Hello, Hope all is well and Im glad you enjoyed your stay with us. I did read some concerns you expressed and will touch on the ones I can control like : there is enough basic supplies left by the cleaning crew to welcome you in. Depending on your use of those basic supplies will determine how quickly you will need to go out and get. The beds all have enough sheets for up to 6 ppl and can sleep up to 6ppl. All the other concerns are out of our hands but have been brought up to the property manger to assure more smiles.... Thank you for your stay.

Thank you very much for your stay and your review. I’m saddened to hear of your slight delay in the check in process. Unfortunately, as you stated you checked-in past 5pm. At that time our office is closed and check-in is with security. No matter what everything moves in a smooth fashion to make all the travelers feel as relaxed as possible. I’m glad to hear about all other positive feedback and hope to host you again to gain that 5 star.

We are sorry about your experience but please allow us to clarify some things. We wish you would have contacted us during your NINE NIGHT stay to correct any issues. But you reached out after unfortunately. We will address all your concerns point by point. 1) Indoor Gas Stove- This indoor stove has always been disconnected for safety reasons. For that reason we provide a full outdoor kitchen with covering incase it rains. 2) You are correct that the microwave that is installed does not work, but we provided a working microwave and placed it on top of the disconnected stove so that our guests can have a microwave indoors until the correct replacement microwave arrives as it is a special order and is not in stock. 3) Not sure what you meant with the reference to the rain as the whole outdoor area is completely covered and has no leaks. 4) You claim that 2 of the outside burners did not turn on. This is incorrect. After your departure the property was inspected and the burners did indeed turn on. We have had guest before and after your stay and both were able to use the burners correctly. If you did not know how to turn the burner on, you could have reached out directly to us and we would have been more than happy to help 5) You claim that the other 2 burners were getting bad? That is inaccurate as all 4 burners are in good condition and work correctly. 6) You stated that we only left TWO forks? This is also incorrect as we left a whole drawer full of utensils for our guests use. Again, maybe you did not see them which is very difficult but you could have reached out to us during your stay and we would have pointed out where the utensils were. Not once during your stay did you mention anything 7) You claim that there was also no wash cloths? This is also incorrect as we left plenty of wash cloths along with plenty of towels. You could have reached out at any point during your stay if you didn't "find" them for some reason. But they were all stored in plain view. 8) You stated that we did not leave you storage containers for left overs? This is not our responsibility and no where did we state that we would. 9) You stated that you found cockroach traps? Those cockroach traps are placed for preventative measures being that we are in South Florida and so close to the water. At no point have we ever had a roach infestation and never received any complaints about this. 10) You claimed to have found roaches in your food- This may be due to improperly storing opened food. You stated you did not have containers and left food out instead of storing it in the fridge. Which is still odd as we did not find any roaches when we inspected the home after your stay. Please allow me to address the fact that after your stay, we inspected the property and found a mess with trash and different things thrown around. This may explain why there was a roach issue during your stay. We hate that we have to put this information out there but this vacation home has always been kept clean and functioning for our guest to enjoy. We have had guests before you and after you and never had any of these kinds of complaints. We are sorry you are not happy but we do not feel as if your review paints a true picture of our vacation home. Also, if there were any inconveniences you could have reached out during your 9 NIGHT stay to express them and we would have helped you resolve them. Thank you
