Lovely house with a view

We had a great time in this special house in the mountains. The host was very helpfull and the house had everything we hoped. One small Point was the size of the pool. It was good for cooling doen but too small for swimming.

Wonderful

Beautiful villa in a beautiful landscape. The owner is very nice and helpful. Kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of beds to choose from (attention; all furniture is antique, so the beds 😉) Garden, balcony and pool are perfect for enjoying time together. Baby bed and high chair available. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was easy to find the house with the instructions given by the owner. Nicely situated in a calm area of the village. The handling of garbage was a bit tricky to figure out though and it was inevitable that some garbage would pile up when only certain garbage was supposed to be emptied on certain days. But that's how garbage management seems to work in Italy. The house was very well equipped in the kitchen and elsewhere. The beds were generally not that comfortable. Wifi worked but the coverage was very limited. The house had been serviced by a better router so that you could get wifi upstairs and by the pool. Now wifi was limited to the TV room on the ground floor. The shower in the bathroom on the lower floor was super nice. Spacious and good water supply. It was very easy to get in contact with the owner when I had some questions. He replied quickly to emails.

Stunning location

Villa Landi is situated in a stunning location.A traditional Tuscan house oozing with character and charm,we almost felt as if time had stood still from a bygone age,but we enjoyed all the modern conveniences at the same time.Best of both worlds and perfect for our taste. Mike was easily contactable and most helpful. It's a holiday we won't forget in a long long time. Thanks Mike for letting us share your lovely house.

Very lovely authentic italian house

We had a very lovely vacation in the house. It was all you may want from a holidayhome. It was nice with the ventilation in the sleepingareas, and two functional bathrooms. We didn't use the livingroom or diningroom much as we spend most of our time outdoors. The communication before our stay was so easy and we didn't need to communicate during our stay. We absolutely loved the outdoors and the kittens in the village.

Family holiday

Lovely property near bagno di Lucca. Situated high on a hillside in a beautiful setting with breath taking views. A really authentic old villa with period furnishings. A nice garden and a small but very clean pool to cool off in. You definitely would benefit from a hire car. We visited Florence and Pisa - both an hour and a half drive and also Marinello for Ferrari - a 2 1/2 hour drive through the hills. We really had the most amazing stay and really enjoyed this stunning location.

Villa Landi is stunning!Beautiful decor, a well equipped kitchen and so many places eat, under the vines, by the pool , on the balcony or in the beautiful dining room. You are surrounded by stunning views; opening the window in the bedroom that first morning was breathtaking.Bella vistas. We visited the grocery store each morning for fresh breads , meats and sweet treats. And very much enjoyed seeing the history of the descendants of the house- and ice cream shop in Grays Essex our home county. The walking paths are good with many small Hamlets around you, then home to relax in the pool. A tranquil setting that soothed the soul but situated in an area that if you have a car, if you wish to visit different places, it was very easily done.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Schöne Tage in Casa Landi

Peace, quiet and tranquility. Friendly neighbourhood.

a very spacious villa with style and perhaps quite a bit of history. The garden and the pool is a hidden gem in the middle of the mountains. It was reasonably clean and everything utility works properly. Perhaps the wifi may need a bit of updating but this is not a business conference hotel so it helps to have no signal at some corners so people can chill and have an actual holiday. We did learn a bit about the Italian recycling system along the way.
