This place suited us just right, two adults & 3 teenagers, at a great price. It had everything we needed & the space was ideal. The property is well maintained with a very nice backyard. Four minutes from town. Highly recommend it for a family holiday.

Kalbarri Gem

Situated in a pleasant, residential street on the outskirts of Kalbarri, but within easy walking distance of the town's amenities, this neat and tidy property was perfect for our family stay. I much prefer the "key-safe entry" that is usual practice with Stayz accommodation, rather than needing to double back to the Estate Agent to collect/return keys (but as Kalbarri is only small, this is not too much of an inconvenience). We would happily use this property again should the opportunity arise.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was an OK stay. The floor of the rental was filthy and the house was littered with spiders and cockroaches. We almost got bitten by redbacks on several occasions. A thorough clean and some pest control and would lead to a great rental.

Close to lots, across from Blue Holes. Very well equipped kitchen, has Netflix and Binge in the evenings, 2 lounge rooms :) Was very convenient.
