Les Sunset Townhomes sont idéalement situés sur Four O'clock Road, à seulement trois pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Breckenridge, des mesures pour l'arrêt de la navette Free Ride, et 200 yards de l'ascenseur de flocon de neige. A la fin de votre journée de ski vous rendre sur le Four O'clock Run de pic 8 Retour à la propriété.

Le coin salon d'accueil comprend une cheminée à gaz entouré d'un canapé en peluche et deux chaises latérales en cuir le long avec un pouf pour allongeant. La cheminée vous tiendra bien au chaud tout en profitant de votre émission préférée sur la TV 46 "à écran plat. Juste à côté de l'espace de vie à proximité de la porte d'entrée est un petit canapé et deux chaises latérales en cuir pour sièges supplémentaires.

Juste à côté de la salle de séjour est la cuisine bien équipée qui offre tous les appareils nécessaires pour faire un repas dont vous rêvez pendant les vacances; cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, cafetière, lave-vaisselle, ainsi que la cuisine et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Prenez place à la grande table à manger en bois pour six ou l'îlot de cuisine avec des sièges supplémentaires pour deux et profiter de votre repas cuisiné frais fait dans le confort de votre lotissement.

Les deux chambres entièrement meublés sont situés �� l'étage offrent un lit Queen, TV, et un placard de rangement dans chaque chambre ainsi que l'accès partagé à la salle de bain complète offrant une baignoire jacuzzi et douche relaxante.

La zone de divertissement bas offre une "TV 60 à écran plat pour profiter du gros gibier ou succès blockbuster, un bain à remous intérieur privé pour se détendre les muscles après une longue journée d'aventure, une 3/4 salle de bain avec une douche récemment carrelée, et deux autres un canapé-lit complétant la literie pour dix personnes.

Great place to stay

There were five of us and we really enjoyed staying here. The location is great; we skied right to the back of the property. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we could cook breakfast in every morning, and dinner one night. Great experience, good value, we will definitely stay here again.

Great Place

We loved this place. The location could not get better, the space was warm and cozy, lots of places to sleep. The place does smell like jacuzzi because there is a hot tub in the basement but you get used to it quickly.

Those are designed to stop the gas flow when the warmth of the pilot light is out. We were able to get it relit, and it's been working ever since. Nice, but crowded

the property was nice and perfect for 8 people. However the town of Breckenridge was just a little too crowded for my liking. If youre going to go to Colorado to get away I do not recommend this location. Beware that there is only parking for one vehicle which was quite annoying sonce there was open parking all around our town home. Mountains and hiking were beautiful.

Mountain Condo

Okay for starters the location is absolutely perfect. You are right on the lower 4 O'clock run. House was sparkle clean when we showed up. Pick up and check out couldn't have been made easier if they tried. And wonderful communication at the office when you show up and may have questions. However, I must have missed the part that says hot tub in the basement because the chlorine from that tub spreads from basement to ceiling. Almost as soon as you open the front door you will feel and smell exactly what we did. The house is very clean but be cautious if you are a picky traveler because it has a few Un comfy parts of it. our group will try and book the same complex each time we come to breck. Might opt out on unit 13 however. Thank you for having us!!

Hot tub in condo!

This listing doesn’t explain that there is a hot tub INSIDE this condo. So when you walk in there is an overwhelming smell of chlorine, enough to shock you. The hot tub is tucked in the basement without any ventilation and it ruins the experience of the condo. Great location but would def not stay there again. There was also a bandaid stuck on the bathroom floor. Overall, do not recommend.

Chlorine Gas Filled Dumpster

Just as the Title says. Chlorine Smelling Dumpster Frat house. Burning Eyes for 3 days. All of our kids were crying. Stained pillows sheets, crammed homeless shelter. And No, it is on a parking lot, not patio. Has not been updated since 1980. Sorry old scary motel feel. Choose another place. Trying to add pictures. For you all to really show the place. Stay Away. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are sorry to hear that you had such a negative experience. We would've been happy to send maintenance/housekeeping out if you had mentioned anything else to us while you were here. The only complaint you made us aware of was that the private hot tub had too strong of a smell, and we had the hot tub company back out there to drain it within 6.5 hours of your initial call. We were saddened to see this review because the last communication we had with your party was a conversation with your wife, and we thought everything was resolved, and that we left you guys feeling well taken care of.

Old hot tub in unit not advertised...Beware

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location. HOWEVER, nowhere in the description or pictures of this unit is it mentioned that there is an old hot tub in the lower level. The hot tub smelled of chlorine, bleach, and something dead. The smell made the bottom level unusable and smelled up the other two floors also. Only book the unit if you are willing to stay in a smelly condo.

Great location, poor management company

The chalet is in the perfect place to be able to ski in and ski out, as well as walk to town. You won’t need your car the entire trip. There was a TV in the basement that was broken. I contacted the management company and they said they would send someone out to fix it and when no one came they acknowledged that the TV had been broken for awhile and that it would need to be replaced. I don’t understand how a management company could just leave a broken tv that doesn’t turn on sitting there for so long! Other than that the place is nice and there is a lot of sleeping space.

Very Nice Space

The property is located in a great location. Check in required pick-up at separate location for the physical key, which was fine, I just haven't stayed anywhere in several years that uses actual keys instead of keypads. Also, the thermostat system is probably typical for the area or even many areas but it was not a system that I understood. We roasted the first night. 2nd day there we finally figured out there are MULTIPLE thermostats. :) Otherwise there was PLENTY of space and sleeping arrangements. Could use a few more cooking pans/pots that aren't scratched up teflon. Also, the initial level of chlorine smell in the basement from the hottub was pretty intense but it subsided within 24 hours as we opened a window for ventilation. None of what I am sharing is to say the location is bad! I am sharing it to help futures visitors optimize this great location! NO location is perfect so knowing how to deal with potential quirks helps make it that way though. :) AGAIN, TERRIFFIC PROPERTY! :)

Run down place with a decent location

1- hardly any of the outlets worked. 2- the parking was next to impossible. 3. The public parking that was recommended on the check in paperwork was where we had to park and our car was towed. $346.00 additional charge to park. 4. The grill has a propane leaks in a very dangerous place. 5. We were denied a late check out because of they said they needed 3 hours of time before the cleaning personnel was aloud in the home due to Covid. The cleaning crew showed up within an hour of us checking out. 6. When we asked to leave our car while we finished our last half day of skiing we were basically told to do so at our own risk. Place was alright but the manager made the experience pretty miserable.

Dear Adam, Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your recent stay at Sunset Townhomes 13. We are sorry to hear that you had some issues during your stay. We wish you had reported the issues with the outlets & grill while you were in house so that we could have sent our maintenance staff over to address them. We apologize for the difficulties you encountered with parking; unfortunately this is not uncommon here in Breckenridge. Parking allotments are set by each individual complex’s HOA and we are unable to provide additional parking permits or allow late parking on the day of departure when HOA rules do not allow it. The information sheet we provide for off-site parking at the Satellite Lot does provide payment information, and we are sorry if there was some sort of misunderstanding that resulted in your vehicle being towed. Regarding your late check out request-- this is a complementary courtesy extended to guests on a case-by-case basis. We can only offer a late check out if there is not another incoming guest on the day of departure, which there was in your case. We do ask for three hours to allow our housekeepers to enter the unit when they feel comfortable and to ensure a safe & thorough clean. We do our best to provide our guests with the best possible experience and apologize again that it did not meet your expectations. We hope you give us the chance to host you in the future. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was convenient to most places. The kitchen was well equipped with new set of pots and pans and plenty of plates and cups. The blinds in the bedroom were old and falling apart, could not close them and the lights from the parking lot at night and the sun glaring in at 5 am disturbed my sleep. It was reported and they did respond promptly, someone came and attempted to close them, but since the slats were broken light still came through. They are way overdue for new blinds. They have strict rules about staying over, coming in early, losing keys etc. etc. having extra charges for every thing, but when it came to broken blinds I should have been given a discount. It should go both ways. I would say overall a good unit but does need upgrades.

Great Location-- Poorly Maintained Residence (Sunset Townhomes 13)

The townhome is a great location, about a block from the Snowflake lift with a run behind it where you can basically ski to the backdoor. The residence itself was a disappointment: it is in desperate need of long-neglected maintenance and the house is definitely not up to code. The fireplace did not work, the cable did not work and none of the televisions worked, the garbage disposal did not work and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. I realize some of these things are minor, but it is obvious many of these things have not worked in a long time. Also, when a place advertises things like cable and a fireplace, I expect them to work. In terms of code, I am not an expert on Colorado building code, but there was no handrail from the first floor to the second floor and the steps were uneven, making the stairs unsafe. In addition, the dryer vented right into the residence. On a positive note, the hot tub was well-maintained and inspected twice during our four-day stay. When I checked out, I informed the clerk of the issues who took notes in a manner to let me know he was going to do absolutely nothing about it. I get it. It is all about "location", but if you are going to Breckenridge, there are a lot of other options in that same area and I recommend you go with one of those. It is clear the only thing the owners of this residence are interested in is making money off of it while doing as little as possible to maintain it.

First of all I want to thank you for bringing to our attention the lack of a hand railing leading to the upper level of the Townhome. We spoke with the owner who authorized us to install one immediately. With respect to the other issues that affected your stay, I’m sorry that we were not given the opportunity to correct them while you occupied the property. I can assure you that those items were corrected. In the future, please feel free to contact us anytime if something is not functioning correctly. Our office is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily and we have repair personnel on duty to assist all our guests. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: No complaints concerning Ski Country Resorts Management.The property we rented was not good. No screens on the windows and the window cranks did not work. Several electric outlets didn't work. When we arrived the upstairs bathroom light and fan was hanging down. On the last day the water heater didn't work and the sink was leaking. The management company did respond and moved us to a different unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattresses were very old and lumpy, I am sure they are decades old and made sleeping difficult. The amenities were plentiful and everything worked, the dining room chairs were too short for the table and it seemed the furniture was overused and very old.

Great place, great location

The condo had a lot of space over 3 levels, and was in a great location. You need to walk or take the shuttle a short distance to the lift, but you can ski directly back to the condo on the 4 O’Clock run. Great location, easily walkable to town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great check in and check out experience, and the place is as advertised. Could have been closer for ski-in ski-out.
