Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location, across the road from Clarkes beach. The living & outdoor area is great but that's where it ends unfortunately.There is no wifi as the speed is so slow that you can't even send emails quickly. Absolutely ridiculous! Couldn't do any work or even watch Netflix. had to set up a hotspot from our phones and the mobile phone reception in the area is not that fast either.The carpets in both bedrooms had a smell and need replacing. Floorboards would be perfect. Currently it is not good for people who are sensitive with allergies.The back bedroom gets all the heat and there is no aircon in that room or the living area, only the master which was great.Would be a great place to stay if it had fast internet like every other accommodation in the area, carpets removed and aircon in all rooms.

Perfect for our Byron stay

We stayed at Palms (unit 1) for our stay in Byron and it was the perfect choice. Accommodation was clean and comfortable, everything you needed. The front balcony area was a nice spot for brekkie and afternoon drinks. Across the road from the beach and short walk into town. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment opposite the beach

From check in to check out this property was exactly as it was listed on the website. On arrival it was clean, neat and nicely set up with plenty of towels and other supplies. The outside area was great to have our meals and watch the people go by on the footpath. It had everything we needed! Spacious and modern.

Perfect location

Loved staying at the Palms in Byron bay it was the perfect location. Walking distance to town, quiet and just across the road from Clarke’s beach. Lots of room, well appointed and really clean.
