Tidemark - Diamond Beach

Maison neuve en bord de mer absolue de deux étages avec parquet, espaces de vie ouverts et vue sur l'océan. Cette maison de vacances a tout pour des vacances fabuleuses! Il comprend deux espaces de vie avec une télévision à écran LCD, un lecteur DVD / CD / vidéo et un amplificateur stéréo. Il y a un balcon principal à l'étage, un balcon abrité en bas et deux autres petits balcons. Les paramÚtres extérieurs sont inclus.

Il y a quatre chambres à coucher - la chambre principale à l'étage a un lit queen et salle de bain avec douche, WC et vanité. La chambre principale en bas a également un lit queen et les deux autres chambres ont chacune deux lits simples. De plus, il y a un canapé-lit double dans la chambre d'hiver.

La salle de bains à trois voies en bas comprend une grande baignoire spa et douche, une vanité séparée et des toilettes séparées tandis que la salle de bain à l'étage a une douche, des toilettes et une vanité.

La cuisine Ceasorstone entiÚrement équipée comprend des appareils européens, notamment un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes et un grand réfrigérateur. La kitchenette en bas dispose d'un four micro-ondes et d'un réfrigérateur-bar. La buanderie a une machine à laver et un sÚche-linge et il y a une petite corde à linge à l'extérieur. Dans la cour, il y a un barbecue à gaz, des supports de planche de surf et une douche extérieure chauffée, ce qui est excellent aprÚs une baignade.

Des références sont exigées des locataires potentiels. Un dépÎt de garantie de 500 $ est requis à chaque réservation.

It has become a home from home for us every February and we always have a wonderful time here. The house is very comfortable. Loved it

Amazing location - the beach is a hop and skip from the backyard! The place was perfect for me and the kids as it was a simple home and the property manager was so lovely and accommodating! Highly recommended and would stay again hopefully in the summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The premises were clean, particularly the bathrooms and the kitchen were excellent. The entrance also had been swept and was very presentable. But as its a big house, it could be that the cleaners were unable to do all that was needed in the time allotted. Under the beds and other heavy furniture ( lounge, sofa bed) had not been vacuumed and there was even an old bread roll left underneath the sofa bed in the in the Winter room. There's some kind of webbed sheet under all the mattresses that continues to shed small white bits of plastic each day. Whatever those " sheets" are they need to be gone or replaced. The premises' facilities were adequate, not great. We were surprised to see there was no hair-dryer in any of the bathrooms, there was only one hand towel for each bathroom and it seemed only one towel allotted per guest for the week. Of course, we could have ( and did) wash these items but no one wants to think about doing laundry on their holiday. Also surprising was the lack of toilet paper provided, we've booked premises with your office for several years now and have never come across this before. We also were surprised that there was no full length mirror anywhere in the house. We really feel it is essential. The house is lovely but it was very hot - the ceiling fans were OK, but air conditioning would have been appreciated, even a portable evaporative cooler would have gone a long way to providing some relief from the heat.There's no number visible on the outside of the house from the front. Not a huge issue, but a bit weird.We've always found the office staff are helpful and pleasant, and the booking process is easy. Our overall stay was very enjoyable and yes, we would definitely consider booking these premises again, and recommend it to friends.

Magnificant location and unique spacious property

This modern, well equipped, absolute beachfront property was ideal for our family of seven adults. With 3 bathrooms, 2 separate living/dining areas as well as a BBQ area with kitchenette it was perfect. The hot water outdoor shower was well used.

The house was very clean, the kitchen very well appointed. My only wish would be, swapping one of the single beds with a double. There is plenty of room in the downstairs bedroom where there are currently 2 singles. This would be perfect to accommodate older children or adults.

Fishing trip

Perfect house for our group. A few minor issues with garbage collection, no BBQ plate etc. But nothing that dampened our stay and management were very responsive. The house backs on to the beach with great views of the surf and just a short stroll along a private access. Great spot, would come again.

Perfect location

We have returned to this house several times over the years. It has a very comfortable openness to it, but The property was somewhat dirty. kitchen utensils some of them need to replace. Definitely highly recommended for short or long term stay.

Great break away

The house itself is designed well and comfortable for a family of 6, however upon arrival we did come across some minor cleaning issues. Sand on the lounges, dirty utensils and filthy rangehood. Apart from this, we did have an enjoyable time at Tidemark. Thank you

Beautiful viewing lot of room

This house had the most amazing view of the ocean, whales, dolphins and more. The house was as described and easily fitted our two families. We were disappointed that the beach access was locked but once we contacted the property manager and an explanation was given we understood. Would recommend letting the tenant know before arriving in future. Our only concern was them changing the lock box code mid stay and not being able to access the house on return from an outing because we didn't have the new code. We found this quite strange that they did it mid stay but also didn't contact us to let us know.

March Stay

The house is situated in an excellent location, with direct access to the beach through the back fence. It offers ample space, but it requires a thorough cleaning. The primary reason for choosing this location was the view; however, upon reaching the top of the stairs, the view is obscured by dirty windows. Although we attempted to clean with spray and wipes, the entire house, including door tracks, windows, and balconies, needs a comprehensive cleaning.Additionally, the refrigerator barely kept items cold, and the door needed to be checked to ensure it was properly closed. The freezer did not freeze ice, which, although it may seem minor, is an issue considering the nightly rate. Overall, it is a great spot with a generous size, but it needs to be maintained better, and the refrigerator should be replaced..

Lovely stay

We were delighted with our stay at Diamond Beach. There were 7 of us with a few doing some WFH so we really appreciated the two living areas plus the winter room. The house was quite lovely and we spent a lot of time around the table on the upstairs balcony watching the ocean, surfers and visiting pods of dolphins. Some previous reviews mentioned cleanliness - we found the house in a very clean state and there were lots of condiments, tea, coffee, rubbish bags and washing up supplies in the cupboards. The local takeaway, pizza shop and bottlo are a short walk away and were good and the Foodworks at Blackhead is a short drive away and has everything. PROs The views and direct beach access from the house. Lifeguards and flags everyday we were there from 9am A great, big table for dining and games CONs Early checkout time of 9am Bins are too small for so many people, especially if the last lot filled the recycling bin. We had a wonderful week!

The newly repolished floorboards upstairs looked fantastic and a new BBQ. Wonderful! There was a bit of an issue with the electrics due to some very heavy rain. An electrician was called promptly by the property management. Again, I would say I would love there to be a double bed in the downstairs bedroom to replace one of the single beds. Our children are now grown, and another double downstairs would be great.

Food scraps in the bottom of the dishwasher, dining table with sauce and crumbs all over it. And when we took the rubbish to the bin outside it was full to the lid. Also, the garage remote didn't work which was a pain. Such a shame because it's a great place.
