Location de première classe Munson Manor V & VI dispose de deux appartements qui ont été rénovés en 2015 et 2019. Ces deux charmants appartements allient la grâce de l'architecture ancienne et la décoration contemporaine. Cette offre est située dans un quartier résidentiel avec des restaurants et des services directement de l'autre côté de la rue. Il y a un parking dans la rue et une terrasse commune avec salle à manger extérieure et un barbecue à gaz extérieur.
Munson Manor V 1er étage a un plan d'étage ouvert avec salon, salle à manger et cuisine dans une pièce très spacieuse avec de hauts plafonds. Il y a 2 chambres séparées et 1 salle de bain hors de la zone principale. Cet appartement est tout au premier étage. Il y a du parquet et du carrelage partout. Il y a un canapé confortable ou un lit pneumatique pour une personne supplémentaire.
L'appartement Munson Manor VI au 2ème étage est tout nouveau à l'intérieur à compter de mai 2019 (voir la deuxième liste). C'est un appartement très spacieux avec un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine. Il y'a quatre chambres; trois des chambres ont un lit queen et la troisième chambre a un lit complet. Nous avons un matelas pneumatique sur demande. Les planchers de bois franc d'origine ont été conservés; la cuisine est toute neuve! Il y a 2 nouvelles salles de bains toutes carrelées.

All Star Village Experience

Perfect spot, very close to the baseball fields. Dairy Queen across the street was a perfect bonus. I recommend this property.

Loved this stay at this air b and b local to my family. Very spacious and accomdating. Space heaters for every room as well as ceiling fans. Pizza place directly next door which is super convinient. I would definitely rent again when coming to town.

Great place for all star village

The property was as advertised and very clean. It had all the linens and basic supplies one would need for a week long stay while enjoying all star village. Plus it’s located next to a great pizza place and ice cream across the street. Very convenient location for all star village

Great Property - Perfect Location

The apartment was spacious, and incredibly well maintained. The location is less than a mile from All Star Village, less than 3 minute drive. It is located next to some great restaurants as well for convenient dining during your stay. The price, location, convenience, proximity to the park, accommodations and interaction with Dave the owner make this an easy choice for a perfect rental for anyone looking for a place to stay for All Star Village. We will be back next year.

Baseball World Series

The property was as described and the pictures were accurate. We came for baseball at Cooperstown All-Star Village. The location was very close to the facility and town. The host was accommodating and accessible. We would stay here again and recommend it. BTW- our team won the championship and it was amazing!

Munson Manor V

I stayed at Munson Manor V in August for the Cooperstown All Star Village Tournament when my son played. The place was spacious, including the two bedrooms. It was very clean and so conveniently located four minutes away. The air conditioner was cold for those hot days. The beds and couch are comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Parking was in back of the house for your convenience. They house has everything you need for the stay including plenty of towels, pots pans, and everything else you need for a full functioning kitchen. Great communication from the owner. I highly recommend the stay if in town for All Star Village or in the area. Location was quiet and relaxing.

Unexpected wouldn't recommend

Here is the facts that are not in the current description. There are positives but the negatives outweighs them. The property manager and owner are very responsive and the answered all questions we had. Check in and check out was easy. The property was clean but the few things made our stay not enjoyable. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, bed were very flimsy. On top of it the windows are fixed and cannot be opened. We would have liked some fresh air coming in. Floor transition from the hallway into the 2 bedrooms were not finished, cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and to top it all off the sump pump in the basement under the bedrooms will keep you up all night. I own a few properties myself and I wasn't expecting Four Season accommodation but with not a lot of money all these things can be taking care of and make the guest feel more welcome and relaxed when they leave. My wife it's a light sleeper. Between the sump pump noise going on and off all night and the very uncomfortable spring mattresses it was not a relaxing vacation.

Ideal spot for ASV Cooperstown!

Wonderful gem of a place! Right across from DQ (very tempting!) but quiet place, no noise that kept us up or woke us up. Fabulous open floor plan that allowed us to work, do a homer workout, relax, prep food to save money and enjoy the quaint town of Oneonta. House was totally stocked with all the things we needed minus a blender. Oldest son was in the bunkhouse at All Star Village - literally 3 minute drive. So clutch!

A great stay

We actually stayed at another property with the same owner, due to conflicting reservations. The 3 BR house we stayed at was great - clean, quiet, and well located. The owner was extremely responsive to any questions, and gave great recommendations for restaurants, etc. We were there for my son's baseball tournament. The house was very conveniently located to All-Star Village, and that helped us to have a fantastic week. A great overall value.

Quick getaway

Came to Oneonta to meet with nearby friends to Ride the beautiful area on motorcycles. Large carport on back to store the bikes at night. Place was clean and comfortable as advertised. Had a question for the owner, sent him a message with a prompt reply. Thanks Dave

Comfortable and homey - Oneonta, NY

We enjoyed ourselves very much during our stay in this apartment during our trip to Oneonta. Dave was very welcoming, and did his best to make sure everything went well...including some good restaurant suggestions. The apartment is freshly renovated and clean, and we had no problems. It has a comfortable and homey feel which we like. We were glad to find it as there are not really that many similar options in the Oneonta area. We recommend this property, and hope that we will be able to come back sometime in the future!

Great stay!

I live 20 mins from this rental. I used this rental to stay inOneonta while I was getting married at the country club. Place is nice and clean. Looks like its be recently updated. Great price. You get so much more here than a hotel!! There is a lot of ammenadies just a walk away. McDonald's, Riteaid, family dollar, several gas stations, undercover eggplant and dantes pizza (restaurants), a liquor store and Dairy Queen. You won't be disappointed. Dave was nice and accommodating. I plan to use this rental again!

Amazing, well appointed apartment!
