Situé juste à l'extérieur du village de Schuss, vous aurez un accès rapide et facile aux nombreux terrains de golf et aux pistes de Schuss. Bellaire est à quelques minutes ainsi que Torch Lake, le lac Bellaire et le lac Intermediate.

Great place for a family stay

Clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of amenities and lots of fun things in the area to do along with terrific eateries nearby.

Great stay as always.

It was a wonderful week for us. The house was warm and comfortable when we arrived. It was very cold (during the severe cold days) outside and lots of snow, but the driveway was plowed out and we were able to get 4 vehicles parked with no problem. Thank you for sharing your home with us again!

The house was absolutely home away from home! Perfect location for skiing, tubing and relaxing. The house is well equipped with everything you can think of. Great layout and space to spread out with family. It’s an older home, with drafty windows but plenty of areas to cozy up and has a fireplace! Beds werejust ok and the bedding could use a refresh, but that is my only criticism/suggestion! We celebrated NYE at the Lakeview Hotel family party which was a blast! We love the Schuss Mountain villages and Bellaire area, wewill definitely be back!

Schuss Chalet

If you want a large Chalet in Bellaire/Shany Creek area, this is a great choice. Four bedrooms, three baths, big family size dining room and full kitchen were great for our growing family. Close to many lakes and charming small towns in northern Michigan.

Awesome chalet

Had the whole family up and we had a great time. We got there during a blizzard but we were able to enjoy it with plenty of room to move around and play games. Close to schuss mountain so we were able to ski one day.

The location was very roomy and homey. Each person had their own personal space. Group meals were fun. Location was great to our venue. I would suggest King beds in the two downstairs bedrooms, though.

Even more wonderful than the pics

This is such lovely property. We appreciated the deck areas adjacent to the woods, and the amazing view from the great room. The kitchen is well laid out with all imaginable equipment and supplies, including a Keurig machine, and the full dining room includes a small buffet containing a standard drip coffee machine. There is an open area at the top of the stairs where teens can be comfortable. It has a table, futon couch and a cabinet of games. The bathrooms were attractive and well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Spacious Schuss Mountain Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at TheLodge. The property has all the amenities you could need for a long weekend away. Property was spacious and very accommodating for our family of 5. The beds were are comfortable, except for the master bed was very firm. We love the Schuss Mtn area of Shanty Creek it has plenty of walking paths. Bring the boat for awesome time on the Lake! Would stay at this property again! Enjoy Shorts Brewing and The Nest!!

Adult Getaway

We enjoyed the layout of the house. It was great to have enough bedrooms and the large kitchen island and dining room area were well used. The only thing that was challenging was that some of the dishes (plates, serving ware, and coffee pot) were dirty when taken out of the cupboards. Definitely a nice place not too far from reaching our destination of Torch Lake.

Great house for a large family

This house was perfect for accommodating three families and location was great for getting to the ski lifts. We highly recommend this house and will be planning another stay for next ski season.

Wonderful ski weekend

Beautiful stay, waking up to watch snow fall. Guests should know that the resort shuttle stops a half block away at “five corners”, which is a great way to get a large group of skiers around the resort, particularly when the roads are icy and your guest’s cars aren’t prepared for Michigan winters. We had 3 families with 6 kids and fit nicely with the girls in the fourth bedroom and the boys on the loft, which is larger than the pictures and has a futon bed. Only negative was that the fireplace vent seemed blocked, smoke didn’t vent so we couldn’t use it.
