Calme paisible sur le lac Rabun

La maison, construite en 1985, se trouve sur un terrain boisĂ© au-dessus du lac. Une fois que vous arrivez, dĂ©posez vos sacs, ouvrez les portes françaises et entrez dans les spacieux porches grillagĂ©s entourĂ©s d'arbres et de laurier. Vous pouvez entendre la cascade couler au bout de la crique
 respirez l'air frais de la montagne et laissez vos vacances commencer!

Dans l'ensemble, nous pensons que cette maison peut accueillir 6 adultes confortablement avec 3 lits doubles dans des chambres privées. Il y a aussi une chambre avec lits superposés et 2 mezzanines. VEUILLEZ NOTER: les lofts ne sont pas idéaux pour les jeunes enfants en raison de la hauteur et des échelles verticales.

Le niveau supérieur a une cuisine, salle à manger / salon, véranda grillagée, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, chambre avec lits superposés pour 4 et 2 lofts séparés. Le niveau inférieur comprend une chambre, une salle de bains, un grand salon confortable avec télévision, Wii, jeux / livres, lits superposés et une buanderie adjacente. Les portes françaises mÚnent à un porche grillagé avec une table de ping-pong et des planches de maïs.

Des dizaines de marches à travers les arbres vous mÚneront au hangar à bateaux à 2 niveaux, qui est rempli de flotteurs et de canoës. Il y a trÚs peu de trafic de bateaux dans cette crique - une situation idéale pour les nageurs. Le port de plaisance de Hall est juste en face du lac et visible depuis le hangar à bateaux.

Il y a un parking pour 3 voitures. VEUILLEZ NOTER: l'allée est trÚs raide. Les conducteurs voudront probablement mettre leur véhicule à un faible rapport. Ce n'est pas une allée idéale pour les grandes camionnettes ou les remorques. (Veuillez en tenir compte avant de planifier votre voyage.)

Le quartier commerçant de Lakemont est Ă  8 minutes en voiture. Le port de plaisance de Hall, Rabun Inn et Louie's on the Lake sont Ă  8 minutes en voiture (ou encore une promenade en bateau encore plus courte). Clayton - avec de bons restaurants - est Ă  environ 20 minutes en voiture. Explorez les parcs d'État, les cascades, les sentiers de randonnĂ©e, les vergers et les vignobles Ă  proximitĂ© ou restez Ă  la maison en profitant de la beautĂ© du lac Rabun!

Peaceful

Owner was everything good and truly kind to our family. Thank you! The property was clean, stocked with everything we needed and in a beautiful location. Enjoyed every day breathing in fresh air and being on the water. Clayton was only about 10 minutes away and had restaurants and groceries. Being in a place like this reminds me of how grateful I am to enjoy a beautiful part of this Earth and share with kind people.

We had such a momentous time the first time we were there, we had to go back! The house is beautifully situated in the woods on Lake Rabun. It’s centrally located with lots to do in Clayton and lovely boutiques in Lakemont. Can’t wait to go back!

Lake Rabun Win!

We loved our stay at this property. We are longtime residents and visitors of Lake Rabun and this home was very well appointed for lake living! Every time you turn a corner, they had what you needed...or what you didn't know you needed. Comfortable and cozy with plenty of room to spread out. We loved the porches amongst the trees and sitting above the lake listening to the waterfall in the back of the cove. Our kids loved the downstairs living area stocked with books, games and movies. And the adjacent lower screen porch with ping pong and games was a huge hit- with the adults too. The boathouse is easier to access via the stairs than I thought and a lovely walk through the rhododendrons and mountain laurel leads you to the top of the boathouse. They even have a large cooler on top of the boathouse for you to use! Win! Unique to this property is full access to the boathouse and the various floats, canoes, paddleboards, etc. This is not always the case with many rentals on the lake. So this is a huge plus! The cove is one of the best on the lake as it remains calm and ideal for swimming and floating or just sitting and staring at the deep blue-green Lake Rabun water. Review the parking notes under "About this Property" on the listing. It can be a bit tricky but expected with mountain property...don't let that hold you back from this awesome home. The owners were always responsive and helpful. We will definitely be returning! Thanks Binns!

Fall Bucket List

This cabin has to be one of the beautiful properties I have ever stayed at. I booked this cabin for my wedding party as it was closer to our venue. It comfortably fit 12 adults and did not feel crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook. The views of the lake were breathtaking. Wendy was kind enough to respond to our messages right away and extend our checkout. I definitely recommend this cabin.

Loved it!

We booked this house for a family gathering. There was more than enough room for 7 adults and 2 children. The boathouse was great! We spent many hours relaxing in the lake floating on rafts and paddle boards. We found this house had many things to keep people of all ages occupied. Ping pong, corn hole, board games, puzzles, as well as toys for the lake. We had an amazing time. Would love to go back!

Perfect Lake Rabun experience

This was our 2nd year at Fish Camp and it feels like home. The quiet cove with super easy access to everything was awesome. The boathouse has the perfect combination of sun and shade. Cant wait to come back next year!

Our family wanted to be barefoot and enjoying nature more, so that's how we landed at this lake house! We were drawn to Lake Rabun's timelessness and setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It's restorative. What do we like? Paddling. Picnics. Long floats. Ping pong battles. Sitting by the stone fireplace. Puzzles. Showing-off a fish we caught. A nap in the hammock. Happy hour on the boathouse. Star gazing. Time together! Thank you for visiting our page. We feel lucky to have found this spot and so happy to share it with others who love the lake like we do. Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This house is located on a peaceful cove among hemlocks, pines and mountain laurel. A waterfall creates a nice soundtrack. Hall's Marina (visible from the boathouse) is conveniently located directly across the lake. A dinner at Rabun Inn is only an 8-minute drive (or shorter boat ride). Clayton, GA, where there are lovely shops and restaurants, is a 20-minute drive. In 8-minutes you can be in charming Lakemont. There is also a lot to explore in the surrounding Chattahoochee National Forest – Angel Falls, Tallulah Falls and Minnehaha Falls. Wineries, orchard, drive-in theater and more attractions are close-by. To be honest, you may not want to leave the house once you're settled in – stay home and enjoy the views and natural setting!

The cove offers a protected place to float, paddle and swim. Look for the bald eagle, kingfishers, ducks, turtles from the boathouse. And, inside the the house there are so many comfortable spots for reading and unwinding. Feel social? Plenty of space to lounge, play games and have meals with friends and family. At night, the screened porches are ideal for lingering and listening to nature. This location offers something unique to enjoy in all seasons!
