Great accommodations for up to seven people. You could enjoy yourselves by just staying on the property with a well equipped kitchen and a deck with grill to enjoy the fabulous sunsets. If you’re an active person you’ll have plenty of options without looking for your car keys. Nearby Colt Park is within walking distance offering a beach, walking/biking trails, tennis courts, etc. There’s also the nearby East Bay bike trail which can take you all the way to Providence along a scenic route. Comfortable beds, modern climate control, bikes, floats and yard games included.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! The views were incredible! We loved our beach walks every day. The park is such a close walk and there’s a walking path as well closeby. The neighborhood was so quiet. The house had everything we needed and more. Byron and Robin were such wonderful hosts, we would love to stay at their home again!

We rented the property with friends. The home was immaculate and the decor was very nice. The Kitchen was well stocked, the Living Room had fun things to do and the Bedrooms very comfortable. The views of the water were breathtaking, and we enjoyed exploring the park next door. The area was very quiet and the Town of Bristol very charming. We would highly recommend and hope to come back one day.

This property was a dream. The most beautiful setting bayfront which allowed for amazing sunsets and views all throughout the day. The house was so welcoming and comfortable. We all really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave the house. They had everything you would need for a perfect vacation.The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Beautiful bathrooms that are updated with new vanities and showers. We had a toddler and everything was child proof which we loved. The communication with the owners was so thorough and informative. Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality. I highly recommend this home!

This beachfront cottage was perfect! Immaculately clean, well equipped, great aesthetic. This was perfect for our family and one of the most comfortable lodgings I have ever stayed in. Quiet neighborhood but close enough if we needed to run out for something. Proximity to playground was a plus. Host was lovely to work with. Hope we can stay again in the future! Thank you!!

Top notch host - solid 5 stars - thank you Byron! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean, updated, lots of hooks (that’s a big one) and extras - instructions for everything at your fingertips - I wish all rentals were all like this! Perfect Cottage Retreat

We had a very enjoyable stay in this stylish and well stocked house. Beautiful location right on the water and a stones throw from the Bristol beach and Rec area. Hosts were great and we plan to stay again when visiting my extended family in the area.

Wonderful house and location. Perfect for families. So many lawn games and options to do at your fingertips! Hosts were responsive and offered many ideas for things to do during our week long stay.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish! Byron, the host, was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, making everything from booking to check-in seamless.The location was exceptional—exactly what we were hoping for and perfect for exploring the Bristol, Warren, and Barrington area. The home was spotless upon arrival, and we especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, along with the thoughtful incidentals not normally provided (shampoo, body soap, laundry supplies, and more).The home and amenities were exactly as described in the listing. The first floor features one bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, and a gathering room, while the second floor includes the master suite with its own full bathroom, an additional bedroom, a cozy sleeping nook, and a comfortable sitting area.Everything matched the listing perfectly, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. We took full advantage of the proximity to Colt State Park and the bike/walking trail. We saw a lot of wildlife in the backyard and along the trail. The private beach and multiple outdoor seating areas were very relaxing.We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return again in 2027. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home in a fantastic location!

The house was perfect. It was a sisters getogther and it was a great fit for the 4 of us. Comfortable areas for playing games and just chatting. Kitchen was very convenient to use and was well equipped.

Fabulous vacation home!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. The location and amenities can't be beat - waterfront, huge deck and backyard, and immediately next to magnificent parks with long walking and biking paths. The home itself worked great for our group and the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!!
