Nous sommes situés dans une communauté balnéaire tranquille. Les plages locales, vignoble, magasin général, station-service, randonnée, supermarché et églises sont à dix minutes. Newport R. I. et Providence R. I. sont à trente-cinq minutes en voiture. Cape Cod, Ma est à environ une heure de route. Notre suite d'invité est un concept ouvert avec douze cent pieds carrés. Il y a deux chambres privées. La première chambre a un lit queen tandis que la deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux. La salle de bains spacieuse dispose d'une blanchisserie. La cuisine complète est livrée avec toutes les casseroles et ustensiles dont vous auriez besoin. Cette suite est située au deuxième étage et dispose d'une entrée privée. This was a great home base to explore RI. Under an hour to Newport and so many lovely towns, beaches and places to visit in a 15 minute radius. Neighborhood is very quiet with easy access to nature trails. Apartment was well appointed and very comfortable.

I think the best compliment I can give is this. My family and I felt as comfortable here as we do at home. Plenty of room, exceptionally clean and quiet, full size kitchen and dining area, washer and dryer and easy access to nearby amenities and beaches. Everything you need and nothing you don't! Random nit pick thoughts: A non skid bath mat for the tub as it is a little bit slick. Maybe a floor lamp by the couch and recliner for reading. That's about it. If you are planning a trip to beautiful Rhode Island, Mike and Cori have a great place for you to stay.

Our stay was clouded by a very stressful attempt to find the property. Google Maps could not locate it since we were not given an actual house number. We drove up and down Colebrook Road and into a half dozen driveways but none had the house pictured on the website. We finally went to a post office in Adamsville, but the postal person said he was not from the area and did not know the hosts' first names. Without the last name, we couldn't look it up. Finally, I remembered that I had a text and call from the host on my mobile phone. Mike answered immediately and gave us the house number that we found without delay. I was equally frustrated to have to pay for insurance on the rental since we were only staying 2 nights and would not be doing any cooking. The good news is that Mike offered information about places to visit and local restaurants where we had delicious seafood. Our swim in warm ocean water was also appreciated on our second day. The day before, our entire lunch was stolen within seconds of taking our sandwiches and other food items out of our bag as we were stormed by a huge flock of seagulls who attacked our blanket. Other people seated near by made no attempt to help us so we left immediately having no lunch and no nearby restaurants that were open. The queen size bed was too high off the floor and one of the two twin bed mattresses had coils that bruised my bottom. The window had a light outside and no shade so it felt like daylight.

A welcome email was sent with our address including the street number and our contact information. Otherwise Jeanne would not have found our street. Purchasing insurance is a standard practice and is required to stay at our property. I explained this on the phone after you cancelled the insurance. We do have exterior lights on the property for the saftey of our guest to navigate to and from their vehicles. Your experience with the seagulls although unfornate has nothing to do with our property.

Girls Trip

This was such a nice place to stay for the weekend. We planned a very travel heavy trip and this wasn't necessarily a middle ground for us but it is close to Tiverton and we found a wonderful coffee shop to start our day. We really appreciated our stay here.

Great stay in convenient location

This was our home base while in LC for a wedding. It was well appointed, clean, and quiet. Although the weather wasn't conducive to outdoor activities this weekend, it has a cute little yard with a grill and a picnic table for the use of the renters. Would stay here again when the need arises.

Lovely apartment

Great stay overall. Us and our three kids (10, 6, and 7 months) were all very comfortable in the accommodations. The owners were also extremely quick to respond to an internet outage and had us back up and running in 15 minutes.
