Just ok

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and well stocked. However it is not in the best shape. It is definitely an older property and could use some updating. Overall a decent stay. Location is ok but I wouldn't say it's a family friendly place. We came to visit family so it wasn't a vacation for us. It was simply a place to sleep and for that it functioned just fine.

The facility was located in a great location. It was extremely close to Walmart for wants or necessities. It was also not to far from downtown Disney nor Sea World. It was a great stay for us.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything went smoothly, from check-in to checkout. Saturday traffic was crazy all day to get in and out of the complex, but polite people let us through after a short wait.

I would have enjoyed the stay if it wasn’t for the cats me and my Sister are afraid of them and they seem to be everywhere even on the roof of the condo.

VrboOwner a répondu le 9 janv. 2026
Hi Linda, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry this affected your stay. As far as we know there are not a lot of cats in the community. We wonder if what you heard on the roof may have been squirrels, which are common due to the mature trees surrounding the property, and squirrels occasionally moving across the roofs of buildings. This is a natural occurrence and unfortunately beyond our control. We appreciate you sharing your experience though. Thank you again.

Positive: It’s a great place to stay I will recommend this place to everyone. Accurate description of property. Only master bed room has TV so please bring extra tv’s and stand for other 2 bedrooms. It’s close to everything it’s definitely clean and worth the price. The property was quiet and nice the pool was in walking distance of the condo. The only thing was there were cats everywhere all on top of our car. Which didn’t bother us but someone who has a fear of cats it would probably be problematic for them. Con: please get new door key pad it took us a while to get in every time we returned, due to the key pad not coming on. Other than that the place was amazing and must stay.

Hi Annette, happy to hear you enjoyed your stay, and thank you for your feedback: after following up on the dust reported under the master bedroom bed, we think you will have found residue from a recent drywall repair behind the bed's headboard, not properly cleaned up. Our apologies for that. It was quickly cleaned up after your departure. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.

Definitely recommend this Condo

Clean & tidy 2nd level condo, with all the amenities a family needs. Chose this one with a 20 minute drive to the OCCC where we watched our granddaughter play volleyball in the AAU’s, and was especially glad it had a washer & dryer. After a very active day on the courts, stopping for a late lunch, it was awesome to arrive back at the condo for family time & a little TV together.
