Bita Breeze - Belle nouvelle maison en bord de mer sur Green Turtle Cay

Bienvenue Ă  Bita Breeze, une belle maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain en bord de mer sur Green Turtle Cay.

Notre nouvelle maison est située directement sur les belles eaux turquoises de l'océan Atlantique. La plage de sable blanc est à quelques pas du grand porche arriÚre blindé. Venez vous détendre sur la plage isolée, nager, faire de la plongée, du poisson ou du homard juste derriÚre la porte arriÚre.

Il y a deux chambres principales, chacune avec lits King et salles de bain privées. Les deux autres chambres sont meublées avec des lits Queen avec une salle de bain complÚte entre les deux. Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision par cùble à écran plat. Tous les draps et serviettes de plage sont fournis. Nous avons essayé d'équiper la maison de tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

Le concept ouvert Greatroom a une triple porte coulissante en verre qui s'ouvre sur le porche grillagĂ© de 12 'X 30'. C'est un endroit parfait pour se dĂ©tendre et admirer la vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an. Il y a une cuisine gastronomique complĂšte avec des comptoirs en granit et un Ăźlot de petit-dĂ©jeuner. La salle Ă  manger pourra facilement accueillir 10 personnes. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e d'un systĂšme stĂ©rĂ©o avec haut-parleurs intĂ©rieurs et extĂ©rieurs et Internet sans fil. ** NOUVEAU EN DÉCEMBRE 2016, GÉNÉRATEUR DE SAUVEGARDE AUTOMATIQUE DANS TOUTE LA MAISON **.

Nous sommes idĂ©alement situĂ©s au milieu de l'Ăźle. Il s'agit d'un court trajet en voiturette de golf jusqu'Ă  la ville de New Plymouth, oĂč se trouvent des restaurants, des Ă©piceries, des boutiques de cadeaux et des lieux de vie nocturne. Dans l'autre sens se trouve le Green Turtle Club et la Marina and Bluff House. N'oubliez pas d'aller regarder les Ă©toiles la nuit! Les Ă©toiles sont incroyables!

Incredible stay at Bita Breeze

The listing hardly seems to do this place justice. All the comforts of home with an incredible location, a small reef perfect for snorkeling right in front and centrally located on the island. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Amazing Stay!!!

What a view!!! The house was perfect for our group. The beach was just a few steps away. The location was perfect with a short golf cart ride to town or to the Green Turtle Club and Bluff House and the host was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

This property is wonderful for a family beach vacation. The house has two master suites and plenty of room for a family with children. The location on the beach is perfect for swimming and building sand castles.

5 Star Beach and Home!

Our first visit to the Island and it was outstanding! This home was beautifully decorated, supplied with everything you need, the most comfortable beds, and very clean and updated. The beach in front of the house is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Long walks are amazing on the beach. Website provides everything you need for pick-up in Marsh Harbor, on to the ferry, and your pick up by Carol Jean when you arrive. You will meet wonderful people, have great food and plan your visit back before you leave.

Wonderful visit!

We've been to GTC many times and this is one of our favorite homes. It's a beautiful house with an amazing view (the pictures don't lie!), and we love the split floor plan. For this trip we only had two couples so we were able to spread out really nicely, but this would also be a perfect home for a family because the kids and adults can each have their own space. We like the location too. It's about midway between each end of the island, so it's easy to get everywhere. And there's a liquor store within walking distance which is always nice. The house has everything you need for cooking, lounging etc. We didn't watch much TV but the fire sticks were a nice touch. Bottom line, there are very few houses on gtc that are as nice as this one. We highly recommend it!

Another wonderful stay!

We have stayed at Bita Breeze twice now and have been very happy each time. The location on the protected Bita Bay is perfection for young kids and adults alike (small waves, no strong undertow, beautiful reef you can swim out to, etc). We had two families staying and it was helpful to have a split floor plan (2 bedrooms on each side). The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could need. We can’t wait to come back to this lovely home!

Love This Place!

This was our second trip to this beautiful piece of paradise and we loved it even more the second time around. The owner and caretaker are so very kind and helpful! The house is well stocked and taken care of. We are already trying to figure out how quickly we can get back!! Love this place so very much!

Great home in the best location, you feel like your the only one on the island, it’s centrally located with a private beach, plenty of room for our family of six, Beth the owner and Carol the caretaker are easy to reach and will be there with any issues or questions that might come up. Perfect home for a getaway

We are so happy with the 5 days we spent at Bita Breeze on Green Turtle Cay. The house was immaculate, which I assume is hard to do at a home directly on the beach. It was a huge plus to have a washer/dryer. We’ve been to many Bahamian rentals before, and let me tell you, a generator is key. It functioned perfectly when the power went off a few times (only one night). This did not affect our stay in any way. Hosts were very communicative and Carol Jean was so kind and helpful. We would love to return.

Picturesque escape in paradise

This home was the perfect place for our family vacation. Very clean, well-appointed, and well-furnished. The views are breathtaking and the location offered both privacy and access to services. We used the owner's referrals for golf carts, taxis, and excursions. Each one treated us like friends of the family and made sure our stay/logisitics went off without a hitch.

Paradise Found!

I just concur with all the other reviews. The pictures are beautiful but they just don't do it justice. It is simply breathtaking in person! Beth the owner and Carol Jean the caretaker could not have been any more accommodating. EVERYTHING (and I really mean everything) was just perfect. We had beach towels, binoculars, sunscreen, great TVs and stereo and chairs and stocked seasonings and great glasses and dishes and pots and pans...I wish I could lie and say it sucked so you people won't rent there and leave extra available weeks for me because this place is as good as it gets...Go fish with Capt. Brendal, go swim with Turtles at Coco Bay and walk just down the street to great SEAGRAPES liquor store. Rent your golf cart from Carol at Kool Karts and eat the conch burger at the Wrecking Tree! Beth...save me some weeks will ya?

Bita Breeze is a Beauty!

This is our third visit to Green Turtle and by far the best property we have rented. The caretaker met us at the ferry dock and was wonderful at helping us get to the house and show us around. Next time we will rent a golf cart from her! The house was extremely well stocked with towels, comfortable outdoor seating, spacious rooms, glorious beds, and kitchen cooking items. There are two coffee makers, one drip style and a Keurig! Plenty of TV's and access to channels, however, the beauty of the view trumps the technology! We only turned the TV on once during our 5 day stay! The screened in porch and ocean beach are the main attractions. We spent hours exploring the reef and beach just out the back door! It is located conveniently on the island on a quiet stretch of road. It's a short golf cart ride into town or to the Bluff House or Green Turtle Club. We enjoyed sunsets from the front porch and sunrises from the back. We would recommend this house to any of our friends and family and hope we can vacation here again.

Ocean view paradise

The property is in excellent shape. Beach, ocean, and reef just steps from back porch. Convenient location in middle of island. Boat rent from Sunset marine and keep boat there with 3 minute golf cart ride to boat. Carol Jean the caretaker is awesome and can coordinate anything. Brought back some conch, ran into her, she came over cleaned the conch and made a conch salad. Who does a friendly gesture like that? Love her. Been staying on Green Turtle for years, back up power and water give peace of mind. The only negative is no dishwasher and bright street light shines in one bedroom. Replacement grill arrived while we were there. No see ums will drive you off porch if no breeze, but that is everywhere on island. Will be back!

A Treasure in Green Turtle Cay

The location of this lovely home alone is enough to give it all the accolades available, but add in the comfort of the home and the smoothness of the entire process, and it's 5-star all the way. Communications with the owner and with the caretaker were quick and responsive. The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and well-equipped (e.g. the generator came right on when the power went off -- and it went off almost every day). Bita Breeze was also well-supplied -- no scrambling to the store for trash bags and toilet paper on your first day; all the essentials are there in generous quantities. We were met at a ferry dock by the caretaker Carol Jean, who was also coincidentally the provider of our golf carts, and we followed her to the house, which was ready a little early for our arrival. The kitchen was set up for group meals, and the screened porch overlooking the ocean and beach was a winner. When I next return to the Abacos, Bita Breeze will be on the top of my list for potential house rentals.

WOW!!

“Wow” really sums it up! I’ve stayed at many vacation homes on GTC and this was by far the best constructed and outfitted Bahamian residence. The beds were soo comfortable which is paramount! The house was outfitted with pretty much all we needed in terms of cooking, lounging, hitting the beach, etc. The location is amazing in terms of oceanfront property. The cove provides great protection even if it’s rough outside and there’s an awesome reef right out front. Perfect if you have kids learning to snorkel or looking to relax in the water rather than deal with waves. The view is simply breathtaking!! Beth was such a great host!! She was always available if we had questions and needs planning our trip from arranging golf carts (100% necessary), dockage for our boat, transportation from the airport, etc. She was so easy to deal with unlike some hosts we run across. Our only complaint (and I’m really stretching) was the grill wasn’t working so they’ve provided a substitute which was very small for the 8 people we had. But, my understanding is that’s being fixed so a non-issue for those reading this review. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot! So grateful and we will definitely be back!

The home was beautiful and located in an amazing location on our favorite island. Beautiful beach for walking/snorkeling. Brought friends that had never been. Was all we expected and more. Beth was amazing on ensuring we were ready for our trip, arrived for our trip and the home had all of the necessary amenities to make our stay fabulous.

Perfect getaway!

BB house is SPECTACULAR! The view is breathtaking and extremely relaxing. House is very organize, clean, comfortable, cozy and beautiful. We built our home on our favorite part of the beach. This is where we always came to play in the clear sandy waters. The view of the turquoise water is amazing. The little island right off the shore is great for exploring.
