Appartement de deux chambres neuf et bien aménagé, entiÚrement autonome. Situé à proximité de la maison principale, mais est un bùtiment séparé. Un parking est attribué aux clients, avec un parking supplémentaire si nécessaire. La propriété est située dans une impasse calme, trÚs privée et dispose d'une barriÚre de sécurité. Parking disponible pour un bateau aussi.

Nous sommes situés sur la riviÚre Ruakaka, et à seulement 2 minutes en voiture de Ruakaka Surf Beach, Bream Bay. Juste une courte distance en voiture de la classe mondiale Marsden Point Marina (5 km). Waipu (10 km), Waipu Cove et Whangarei City sont tous facilement accessibles.

A lovely tidy little home down a right of way. This was the perfect location to base ourselves after recovering from an unfortunate accident that we had experienced while travelling. We needed the peace and privacy that this house provided. The kitchen is well stocked for those who need self-catering amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the entertainment was sufficient for our needs. There was easy access to local beaches, and the local stores had all we needed for our brief stay.

Comfiest Stay thus far!

Carol & Gordy were amazing hosts! Our group booked last minute & they managed to prepare the property for us on such short notice! Instructions were clear & Check-in and Check-out process was a breeze so our group was stoked about that! Upon arrival we were greeted by Carol & Gordy - lovely people! Who even left a bottle of wine for us which we were so grateful for!🩷The property was very cosy and fit perfectly for our small group. We could not stop talking about how spacious the bathroom was, Everything in the home was lovely. Truly grateful at how spotless the home was upon check-in! We made full use of the kitchen which also had alot of the essentials we required for our home-made dinnersLocation of the property was stunning! We thoroughly enjoyed the deck views of the Ruakaka River & it was so close to the local supermarket & beach - super convenient for us!Overall a very lovely cosy place - would definitely recommend & also would stay here again! Great little spot with relaxing vibes. All the amenities you need! Great comms with the property manager. We loved it so much we had to stay an extra night. Will definitely stay here again. Great for all ages.

Perfect getaway for young kids

Clean,tidy, safe and warm.place was great for our two boys. Lots of board games to play and books to be read in between beach play and caves. Spacious enough so that we didn't feel cramped if the weather had turned

Comfortable little cottage

My friend and I stayed for a weekend. The cottage is comfortable and clean. It has everything needed, even nice pillows. One thing to note is that the front sliding door comes in through a bedroom. There is another entrance one the other side that can be used so it's not a huge issue. I would happily stay again.

Wonderful place to stay

What a wonderful peaceful place to spend for 3 days. We where able to explore the beach which was relatively close just a shhort drive from the home. The 2 small shopping areas where within easy reach one was only a short walk from the home and the other was a short drive away. I would give it in our eyes a 5 star rating. We also enjoyed a walk along the river.

Clean and comfy

It was a lovely place to stay....clean and very comfortable. There is not alot to do in the area except the beach BUT....if Ruakaka is your destination, this is the place to stay!

Absolute 10 out of 5

This was our first time using a vrbo, going to our daughter's wedding in the local area. Carol & Gordon our hosts were great, always keeping us up-to-date as our trip got closer, and promptly responded to our emails. We were totally impressed /surprised when they invited us to their own home for a "home cooked meal ". Carol /Gordie your amazing hosts. The BnB is centrally located in Ruakaka, close to shops, the beach, lots of pubs/restaurants for your dining pleasure. The park like atmosphere of the BnB backyard was wonderful both morning and afternoon relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. We would/will definitely have to make a return trip. Thanks again for dinner!

Little slice of paradise

We absolutely loved our stay in Ruakākā and the accommodation was perfect for us. Very clean and tidy, it had everything we needed and it made for a very relaxing start to our holiday. Really close to ammenities and the most wonderful beach!!

Relaxing

Due to the terrible weather some days ,we were able to play board games that were in the home stay. We had a very relaxing time. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Excellent accommodation

This accommodation was perfect for our stay. Set in a peaceful location on the rivers edge, beautifully clean, and fully-equipped with everything we needed. We received great communication from our hosts, which made check in a breeze. Ideally situated close to the motocross track, supermarket and shops. Would highly recommend as a place to stay, and will hopefully return some time in the future! Thanks.
