Excellent emplacement d'Easton's Point, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'avenue Tuckerman. Charmant cottage situĂ© sur une rue calme Ă  distance de marche de la plage d'Easton, de la 2e plage, de nombreux restaurants et de la pittoresque promenade Cliff Walk de Newport. À une courte distance en voiture du centre-ville de Newport, de plusieurs demeures historiques et de l'avenue Bellevue.

Ce chalet de style studio est situé dans un quartier calme et résidentiel adjacent à un logement occupé par le propriétaire. Il est idéal pour une personne seule, un couple ou une petite famille (max. 1 enfant plus ùgé) venant passer de belles vacances relaxantes dans la région de Newport.

En raison de la structure structurelle de la location (escaliers et loft) et de la sécurité des clients, nous préférons que seuls les enfants plus ùgés, ùgés de 12 ans et plus voyagent avec leur famille.

This cottage is perfect for a single person or a couple looking to be close to Newport but in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Newport Folk Fest

This space was absolutely perfect for two dad- aged guys. Joan made the check in process seamless, and was proactively communicating prior to arrival to make sure we were on the same page. I was greeted by Marty upon arrival, a delightful and friendly cat who had coffee with me in the morning. The cottage was clean, had dishes, a full fridge, and a gas stove. There was also a Kurig for coffee with plenty of pods. We are quiet people and appreciated the quiet neighborhood, but the beach and cliff walk are a five minute walk from the stay.

Perfect Middletown Cottage!

This cottage was just what I needed for a quiet 3-day getaway. Tucked in a peaceful residential area near the beaches and close to Sachuest Point, it offered a great mix of comfort and location. The space was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming feel. What stood out most was how thoughtful the owner was (water in fridge and coffee pods ready for the next morning) and checking in to make sure everything was going well, which really added a personal touch. It’s a perfect spot to recharge and to be so close and convenient to all that Newport and Middletown have to offer. I look forward to staying stay here again!!

Wonderful stay

We stayed in this cozy cottage for three nights to attend our nieces wedding. It is close to all the Newport activities. It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

Wonderful!

We had the good fortune to stay in this charming cottage while we were in Middletown for a family wedding. From the booking process till checkout, the experience was excellent. Joan and Tony were warm and gracious and shared fascinating stories about the property’s history. The unit itself is fantastic!
