Belle vue sur la rivière que vous entrez dans cette maison de 5 chambres au bord de l'eau. Imaginez-vous regarder des bateaux depuis le porche avec moustiquaire ou votre propre quai. Ou aller nager ou faire du kayak. Dividing Creek est une belle rivière, à tel point que vous verrez généralement un bateau ou deux qui jettera l'ancre pour la nuit. Cette maison à trois niveaux a un plan d'étage ouvert et lumineux, qui a été récemment mis à jour pour une sensation de propreté et de modernité. La maison dispose de 5 chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains, dont un roi, 2 reines, 2 jeux de jumeaux et un canapé-lit. Il y a une grande cour plate, idéale pour les jeux de famille, avec un bel aménagement paysager. Il se trouve à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Annapolis. Parfait pour les retraites familiales avec plusieurs zones à rassembler, y compris un porche supérieur et inférieur, un sous-sol spacieux pour les enfants avec un canapé-lit queen-size et un grand salon. Il y a aussi 2 kayaks et 2 canoës à utiliser!

Graduation stay

This waterfront home is quite lovely. All of the furnishings are very nice and there is just a very comfortable feel overall. The amenities are very good also. We loved being by the water and the close proximity to Annapolis. We hope to return next year and create new memories.

Fabulous friends reunion

Perfect for our annual reunion of friends (ages 50s, 60s, 70s) from five different cities. The host was friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. The house itself was a lovely place to hang out, prepare and eat meals, talk and play games. It also was a good base camp for quick visits to Annapolis and day trips to DC and Baltimore. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture inside and out, and the water view was lovely at all times of day in all weather. Loved this place and definitely would rent it again!.

Excellent location with a lot of history for our annual girls getaway. House was clean and spacious with enough room for all. Well maintained gardens and a nice walkway made it easy to house. Enough room for several cars in driveway as well. Neighbors very pleasant. Screened in porch great and relaxing on the pier was really enjoyable. Easy to use kayaks. 5 couples (siblings) and needed a place we could all stay for a baby shower in town. This place qualified for the number of bedrooms...but that wasn't the best part!!! What a GREAT house and location! Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, tranquil. The house is set up so completely we cooked most meals and truly felt at home. Couldn't have asked for any place better. We have family there...so we all hope to go back sometime! The host was wonderful with communication. Nothing lacking with this stay!

Annual Sorority Reunion

This is our sixth time staying in this home, and we love it here. We enjoy walking in the neighborhood and visiting the nearby Point Crab House and Grill. The Harris Teeter is very impressive and only 4 miles away. This home has a very well-stocked kitchen! The beds are quite comfortable, and the showers are great. The "Playroom" has a variety of games and toys, and there are plenty of puzzles and games for grown-ups, too. Jean answers all communication promptly. We highly recommend it!

A room with a view...

We rented this property for a family reunion of my older siblings and their spouses. The house was perfect for our gathering of 8 adults. The rooms were spacious and we all loved the view from the great room and both porches on the back of the house overlooking the river. There was a great breeze every day when sitting on the screened porch where we spent the majority of our time. Communications with the owner were easy and the house was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

Nice big home with beautiful views and plenty of space. The neighborhood was peaceful and cute. We had some amazing warm weather for October, so were able to use the canoe and kayaks!! Paddled over to the restaurant across the channel and had a nice lunch. Enjoyed the sunrise on the decks. Beds and amenities were perfect for our family. Very close to Annapolis. Jean was great and provided great communication. We will definitely return to this home to create more loving memories with our family!!

Perfect weekend, immaculate, picturesque views, responsive homeowners

We had a wedding weekend and the house was perfect. It was organized, clean, gorgeous setting, convenient to Annapolis and BWI. Great layout. Loved the views and screened in porch. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. So generous enough to offer use of canoes and kayaks. Sun sets in front of house so the porch was not scorching in afternoon sun. We would rent again. Highly recommend.

Top Notch Perfect !!

We had 10 adults (19-90 yrs) gather for our son's wedding nearby and the house was perfect and the basement space a bonus. The layout was great for conversation and we enjoyed the incredible views!!! We relaxed on the dock and the leaves were still changing which was a bonus. The house is well stocked and we appreciated that! We hope to be back! (We would love the backstory on the "head" in trees). Thanks for opening your home to us!!

Relax, Recharge and Re-Connect: No Problem!

Thank you for sharing your home on the water! Our group had a wonderful time enjoying the porch and sunrise over the water while sipping our coffee, meals at the large dining table, and heading into Annapolis for the day was only a 20 min. drive! We enjoyed morning walks in the quiet neighborhood and two of us even took a spin on the kayaks before we left. The bedrooms with extra blankets and number of bathrooms were perfect for the 11 of us. Jean was the best host and answered all of our questions. We hope to be back again!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in Severna Park. The house was just as described. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. We loved the large refrigerator and ice maker. Our family enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch playing Scrabble and working on jigsaw puzzles. We used the tandem kayak and paddled around in Dividing Creek. The ladder and wooden steps from the dock provided easy access to the water for everyone ages 3-75. Jean was an exceptional host, responding very quickly to any questions we had. Thanks for making our visit so enjoyable ! We would highly recommend this property !

Lovely location

The house was great for our group of senior women. Very clean, kitchen well equipped, beds comfortable. Porches were perfect for our gathering. It would be better for 6-8 people. Our group of 10 older adults could have used king beds instead of queens. And the sleeper sofa was not comfortable. But we knew this and still loved the house. We were the first renters of the season and the gas grill wasn’t ready to use. We just cooked inside. None of those minor things changed what a great time we had.

J24 Regatta weekend

The house was perfect for our sailing team and family. It was so nice to return to this wonderful home after a full days racing at SSA. We will be returning the next time we are in Annapolis to race or visit. Look out for the tree in the backyard. LOL!

Wedding Weekend !!

This was the absolute perfect home for our family to stay at for my son's wedding weekend (instead of staying in a stuffy hotel, before the big day). Plenty of room for all 12 of us. Home and water views are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying at this home. It has everything you would possibly need. Lovely quiet neighborhood, yard and home are very well maintained and gorgeous. It has a very homey feel. You will not be disappointed by booking this Air B&B. The owner, Jean, was wonderful and responded to all questions very quickly.
