Welcome to beautiful and relax vacation mobile home:
A Beautiful mobile home with high sealing will make you feel at home or can enjoy the sunset in front of the bay.
Outdoor Space:
BBQ and outdoor dining/lounge area, and TV.
Indoor Space:
Bedroom#1 with queen Mattress ( sleep 2 peoples), small closet with drawer, & smart TV
Bedroom#2 with full mattress (sleep 2 peoples)
Day bed c/ two twin mattress in the living room (sleep 2 people)
Fully stocked kitchen, including full sized appliances, small dinner table inside

Commun Area:
Basketball/Pickeltball/Tennis court/ playground, boat ramp (no dockage), hammock area, pool, laundry are available to all guess. Note the community association may close any. one or more area if repair is needed. No rebound or credit to thee reservation will be provided if such area are not available.
Parking:
1-2 vehicle's fit on the property. or 1 water vessel/trailer.
Guess parking available in community. ($10.00 extra fee at check in)
The property is located a few minutes away from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and many ocean front restaurant and bars.
Golf car can be rented , call or text me for price ( only adult can drive it and only inside the Calusa campground)

Incidental:
Property is inspected after every check out. Guest may be responsible for any broken or missing items .
Please advise host immediately if anything needs to be repaired in the home.

***Please do not bring any pet without permission from the host
***The Calusa Community has rules and regulation that must be followed by every guest. A List or rules can be request prior to arrive by calling the association office at 305-451-1032
Note:
-Maximum of 6 people per reservation
-Vehicle and water vessel must fit on your reserved property
-1 Boat/trailer per reservation (max 25 ft) 0r 1-2 Jet skis on 1 trailer.
