Détente et sérénité

Ce bach classique de Kiwi est en retrait de la route dans un cadre tranquille avec deux chambres et une nuit. Le salon décloisonné s'ouvre sur une grande terrasse. Il y a un réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, télévision, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle et barbecue à gaz. Il y a aussi des livres et des jeux disponibles pour des vacances relaxantes.

La cour arriĂšre est un peu de magie estivale. Au bas de la propriĂ©tĂ© se trouvent des arbres et des buissons et un courant de marĂ©e, qui est clĂŽturĂ©. Il y a une douche extĂ©rieure pour laver le sable de la plage ainsi qu'un banc extĂ©rieur pour les pĂȘcheurs. Il y a mĂȘme un renard volant qui offrira des heures de plaisir sans fin aux enfants.

Le bach est situĂ© dans le centre de Cooks Beach. À seulement 3-4 minutes de la plage et des magasins qui comprennent un dĂ©panneur, un magasin de poisson et frites et un bar Ă  jus, un magasin de bouteilles, une boutique d'articles mĂ©nagers et vintage et quelques restaurants.

La plage de Cooks est un coin de paradis pour les coromandels. A proximitĂ© se trouvent des courts de tennis, un parcours de golf et une cave, et ce n'est qu'Ă  une courte distance en voiture du ferry qui traverse Whitianga oĂč il y a beaucoup de magasins, restaurants et supermarchĂ©s. La plage d'eau chaude, Hahei et Cathedral Cove, des lieux touristiques bien connus, ne sont qu'Ă  dix minutes en voiture.

Great long weekend!

We had a lovely long weekend in Cooks Beach and really enjoyed our stay. We had a mixed bag, weather wise, so made use of the board games and jigsaws available, as well as getting some beach time and some bush walks. Our kids (7 & 9) said the best bits about their holiday were Hot Water Beach and the flying fox. Easy walk to the beach, comfortable bed. We would happily come stay here again!

Quiet and comfortable

The bach had a lovely setting - set back off the road with native bush. The kids enjoyed the flying fox, collecting feijoas and exploring the bush at the back of the property. It was fantastic having kayaks to use. The bach was tidy and uncluttered and it was nice having newish bedding and good quality kitchen equipment. Thank you for sharing your bach with us.

The kind of beach place where you want to stay longer..

The property is wonderful. It is walking distance from the beach and also a short stroll to local dairy/takeaways and cafe. The bach is cosy, clean and relaxing - a classic Kiwi bach. We particularly enjoyed the deck - a great space. Good selection of things to use in the garage, including kayaks and some beach/lawn games. Enjoyed the ferry over to Whitianga, walk to Captain's Cook memorial at Shakespeare cliff and coffee at Eggcentric cafe. Owner was also very helpful/responsive with any questions before our trip. Overall, can highly recommend.

Super Bach

Had a great few nights staying at the bach with my 3 kids. The beds were all super comfortable and we especially loved the little touches like the brazier outside having been filled with wood ready to light. The kids loved the flying fox in the back yard and it was a very easy 3 minute walk to the beach. Great stay, we would love to come again!

Summer concert weekend

Perfect getaway

This little 'home' is a must! More than a holiday Bach, the owners have really gone the extra mile to make guests beyond comfortable. The decor is gorgeous, the added fairy lights around the property add a magic to the evenings, and they have thought of everything. I cannot recommend this spot enough. The owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic property with all you would need for a holiday getaway!

Absolutely fantastic house with an even better outdoor experience. The indoor/outdoor flow is perfect for the summer holidays, all equipment available for use was in great condition and easily accessible. The backyard provided a great space for parking and entertainment accompanied by a great front deck that is still very private. Close to everything Cooks Beach has to offer, for a group of 20 year olds this was a superb and ideal property to book. Better then we expected!! Lyn is fantastic to communicate with and responds quickly making the stay even better.

Just like home

The Bach was beautiful, a group of us spent Christmas here and couldn’t of imagined anything better. The home had everything and more that we all needed. The beach was a close walk, house was very clean and tidy & had a lovely garden with perks of even using the kayaks. Lyn was very helpful and clear with communication. I would definitely return in the future if I had the opportunity. Thank you very much for opening up your home.

The perfect little bach

The property was clean, tidy and very well presented. As we were down for a wedding we compared it with our friends properties; this was by far the best. The owner kindly provided us with milk, tea and coffee, gave us the opportunity to check out late, was quick to respond to any questions and overall made the experience extremely easy. There is also a flying fox!

We are 3 sisters who have grown to love this part of the world through staying with family who live at Cooks Beach. We can hardly believe we now have our own piece of paradise. We love sharing it with family and friends and find it hard to leave.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love our property. It has a quintessentially NZ bach feel, tucked away in its own world down a grass driveway. The backyard includes an area of native trees and bush with the sound of tƫī and kereru. And its closeness to beach and shops is icing on the cake.

It’s a combination of NZ bach feel with modern conveniences. The back yard with its native trees and flying fox is really special.
