Fais ta valise! Cette location de vacances ensoleillée de deux chambres au deuxiÚme étage récemment rénovée a tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter d'une escapade relaxante au bord de la mer. Situé dans la section Easton's Point de Middletown adjacente à St. George's School, cette location dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, et tous les draps sont fournis, y compris quatre serviettes de plage. Il y a un lit queen et deux lits jumeaux dans les chambres, et le porche trois saisons a un futon en taille réelle pour dormir plus. Revenez de la plage aprÚs une glorieuse journée au soleil et profitez de rafraßchissements sur le pont de la chambre principale, ou détendez-vous dans la cour et faites griller un steak! Oh oui, il y a deux places de parking attribuées à cette location.

Les plages First (Easton's) et Second (Sachuest) sont à moins d'un mile pour ceux qui souhaitent marcher. Sachuest Beach at Surfers End propose certains des meilleurs spots de surf du Rhode Island. Le célÚbre Newport Cliff Walk est à environ 1,6 km. Marchez jusqu'à certains restaurants et pubs locaux, y compris la célÚbre Flo's Clam Shack! Un court trajet jusqu'à Bellevue Ave., Newport Harbor et Thames Street.

Great comfortable apartment with great amenities

Newport Wedding

I came for a weekend with a friend to go to a wedding. We looked at hotels but they were expensive and small. This apartment was really cute, comfortable and roomy! We were each able to have our own room! The apartment was incredibly clean and pleasant. The weather was pretty warm, but with the windows open we didn't need a/c. There's a lovely deck off of one of the bedrooms. There are 2 beaches that are less than a mile away. We walked to Second Beach which was really nice! We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again!

Comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. Barb and Ed were wonderful hosts! The house was close to everything we wanted to see. The house was well stocked with thoughtful extras and the beds were comfortable for a great nights sleep. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect stay for the Newport marathon

I signed up for the Newport marathon and made a weekend of it with my husband and pup. We made a weekend out of it. 2 nights. Friday my husband played a 9 hole golf course in Jamestown while I went to scope the marathon course, get my bib and brought my pup for a walk at a park I pondered upon. Being 1 mile from the starting line of the marathon was perfect since I just jogged there as a warm up and my husband didn’t have to find busy parking if we were to drive in for the day (we didn’t even think or know we were that close to the start line so it was a nice surprise!). The place was cozy and super accommodating. It had everything we needed. Would stay here again if I choose to run another race here!

Amazing!

Barb & Ed are amazing hostesses and really thought of just about everything for your stay. The VRBO was quiet, calm, and cozy. Would recommend this to families of 4 or less or 2 couples max.

Perfect Stay

This upper floor of a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our 3-night stay. It was very cozy with with plenty of room for 3 adults, comfy beds, full kitchen, and more. We especially loved the 2nd floor deck, from which you could smell and faintly hear the ocean, plus the beautifully landscaped gardens below. Location was ideal for access to 3+ local beaches, mansion tours, cliff walk, and great restaurants in Newport as well as within walking distance from home. We also enjoyed visiting with the hosts and their adorable dog. I only wish our stay could have been longer!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Barb and Ed’s place. The rental was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic. It was a very quick and easy drive into Newport. Seaside Escape was awesome!

We had a beautiful birthday/Easter weekend at SE. Barbara and Ed were super welcoming hosts, the rental was immaculate and cozy. We loved our time there and will definitely return! We also loved the proximity to Salve Regina (where our daughter will be for the next 3 years) and all the classic Newport attractions. Plus we could bring our dog, who our daughter misses a lot! We also appreciated the comprehensive binder of local attractions that Barbara and Ed had for the guests. Can't wait to return! Thank you!

Wonderful Time

My sister, myself and a family friend came in for a cousin's wedding in Newport and had a wonderful couple of days here. Barbara and Ed were very kind and communicative, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their recommendations for the area were also spot on, and I would absolutely book again for a longer trip!

Location, location, location. With benefits.

Brilliant hosts: caring and unobtrusive. The flat above their house is a mile from everything — three beaches, the town centre, restaurants (closer, really) — yet a calm oasis, too. Well stocked and supplied, clean and very comfortable. Truly excellent.

Adorable & Close proximity to everything

We have been vacationing in Newport for many years and decided it was time to purchase our own 'Seaside Escape'! We retired here and thoroughly enjoy all that Acquidneck Island has to offer - relaxing, exploring, dining out - we could go on and on! Most importantly, we enjoy meeting so many great people, some of whom have become good friends.

This sunny vacation rental is close enough to walk, bike or ride to all of the wonderful activities in and around Newport, including both First and Second Beaches. Our location offers an escape from the crowds and tourists at the end of the day. It has a beautiful yard our renters can enjoy for grilling and relaxing and a deck/balcony off the master bedroom.
