Peaceful and close to beach

Great Location
Great location with a lovely outlook from the balcony to have morning coffee and afternoon drinks.
We surfed every morning at the Pass and walked into town every day for lunch, or shopping or dinner. We parked the car in the garage on day one and didn't move it for 12 days straight as we enjoyed the relaxed way of living life. A well-earned relaxing holiday and the apartment made the holiday so easy. Thanks

Great location
The apartment was in a great location. Great size for an apartment and huge balcony area.
We were pretty disappointed with the cleanliness when we checked in the place was filthy. The dining table was covered in dirt & tabacco, coffee table dirty, floor was so dirty you could literally see white dust under the couch and dining table. The blankets in the cupboard smelt musty. Some of the cutlery and kitchenware wasn’t cleaned properly. The place just needs a huge detailed clean!! It was a shame for the money we spent on the property.

The apartment is spacious and in a good location. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well kitted out for cooking. However the place is tired and in need of a deep clean. A partial renovation has been done well but at some point they stopped. There are lovely sofas and mirrors, the bathrooms are great but the rest is a bit of a mess. Half the globes in the down lights have blown making the place dark and dingy. The coffee table was so sticky it ripped a book cover, the dining table was the same. One of the hot plates on the stove is broken and the overhead extraction fan is really dirty with drips of oil. Bathroom fan doesn’t work and the old built in robe in the main bedroom wouldn’t open. The place needs some love. It’s also noisy as the walls are paper thin. I wouldn’t stay there again

It is in a nice spot, big for a two bedroom and nice and seperate area between them.
Great location close to walk to the Pass with your board and not worry about parking.
Ensuite toilet can only be used by a midget due to shower wall. Ensuite shower would clog up.
There is no wifi which we knew, however there is very limited 4G as well which we didn’t know. This means very limited download speeds.
There was a BBQ in the picture but no BBQ present.
It’s also on the corner to Tallows which is nice but also noisy first thing 6-7am as everyone checks out the surf.
Parking is ok, just a tight tunnel to drive into parking spot. One garage door wasn’t working which is the one we needed to use. This required us to back out in the van through a tight tunnel and reverse out the way we came in. Not ideal.
Overall nice but limited.

Despite staying during peak season, our vacation was marred by a number of issues. Upon arrival, the fob key for the car park did not work, and the car park itself was located next to overflowing bins, which created a terrible smell that wafted into the building and persisted until the bins were emptied 4 days after arrival. Once inside the unit, we found that the unit wasn’t very clean and was missing basic amenities such as towels, dishwashing detergent, a bath plug, shower soap, and toilet paper. Additionally, the appliances in the unit were old and outdated, including the iron, microwave, stove, and vacuum. The vaccum cleaner literally didn’t suck up a thing so was useless. Given that we paid nearly $3500 per week for the rental, we felt that the accommodation was not at all satisfactory. There were no beach towels or wifi available, which should be standard inclusions. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay.

The unit is well positioned with an easy walk to the beach and to town. We stayed in winter and the unit was a bit dark and cold. it would be ok in summer.The airconditioning didnt work, the sliding doors on the wardrobes didnt work and the stove had seen better days. When we told the agent, they were dimissive and wanted to blame the cleaner. I dont think the agent has inspected the unit for a long time and are only interested in getting their commission. If i was the unit owner, id get a better rental agent.

There was no spare toilet paper, no shampoo or Conditioner left for guests for 3 night stay. I was no happy with a very small amount of toilet paper left for 5 people, 2 bathrooms. When mentioned to real estate they blamed the floods and said they would do what they can. They dropped over 2 rolls but no shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Really inconvenient. Having no Wi Fi was not brought to my attention before booking or I would not have booked this accomodation.

Great spot and plenty of room
The rooms are big and beds are comfy. Location is great for access to Tallows and Clarkes. Polished timber floors are easy to keep clean. Doors in the complex tend to slam shut when anyone leaves their unit though
Was disappointed with lack of basics in cupboard - foil, gladwrap, couldn't get the grill to work and the place is a little old - screen doors hard to open, windows locked shut. No Wifi or Foxtel which I would expect for this price.

Great Spot
Short walk to the Pass, Clarkes and Tallow beaches and just over the hill to Wategos.
Clean and spacious with a dense green outlook- the flat would be nice and cool in hot weather but was a little dark for our July stay.
