was perfect for relaxing and taking in the warm Florida weather. Overall, our experience at this property was outstanding. The combination of the golf cart, convenient location, private pool, and beautiful home made it the perfect vacation rental for our group of 8, with 4 kids. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in Destin.

The good, the bad, the ugly

The good- Property and neighborhood are absolutely beautiful, outdoor living space was perfect for our group The Bad- Check in process was sub par, we never received a notification for the check in and had to call the office to confirm codes for access. The Ugly- outdoor living area was filthy and clearly was NOT cleaned by housekeeping. The gas grill was disgusting and we spent literally two hours cleaning it before we cook with it. Property did NOT have pot holders or any type of mittens for your hands to remove hot things from the oven or grill, gas grill was busted and needed maint to come fix it. hood vent for the gas grill was constantly on and no possible way to turn it off which was extremely loud. key code for main garage door was literally hanging on by a thread. no phone app for the check in process. WIFI was in and out the entire week of our stay. Toilet seat in main floor entryway bathroom was busted. Wooden french doors leading to outdoor area are blocked to where you cant open them. Every dish we pulled from the cabinets were filthy and needed to be washed. The reasoning for a late check in time past 4pm was so that housekeeping to make sure the property was spotless yet it seemed housekeeping didnt even touch the property prior to us checking in.

We were aware of the outdoor vent hood and have a part ordered so that it can be properly turned off. As for the other issues, had you contacted us we would have gladly resolved them quickly. You stated we do not have an app for check in, we do have a guest portal for check in process. You did report the toilet seat the day before check out but stated not to fix until after you checked out, the seat was not broken prior to check-in. excellent rental property

we absolutely love this rental property. location is right near the beach, and Destiny East is a beautiful neighborhood. only complaint we have is that the outside grill was so greasy and dirty that it caught fire while trying to use it.

Cozy accommodations

This house has all the amenities we enjoy at home plus plenty of space for two families to spread out. The kids spent hours in the pool. The included golf cart really made the trek to the beach doable.

WOW! INCREDIBLE!

We have stayed in many different homes during our past vacations to Floriday but this home, is, by far, the absolute very best. Incredible home! Very spacious. Beds are very comfortable. The outdoor seating area and pool are awesome. Pictures just do not do this home justice - you have to actually see it to believe it. We are going to stay at this home again next year. Rental Agency was the best. Two Thumbs Up! 5 STARS!!!

Gorgeous house and area

We were very pleased with the house in the neighborhood that it was in. The pool area was very fun and relaxing just wish the hot tub would’ve actually been hot. No cleanliness issues other than the outside grill was extremely dirty and outside trash cans were dirty with cigarette buts . Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed our vacation very much .

Stunning Property

This property was everything imagined!! The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials for cooking and dining. All of the beds are extremely comfortable and the house is very spacious. The 6-seater golf cart was a great addition for beach days and the beach chair and umbrella came in handy, considering we forgot ours at home. The pool area...OMGGG..is where we spent most of our free time. From the outdoor kitchen/living to the spa like pool area added great ambiance for our private massages around the pool. I cannot forget about the Bluetooth surround sound..in every room..including restrooms, and pool area as well!! Yes the house has alot of rules but nothing unreasonable; after all, this property has remained well kept by setting guidelines and making sure people adhere to them! It was well worth the money and we will definitely return.

By far our favorite home in Destin!

My family and I have been traveling to Destin for 20 years+ and this is the best house we've stayed in to date and plan on booking every trip here until we grow out of the house. Can't really think of any negatives, clean house with literally everything you need. We do grocery shopping for the week instead of eating out and we had every utensil, pot and pan we needed which usually isn't the case in most vacation homes. Property manager was so friendly and responsive. Can't wait to come back!

Great Destin Property

Great House in Destin in a perfection location. Quiet Gated Community with Close Access to Public Beach. Pictures don't quite do this house justice. House is beautiful, with plenty of space for everyone. Pool & Outdoor Kitchen area are fantastic!
