Espaces de vie intérieurs

Une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD et système de son est installée dans le salon qui est adjacent à la salle à manger généreuse et à la cuisine entièrement équipée et a un accès direct au charmant espace extérieur.

Cuisine

La cuisine entièrement équipée est équipée d'ustensiles de cuisine standard, vaisselle, couverts, micro-ondes, machine à café à dosettes, grille-pain, bouilloire, etc. plus un grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson / four et les condiments de base, produits de nettoyage, etc. que vous attendez à trouver dans une maison loin de chez soi.

Systèmes de chauffage / refroidissement

Le salon est desservi par un climatiseur à cycle inversé à système divisé ainsi qu'un chauffage au gaz, et il y a des ventilateurs autonomes dans les chambres pour compléter cela.

"Resort Haven" est configuré pour dormir confortablement toute combinaison d'adultes et d'enfants jusqu'à un maximum de 6:

Une réservation standard comprend des doonas avec couvertures, des oreillers sans couvertures, des torchons, des essuie-mains et des tapis de bain. Le coût pour fournir le linge en option est un frais unique par séjour de 30 $ par lit king / queen / double et de 15 $ par lit simple. We had an amazing stay! The house is spacious, well laid out and felt private despite being in a resort. Great facilities to keep us entertained and the restaurant/cafe was so handy with great food options. Property owner was very helpful with great communication. Would stay again.

Very comfortable, great facilities and location

We loved our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 4, plus a grandparent. Whilst still being warm and cosy on a cold winter weekend. We enjoyed the facilities & the location was perfect to access all that Phillip Island has to offer. Thank you, we will be back!

Great Family Resort

My family of 5 had a great time during our long weekend stay. Accommodation was roomy, quiet & private. My kids loved the resort facilities, swimming pool, playground etc. I loved the walking track. Lots of nature & animals.

I was hoping for a great stay, realised when we arrived we have stayed there before - a few years ago and it was pretty average back then but we were hoping to see some great changes. If I realised it was the same villa I would not have booked.On entry the villa still had the same bad smell and as we looked around you could see why. Place really lacked a thorough clean and attention. Dirty, smelly dishes in oven. Dirty grease filled bbq. Every window frame was dirty/mouldy, couch is grotty (I had to put covers on it), place not dusted - top of fridge and cupboards covered in thick hard to clean dust. Stained doona provided for the master room. Really disappointing.They did send a cleaner through again when I contacted them about the state of the villa but again the cleaner did a pretty poor job. It was a much needed break so we just tried to make the most of everything else. They did clean the oven, bbq and provided a cover for the doona but they only cleaned one window frame and did nothing about anything else.I had hoped it would have gotten better because the facilities are great but the villa is a real let down.We had friends staying in another villa own by someone else at the same time and the difference between our villas was night and day. I was so embarrassed of ours!

Short Family Getaway

Our 3-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. There are fantastic facilities onsite, and as we had fanily from overseas with us, the Ramada Resort was in a great location close to Cowes and the Fairy Penguin attraction. We also visited the wildlife park just across the road, and our guests LOVED it. There were a couple of things that let us down, the main one being the buffet breakfast. We arrived towards the end of the dining time, and had to ask for plates, cutlery, and even if more food would be coming out, as all the trays were empty. It was a well priced breakfast....but not if there's nothing to eat. A few items were topped up, onky fir guests who had already eaten to stack their plates high and a few in our group missed out again. Staff were very busy (and friendly) and I felt that we were hassling them and so just managed to eat a few items that were topped up. Would highly suggest going when the breakfast opens so you have some choice of what to eat.

Not what we were expecting

The cleanliness was poor. Heavy dust on fans, dust on kitchen shelves, found dirty mugs in cupboards. The dishwasher was broken, and a problem with kitchen faucet aswell. There was only one frying pan, and no basic cooking condiments like salt and pepper. There wasn't enough cutlery, 5 forks when the unit accommodates 6. The area is for the "resort people" so when staying in a private owned unit everything seemed to be extra. And there was absolutely no wifi anywhere as we were not with the "resort". However the beds were comfy and the bedrooms and bathrooms seemed clean. So that was good.

So much to do

This is perfect for a family or group of friends. It’s really clean and nice and cosy. The park has so many things to do though if you want to eat in the restaurant for dinner I would highly recommending booking well in advance and if you wanting to ride the pedal karts make sure you go over and book it in early morning. They are a lot of fun! We had a really pleasant stay and would stay again if we ever go back over that way.

Phillip Island at your doorstep

The villa was a great option for a 3 days stay on Phillip Island close to all the main attractions and the local shops. Great amenities within the resort to entertain the teenagers with some independence.

Fantastic place

Fantastic place to stay only a minute drive to the main town or you can walk but the resort has so much for you to do with a indoor swim spa sauna unfortunately was out of order when we were there they also have two outdoor pools and outdoor Jacuzzi tennis courts ride on go karts for kids and adults restaurant outdoor fire pit up near the restaurant it is a very big resort with great walking tracks as well . Our house or unit was lovely enough room for the adults that we had there we had a great girls weekend away and the manager of the property is fantastic to deal with a great stay all round. We all agreed we would stay there again

Great resort, modern spacious villa.

Our teen family of four enjoyed this property. The villa was spacious and modern, beds were comfy. Heating worked well. The resort facilities were great, we loved the indoor pool and spa for our winter stay. Resort staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Cowes township, a couple of minutes by car.

Weekend getaway

The cabin was very spacious & well stocked with everything. The supplied pods for the coffee machine were decaffeinated so if you want the good stuff you can pre-buy @ Aldi. The facilities were excellent! We spent all day in all 3 pools. However we could not get wifi in the common area & the bike/carts were $25 each to hire. Sheets and towels are extra cost so we brought our own.

Bbq was dirty, frying pan was dirty, coffee pod machine was full of used pods, very surprised there was no sugar or maybe a small milk, we weren’t told this wasn’t available….cleanliness of the cutlery was appalling, whoever is servicing this apartment needs a rocket….a telephone is there that is not connected..odd we thought….no internet and if there was…no password….a few spa towels might have helped, course we had to use our bath towels….sheets were clean though….this apartment certainly needs an upgrade…..

Clean and easy accommodation

Nice little villa, no issues with it other than low water pressure for the showers but that's not uncommon. Lots of amenities and activists to do within the resort or nearby. Close to the town and main attractions.

Great family stay with a perfect central location

We found this resort a perfect location fir our family. The cabin was private and had room for our family of 4. The Address of where you are staying is confusing online. It was a better location than where we thought. I would recommend this location for a family getaway.

Basic but comfortable enough

Good location just out of town, easy drive to everywhere on the island. Property was as expected, pretty basic but comfortable enough. No soap in bathrooms or toilets was a bit disappointing.

We booked location for our annual girls trip away. We were thrilled with the place, how clean, the facilities and everything! The resort itself is also amazing and a destination we will definitely come back to.
