Profitez du meilleur des deux mondes, cette propriété est une promenade facile à la plage et offre également de superbes vues sur la baie.

Il s'agit d'une maison de 2 étages, récemment rénovée, tout en conservant son charme d'origine. Comprend 3 étages, 1 salle de bain et cuisine / salle à manger / salon à aire ouverte.

Il y a un immense balcon face à la baie de Port Phillip où vous pourrez profiter d'une vue sur la baie, le phare McCrae et le canal de navigation. Par temps clair, les You Yangs et Melbourne sont également visibles.

En bas se compose d'une autre chambre, salle de bains, salle de jeux et buanderie. (1 lit queen et 2 canapés-lits doubles)

Il y a un grand jardin à l'arrière avec bac à sable, balançoire et trampoline.

La maison pourrait facilement se prêter à 2 familles, car en bas a sa propre entrée séparée et salle de bains. Cependant, la cuisine et la buanderie seraient partagées.

La maison est située en haut de la route du phare. La plage est, au maximum, à 4 minutes à pied. 3 restaurants et 2 cafés sont au bas de la rue et le McCrae Plaza est à distance de marche ou à 2 minutes en voiture.

C'est une propriété parfaite pour profiter d'un séjour prolongé ou d'un week-end de détente. 1 heure de route de Melbourne fait de McCrae une escapade facile.

Brilliant and beautiful- a perfect beach house in an excellent quiet location overlooking the sea- everything provided plus a really well set up separate flat downstairs all capped by a very welcoming host

The house had everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The lounge and dining areas easily accommodated 7 adults for a four day weekend. The views from the generous deck are spectacular. We'll definitely be coming back.

Basically everything about the house and the host. Very comfortable stay. All aspects of daily life really well catered for. Nice, quiet street. Good restaurants and cafes near by. Really appealing walks. Beach clean and welcoming. Just perfect.

We had an amazing stay, the home was a lovely place and had all the things we needed for our short visit to the area. I was very close to my sons wedding on the beach which was fantastic for evening walks and close to where other family members stayed. Thank you it was great

Great views and location

Had an amazing weekend away with friends. The views of the ocean and lighthouse are fantastic and it’s only a short walk to local cafes etc. Kathy was super responsive and happy to help with any questions we had. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Amazing stay

We booked this house as a base for our family for our wedding in McCrae. It was a great house, with lots of space and amazing views from the balcony. The downstairs area was entirely separate, which was great for escaping for a bit while all the prep was going on. Thank you so much for having us!

Excellent location stunning views

Outside impression not great but lovely inside, the kitchen, lounge and meals area are beautiful and the views from the large deck were amazing, great to have dinner and watch the sunset and watch the boats sail past. The beds are comfortable but take your own pillows as they are very thin and only 1 per person. We opted for the host to provide linen at an extra cost. Our main isdue was the fact that the downstairs bedroom could not be accessed as the key was not in the drop box. Numerous calls and Sms messages to the host went unanswered. My daughter sent her an abrupt message the next morning which resulted in a phone call advising us where to locate a spare key. Not a great start to the family weekend we were looking for. The host was very apologetic and the issue was resolved albeit after many arrempts. The host did offer a refund for the inconvenience. Overall we did enjoy our stay, would we go back, not sure, jury is out

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. The key issue was unfortunate due to the guests prior not returning it to the lockbox. I will put measures in place so this situation isn’t repeated. Thanks for your feedback regarding the pillows. I will purchase some additional pillows. I take all feedback seriously as I want guests to comfortable.

Owner was so lovely and had amazing communication. House is lovely and my friends and I enjoyed it!

Was an amazing home with easy access to beach, had a lot of indoor entertainment and a stunning view from balcony with a lovely open backyard. Cam with friends looking for a place to stay during our schoolies week and the owners were so lovely the whole time!

The perfect place to stay for a family group

Our group comprised of ten consisted of four families - grandparents, adult children and spouses, and grandchildren. We were thrilled with the accommodation which catered for all of our needs. It is a lovely renovated property with a sunny aspect and a great balcony (deck) to take in the amazing sunsets. Plenty to keep the children occcupied and Arthurs Seat and The Enchanted Maze and Gardens are nearby. Highly recommended

A fabulous beach holiday with family

A great house that comfortably fit 8 adults, 1 baby and the dogs without feeling cramped. Great backyard fully enclosed for the dogs. Well equipped kitchen with lots of space to entertain. Lovely space for big family dinners in the dinning room or on the verandah with coastal views. Beautiful beach within walking distance, that had off leash dog areas. The beach was shallow and perfect for kids and dogs.

Great short break

The house was everything we wanted and well set up for six siblings. The location was excellent with the shops and beach a shortish walk away. The sunny deck had a great view of the ocean and was large enough for everyone to sit and watch the cargo ships and sailing craft go by. Will certainly recommend this property to others.

Amazing sunset views

Fantastic location with sunset views from the balcony. Huge warm comfortable house with modern bathrooms & games room. Excellent communication with the host who went out of her way to accommodate. Would definitely love to stay again in summer.

Family Christmas getaway

We found the property perfect for our needs, 7 adults, one toddler and 3 dogs, so the large enclosed garden was great, close to the beach too. The view from the balcony made it easy to while away an evening . Thank you.
