Exclusive villa face Akureyri

Cette villa exclusive est situé sur un emplacement pittoresque en face du centre d'Akureyri ville. Il est des célébrités, mais loué à d'autres personnes qui apprécient l'emplacement et le haut niveau de finition. La maison a été construite en 2006 par l'architecte islandais Fanney Hauksdottir. Il a été révisé récemment et équipé avec des caractéristiques de qualité comme le système audio Revox et les matériaux attrayants, comme le noyer, l'ardoise et le verre.
Autour de la maison est un jardin de 16.000 m2 et une clôture de sécurité. Un système d'alarme et de caméras sont installées pour la sécurité des clients. Sur demande tous les services possibles sont disponibles.

En hiver, la route de la maison ne sont pas effacées. Habituellement, cela ne pose aucun problème. Mais cela est impossible, l'allée, une courte marche (400 mètres) est nécessaire. Spectacular property! Breathtaking views, spacious living area, cozy bedrooms, and well-kitted kitchen -- this home has it all. Communication with the host was outstanding, including the pre-arrival house guide and follow-up during the stay.I plan on returning to Akureyri next year and will absolutely stay here again if it is available.

This is an amazing, high-tech house in a great location with stunning view across to the town through huge windows. The view is especially magnificent at night.And there's a hot-tub which can be filled and emptied at the touch of a button.This was our second visit - we were very keen to return.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa and would highly recommend to future visitors. It is very close to local amenities and the airport.We had a few minor issues with the heating and electricity however these were swiftly addressed.The bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate as were the kitchen facilities. Would 100% return again if visiting Akureyri

This is a great place to stay & not only for the views (which are amazing). The house is a great base to explore the wonders of North Iceland. If you want to chill, sitting in the hot tub overlooking the Eyjafjörður Fjord is highly recommended. Thanks to Guðrún, Annett & Thomas for being so accommodating as part of our stay. We will definitely be returning.

Magical stay as a midpoint on our ring road trip. We stayed 4 nights to rest up and enjoy some of the fabulous towns in the north. We ventured to the Troll Peninsula, the Diamond Circle and up to Husavik for horseback riding and whale watching. This was the perfect home to come home to. We enjoyed the hot top, the comfortable beds, having laundry facilities, it was all wonderful!

This is a comfortable, well designed house in a good location. Folks who want to see a variety of remarkable geological sites and thermal hot springs can find them within a 1.5 hour drive from this location. We had a peaceful panoramic view of Akureyri, the river, and surrounding mountains from the huge windows across the front of the house. The house was perfectly cleaned and provided all the amenities needed for cooking and relaxing. The four of us cooked lots of delicious meals, listened to a variety of music provided by the host, and spent quiet time in the hot tub. The beds are very comfortable and the floors are heated.The property manager was responsive and cooperative. They provided a useful guide for living in the house and special places to see. We would stay there again if we returned.

Another Wonderful Stay

We just finished 6 nights at Hrafnabjorg. This was our second stay at this particular home. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, it was fun to have a hot tub to relax in each night and the views of the fjord and Akureyri are spectacular. We were 3 adults & 2 kids. We highly recommend it!

Nice family respite
