Le complexe Tamarisk se trouve à seulement cinq minutes à pied de l'ascenseur Quicksilver et de l'��cole de ski de la base de Breckenridge Peak 9. En outre, Main Street se trouve à seulement deux pâtés de maisons. Vous aurez également accès à la piscine extérieure chauffée Columbine et aux bains à remous intérieurs / extérieurs situés à quelques pas du complexe. Valeur, confort et emplacement!

Ce condo haut de gamme de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est un lieu de retraite idéal pour les familles ou les groupes de six personnes maximum. En entrant dans le salon, vous serez accueilli par un magnifique foyer à gaz, d’énormes baies vitrées, une télévision à écran plat incurv��e et de nombreux sièges. Il y a un patio près du salon et de la salle à manger où vous pourrez cuisiner sur le gril à gaz tout en profitant du réconfort de la forêt. La cuisine entièrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et un bar à petit-déjeuner pouvant accueillir jusqu'à trois personnes, et la table à manger pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six autres personnes. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company was prompt with replies. Property needs some work. Kitchen cabinets were missing part or all of pulls and some were warped and hanging open. The carpet was worn out by kitchen table and the couch had big tears in the center cushion. There weren’t even enough extra blankets to throw one over the couch to cover it so we used a pillowcase. Heat didn’t seem to work well as it got colder through the night. It was what my group was expecting after reading all the good reviews.

This condo isn’t what the pictures make it out to be. The pictures were obviously taken years ago. Parking for only one vehicle is frustrating but manageable. Pool and hot tub are shared with several other properties in another location.

This condo is in a great spot--walk to the lifts and downtown. However, the couch was ripped, the back slider didn't lock, the front door deadbolt didn't work, and the rugs and master comforter were very worn. In addition, the water in the entire building was shut off for a day with no notice. On a second day, a maintenance person insisted on coming in with no notice, then turned on the washer in the washer/dryer combo without asking me while I was drying my ski gear mid-day (ruining the rest of my day). The management company's response both times was "Thanks for letting us know." Not the best experience I've had with a VRBO for sure.

Great location for a summer stay. We could walk to downtown. The balcony is nice, as are the big windows, only available on the top floor of this condo complex. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit, so be sure to make alternate plans if you have more than one.

Great for rink access

The condo location was great to access downtown and the skating rink. It was clean and had some amenities. The furniture in the living room is dated and smelled a little bit. The kitchen was user friendly and had most of the supplies we needed. The communication with the property manager was stellar and helpful. We would stay here again.

Awesome Location & Stay

We had an amazing stay at this location!! We loved how it was so close to town, It was about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and quicksilver lift! Beds were comfortable and we loved the gas fire place that turns on with the push of a button! Would stay again!
