Fabuleusement nommé, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un moment fantastique loin de la maison.

La cuisine a tous vos besoins de cuisine, 2 salles de bains (3 toilettes), 4 chambres (4 lits queen), une salle à manger pouvant accueillir 16 +, systèmes split pour le chauffage et le refroidissement et une cheminée ouverte.

Chambre 1 - reine et un lit simple avec un ventilateur de plafond et d'un partage salle.
Chambre 2 - lit queen avec air conditionné et une salle de bains privative.
Chambre 3 - lit queen loft et 2 lits superposés (4 lits simples) et un lit simple et air conditionné, TV et DVD.
Chambre 4 - lit queen
Tous les lits ont un doona et des oreillers de taille moyenne. Linge de maison à BYO ou pour 30 $ / lit supplémentaire.

La maison a 2 ponts. Le pont avant est assis dans le soleil du Nord magnifique qui est chaud en hiver et fournit de l'ombre en été. Il y a un 4 feux, barbecue à capuche avec 12 places table en plein air, et des chaises pour s'asseoir dans le soleil du nord. La plate-forme arrière (5x10M) fournit la couverture de la pluie avec une table ronde de 8 places.

Il y a un trampoline et une balançoire avec 2 balançoires, une balançoire tarzan et un toboggan (il est rouillé à cause de la brise de mer). Il y a 2 canoës et un parasol (tous dans le hangar). Il y a une grande zone plate, parfaite pour un coup de pied ou une partie de cricket.

Il y a une allée sécurisée pour garer les bateaux.

Emplacement

Marchez partout - nous sommes à 50m de la plage et à 300m des commerces, cafés et restaurants à Rye.
The Peninsula Hot Springs, caves, parcs nationaux et les terrains de golf sont à une courte distance en voiture.

Enfants et animaux

Tous sont les bienvenus et tous sont en sécurité. La clôture garde les enfants et les animaux domestiques avec beaucoup d'espace pour courir.

Il y a des tas de divertissements pour les enfants avec un trampoline, un ensemble de balançoire (il est rouillé de la brise de mer) et une maison pour faire un circuit complet en jouant au tiggy spotlight!

La plage locale est chien amical (vérifier les temps) et 50M loin.

S'IL VOUS PLAÎT NOTE - ce qui est une maison de plage. Il est pas un hôtel ou un palais. Si vous êtes pointilleux, s'il vous plaît ne pas appliquer. Nous l'aimons pour son emplacement génial, faible keyness, cheminée et commodités!

Comfortable holiday house with modern facilities

A comfortable, well equipped modern holiday house perfect for multiple families getaway. The pool and spa are more suitable for the kids given its size. The spa is not always hot but on warm days, didn't matter much for the kids. Modern facilities make it a nice holiday house, just across the road from Rye Beach and a short walk from town centre.

Friends & family

The property served its purpose for a large group of people staying away together. The main reason for booking the property was for the spa. That was lovely! Julie was very responsive to messages during our 2 day stay and got things fixed quickly.

Everything you need for a great getaway

Great property and great location. We were a party of 16 and we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other. Some went for walks along the beach, some did some shopping which was within walking distance of the property and others just lounged about in the alfresco area. The house is equipped with everything you need, even a sandwich press. Some beds are more comfortable than others, so try and be the first person there to try the beds 😀.

Very satisfied

I stayed away for my 40th Birthday. The house has a good layout with a large entertaining living area and a seperate rumpus room with couches and tv that our kids stayed in and used a lot. I also found that when I was outside in the back yard near the pool, when the glass sliding doors were closed, it significantly blocked out any music and noise from the inside of the house. Overall, it met expectations as it can sleep 16 and was a beautiful modern home. I would stay again.

Misleading property - great location

This property is in a great location, only a short walk to the beach! However the description and photos are very misleading. The house needs a refurb, the couch was stuck together with tape, holes in the plaster, shelves falling out of wall on an angle, paint peeling off walls, play equipment old and rusty and unuseable, dishwasher does not clean, just to name a few. Upon arrival the house was very unclean, we were walking on sand inside the house from the first moment, sticking gum on couch and a rubbish bin full of rubbish within the couch, dust and cobwebs everywhere, BBQ burner rusted through, etc. The list goes on.

There was an error by my cleaners, they missed the clean before your arrival. They rarely make mistakes, but they did. It'd be nice if you'd contacted me upon arrival. I was only aware of the error upon reading this review. Do you replace a perfectly great leather couch bc of a tear that is thoroughly taped together? The play equipment is completely useable, but yes, it rusts in the sea air - should I replace it too? I didnt know the dishwasher was faulty, I'll get it serviced.

"WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!I'm still fuming about the absolute disgusting state of the property we leased for our holiday. We arrived at 2pm as planned, only to be made to wait in our car for 50 minutes while the owner dragged her feet. When we finally got in, we were greeted by a dirty house with live ants crawling on the benchtops and dead ants stuck to the window frames. The outdoor area was deserted, the pool was a murky mess with a nasty leak, and the floors were grimy with spider webs hanging from the ceiling.When we tried to bring it to the owner's attention, she was dismissive and made excuses. Her solution? "We'll pay you back your cleaning fee" - which, by the way, we are still waiting for, over a week later.Needless to say, our holiday was ruined and we'd be doing everyone a favour by warning them to steer clear of this health hazard. Don't waste your money or risk your health - stay away from this property!"

Nightmare guest, aggressive from the start. I cleaned the house for 5 hours, then she arrives and ants appear. Not a single one since. Apparently its a health hazard. Cobwebs on an outside bbq, oh the horror.

In need of some love

This house has an amazing location, and we loved the short walk to the beach and shops. The outside area is also very good. However, the property itself is in need of some love and attention. What could be a fabulous house is let down by the following: -Not very clean -Broken items, including: TV in the kid’s room, Vacuum cleaner, no shelves in the fridge door, hole in the Trampoline cover -shower in the ensuite is such a bad design, that you have to mop up after every shower -Very limited glassware, which was a problem with 12 of us -Not really enough seating in the living area, and couch in really poor state of repair. -All toilet roll holders falling off walls -Problem with door handles in some rooms -No Wardrobes in any of the bedrooms This property is very cheap in the off season, and we did have a great time, despite all the properties flaws.

Disgusting house

•No privacy in living areas (no curtains or blinds)•Mouldy, unusable BBQ causing 200 worth of food waste•No bins in bathrooms•No towels or hand towels provided•Heated spa not working (a key feature in our booking decision)•Locked cupboards, minimal kitchen utensils, and unclean furniture•Dirty or incomplete bedding, including stained doonas and missing sheets•Cobwebs on ceilings and poor outdoor maintenance•Faulty back gate and unexplained noise from a locked roomWe left early at 2pm on the Sunday when check out wasn’t until Monday. Given these problems and the impact on our experience, we believe a partial refund is fair and request that it be processed. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

Wow, no coincidence it was pouring for your weekend. Privacy - its got a 1.9M fence? BBQ - no mould & theres a 6 burner stove top? In winter I ask to byo towels, this is communicated. Spa has rain sensors, it def works There's no cupboard locks, I have a small cupboard for my use. This is common in STA You booked for 14, not 16, so 2 beds were unmade. No idea re this "locked room", do you mean the shed? What happened to the complaint on kitchen utensils until I showed you the photo of them all. This guest had shocking weather and hence went on the warpath

Good size property that can fit a few families

Great location to restaurant and hotspring. House is great for a few families with kids. Need to bring own linen and towels. The host has rules to have everything cleaned however there is also a cleaning fee charged so I am not sure whether it is still required for us to clean everything but we just be good and try to keep the house as it was when checked in.

$250 for 14 ppl including 6 kids - a clean was needed. Even branches were pulled off trees. Happy you loved the house - we’ve done lots of upgrades.

Weekend getaway with friends

My friends and I had a fabulous time staying for two nights at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the lounge area was very comfortable for us to play some of the boardgames from the cupboard. Beds and bedding all provided which was great. East check in with a lock box and great location close to shops and beach.
