Quiet unique area w/beautiful wild peacocks! Just 10-15 min to the most beautiful beaches, 10-15 min to downtown, 5 min to shopping. This cozy 2BR w/private entry & driveway, private BA & sleeps 4. Queen BR equipped w/desk, & Firestick tv. 2nd BR has a daybed w/two singles, dinette, Firestick, coffee maker, mini-fridge & microwave. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler available. NO LIVING ROOM or KITCHEN. Pool & hot tub NOT heated. Not kid or pet friendly.

IMPORTANT: We live in the home. The suite is completely private with private entrance but under the same roof (there's a locked door as shown in the pictures that is locked on both sides - really no different than some hotels with dividing doors), kitchenette only (no sink or stove) and pool/jacuzzi are NOT heated.

Maximum stay is 5 nights.

Angie was a great communicator! Any questions we had were answered immediately. The apartment was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable! We had everything we needed to have a great weekend in St. Petersburg! Having peacocks roaming the streets was quite unbelievable! Thank you, Angie!

Peacocks galore!

Cute, cozy, clean and convenient. That sums up our stay. Thoughtful amenities that made going to the beach very easy.

Friends weekend!

Location was perfectly set local to anything you’d want to do. Home was very clean, comfy and perfectly sized for a couple of friends to stay. The only negative was the hot tub was not hot, but the pool was a nice end to the days. All in all a very positive experience and we would stay again!

Peacock Paradise was great

A great stay, peacocks were wonderful to see. Property great, never had a chance to use pool, there was no key by door going out so figured the pool wasn't open.

Good place for short stay

We stayed here before a running race- 3 adult friends. The pool area was nice to sit and chat because the room is a little cozy lol. Everything was wonderfully clean, the bed was comfy, felt like it was a safe neighborhood. The peacocks are a hoot! We would stay again.

Highly Recommend Staying here

The stay was very nice, and the owners were easy to deal with. I did not see the owners the whole stay which I would have been fine with meeting them but I am sure they stay out of the way so the people stay there can enjoy the experience. Even though the owners stay in an attached part of the house you don't even know they are there. The peacocks were very neat to see. I would like to know more about why they stay in that area I find it interesting. The private pool was nice as too. I would definitely stay there again. Jason

Peacock Party!

Clean, cozy, and perfectly located for our purposes. Everything we needed was tastefully provided any the shower is amazing! Peacocks in every direction—an added bonus. Too chilly to enjoy the pool but maybe next time!

Peacock paradise

Great location to many restaurants , beaches and the VA hospital. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. The rooms were bigger than the pictures online. The owners provided many amenities as well. I did not get a chance to use the pool but it did look nice. The property lives up to its name.... many encounters with peacocks. They were beautiful.

Excellent Choice

Location perfect, Cleanliness spot on, comfortable for 3 adults and loved all the peacocks and a dip in the pool with a cold drink in the evening after site seeing all day.

Super!

My husband and I were staying in St Pete to see a house we might buy. We could not have asked for a prettier or cleaner place to stay. All the little toiletries and helpful items were completely unexpected. There was even a new toothbrush if you forgot yours! All Coffee supplies were available for first couple of days! Until we could get to the store. The pool was perfect for us to have wine in the evening and our two adult daughters to swim after a hectic day. And the peacocks! They are all over the neighborhood and gorgeous! Thanks Angie!!!

Peacocks and more!

I chose this place based on where I needed to be, but this amazing place proved to be the place I needed to be. Beautiful, tranquil neighborhood setting complete with enchanting peacocks wandering throughout the area. It's a perfect respite for someone/couple seeking solace yet close to the beach, awesome restaurants and an opportunity to experience the beauty of Florida hospitality at its best.

Crazy People threw us out.

They, like most listings, say no smoking. That means no smoking in the house. Some will say no smoking on property. We smoked in the back yard by the pool, and they watched up on a hidden camera and told us not to smoke on property or we would need to move. The next day, even though no one had smoked on the property, they threw us out in the middle of the night. They canceled our reservation, and called the police on us. They told us if we didnt return within 30 minutes, they would take all our belongings and put them on the curb. VRBO was no help. They kept saying the house rules were no smoking on property, which was false and we had to leave and would not get a refund for the days we couldn't stay. The property owners yelled at me on the phone and sent a series of unhinged text messages with threats and insults. This left us scrambling for place to stay in Florida during spring break, which we could not find. We had friends let us stay with them, or we would have been really screwed. These are terrible people, and I wont be useing VRBO again.

Peacocks Galore

This adorable place does not disappoint. The abundance of peacocks roaming the property is entertainment in itself. Although the property is attached to the owners it was never an issue as we had our own entrance and complete privacy.
