EntiÚrement meublé et équipé, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. L'appartement est situé à Ir Yamim, un nouveau développement à cÎté de Ramat Poleg, à Netanya, sur la Riviera israélienne. Il a une vue imprenable sur la mer et la ville. Ce nouvel immeuble de sécurité élégant offre un parking clos gratuit, air / chauffage central, Wifi gratuit, poubelle, trois ascenseurs dont un Shabbat. 3 chambres, avec lit queen / king. La chambre principale est entiÚrement privée avec salle de bain fermée avec verre dor, banc, douche à effet pluie et à main. Interphone en circuit fermé et sécurité. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée, balcon meublé face à la mer pour des dßners romantiques au coucher du soleil, téléviseurs à écran plat et DVD, à la fois dans le salon et la chambre principale. Télévision par cùble gratuite (nombreuses chaßnes et langues) et bien plus encore


La propriété est située dans le trÚs souhaitable Ir Yamim, en face de Ramat Poleg dans la partie sud de Netanya, le long de l'autoroute cÎtiÚre vers Tel Aviv et Haïfa. TrÚs central pour des excursions d'une journée dans tout Israël. La plage de Poleg est la seule plage plate de Netanya. C'est une plage large, propre et belle avec toutes les installations et un restaurant / bar de plage nommé Bambu.
AccĂšs facile Ă  l'autoroute / autoroute / voie express
Le nouveau centre commercial Ir Yamim vient d'ouvrir ses portes et compte de nombreux magasins et restaurants. Il est considéré comme l'un des plus beaux centres commerciaux d'Israël et est à seulement 3 minutes à pied.

Venir depuis l'aéroport:
 Si vous louez une voiture, ils vous donneront une carte.
Vous devez vous diriger vers Tel Aviv sur l'autoroute 1.
Puis vers l'autoroute 20 puis vers l'autoroute 2 en direction de HaĂŻfa.
Vous passerez Herzlia, et quelques sorties plus tard, sortez sur Netanya sud.
En vous rapprochant, il semble que l'autoroute se heurte à un groupe de gratte-ciel, c'est le quartier, préparez-vous à sortir sur NETANYA SUD.
Tournez Ă  gauche Ă  la sortie. Au deuxiĂšme feu, (Zalman Shazar) tournez Ă  gauche.
Passez le premier feu et arrivez à un rond-point. Le bùtiment est sur le cÎté droit. Garez la voiture le long du trottoir et appelez Dudi. Il descendra pour vous saluer.
Si vous le google-earth, vous verrez comment y arriver. Il peut afficher une zone vide, car elle est nouvelle.

Il faudra environ 30 minutes pour arriver de l'aéroport.
En bref: Autoroute 1 jusqu'Ă  Tel Aviv jusqu'Ă  l'autoroute 20 (Ayalon) jusqu'Ă  l'autoroute 2 jusqu'Ă  HaĂŻfa, sortie Netanya sud, tournez Ă  gauche sur la lumiĂšre. Tournez encore Ă  gauche au deuxiĂšme feu, rendez-vous au rond-point. se garer Ă  droite.
Dudi vous montrera le parking et l'appartement.

So much fun!

Absolutely Perfect Stay – With the Best Hosts!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, clean, and cozy apartment. The apartment is has an amazing location near everything you need including the beach. The pros: The apartment is lovely and spacious. The view is great and the location is convenient to the beach, shopping and central highway.The cons: there was no body soap, shampoo/conditioner. There is a washer but no detergent. There were problems with the garage opener that lasted 4 days and there was construction going on, starting at 7:30AM!

Great place to stay. We loved the apartment. Nice and specious and convenient to restaurants and stores and the mall. A quick 15 minute walk to the beach. Very attentive host and in building managers. They really took care of us and were there to help if needed. Looking forward to going back and staying in the apartment again.

Fantastic Apartment in Ir Yamim

We stayed here for 2 weeks during our family trip to Israel. The apartment was perfect--clean, beautifully decorated, great view of the beach and sea, and walking distance to the Piano and the sea. The owners are easy to reach and their communication was excellent. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We are planning to stay here again for our trip next summer!

Within walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, supermarket, mall and beach. Wonderful view of the Mediterranean. Host could not have been more helpful, even supplying non-listed amenities when asked if she knew where I could obtain them. Wish I had known about this listing in past years.

Great stay in Ir Yamim

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. I was there for two weeks, with my husband and two teen kids. It was exactly as described in the listing - clean, modernized, nice building, off street parking, very convenient to shopping, restaurants and to Poleg beach. The property manager was always available and responsive immediately (although we had very few issues, just a couple of questions). We would stay there again.

Fantastic Apartment in Ir Yamim/Netanya

Lovely, spacious apartment in Ir Yamim. Very welcoming hosts. Property manager is a prince and lives right next door available to help with anything you need on your stay. Apartment is in the heart of Ir Yamim walking distance to beach, synagogues, outdoor Piano and the indoor mall shopping. Would recomend to anyone!

We stayed in this apartment during Passover 2011. Everything written on the website is totally accurate. The apartment is new, spacious, and beautiful. The building is new and there is parking in the garage under the building. The rental manager was great and addressed all of our needs. The view of the sea is beautiful and they are building a mall nearby which will be great for the area. We would definately stay here again. Our family loved it!

Poleg Beach Natanya Vacation Stay

The apartment is exactly as pictured and represented. The location is convenient to a beautiful natural beach which stretches for miles. Access is convenient to a grocery, shops and reasonable restaurants. A short cab ride to the rail system can take you to numerous tourism sites. The owner is very responsive and provided access to a local representative who was also very responsive and helpful, not only about the property, but also informing us about the local surroundings and teaching about the rail system. Overall, our stay is filled with positive memories.

Great Apartment in Netanya

We had a great stay at this Ir Yamim apartment. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The only minor complaint is that the beds were not all made and there were no pillows for the beds other than in the primary bedroom. There was also no soap for the washer and dishwasher. Usually these basics are available.

A Slice of Heaven

We had a great experience at this beautiful apartment in Ir Yamim. The ocean view was breathtaking. The description was perfect. Everything was easy. The beach was a short drive away. There were grocery stores, restaurants and shopping walking distance from the building. The owner and property manager made sure we had everything we needed and were flexible with scheduling and our late arrival. We have family in Israel, will definitely book here again. We highly recommend this property.

Comfy & Immaculate

Our family of five had the pleasure of staying in this extremely comfortable apartment. It was a restful spot / area to be in for the few days we had before our group tour began in Tiberias. The amenities in the apartment are top-notch. Believe me with three boys, we used them all. Too, the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom which is very nice. The apartment is superbly clean and quiet. The views are spectacular especially at sunset and the beach was an easy walk away. The neighbors, Dudi and Perash, are truly wonderful & caring people. Upon our arrival, they went above & beyond the call of duty by helping us get provisioned with groceries for the weekend (as time was running short & we had not rented a car). Thank you too, Rickie, for providing an apartment that shows as it really is—very nice.

The Home of All Homes

From the moment we walked in the door we were literally overwhelmed with the sheer elegance and contemporary beauty of this magnificent beachfront “home”. It was our first time in Netanya, and our stay here convinced us that making Aliyah was the exact right thing to do! The three bedrooms were perfect, as were the bathrooms. The patio view was absolutely stunning, and we really had all that we needed and had ever planned for a hopefully luxurious family retreat. We’re sad to be leaving later this evening, but we absolutely, positively intend to return here again! On another final, the owner, Rickie, could not have been sweeter, kinder or more helpful from the moment we made contact with her. And the family that helps her manage the rentals for her home were beyond amazing with their help and support as well. It was easiest, most process to rent this apartment and we will never stay anywhere else!

Better than a hotel

The write up almost tells it all but it can't be better than a first hand experience. We vacationed in Netanya in late May, 2011 and opted for an apartment style vacation rather than the hotel one and it was an excellent experience. All the amenities listed were available including plenty of parking, exercise, closeness to the beach, and a fully loaded apartment as one might find in a hotel but of course better. We stayed for three weeks and didn't have to break the bank eating out every night as we had a full kitchen with a modern oven and a full refrigerator. We didn't have to bring an abundance of clothes as the washer/dryer proved more than adequate. Overall the apartment is spacious, quiet, and clean and you will not be disappointed. The beach is extremely clean as it is not yet popular or known about by most visiting tourists and within walking distance to the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location off the major Tel Aviv-Haifa highway and as a result it's easy access to the north and central parts of the country as well as Jerusalem area. The apartment was well maintained and our experience was amazing. I would recommend this apartment highly to anyone interested in staying in Israel.

Séjour trÚs agréable. Emplacement top. Seul bémol. Frais de service et menage inadaptés draps et coussins inexistants meme pour deux personnes et on a droit à des remarques si on reçoit ses enfants ce qui me semble exagéré. Sinon je recommande cet appartement pour sa situation.

This is the coolest vacation property. The views are spectacular. The proximity to the beach is so convenient. The location is fantastic for day trips all over Israel. Very short drive to the main freeway. This is a spacious and airy apt/condo.
Once you visit, you’ll want to come back every year, as our previous visitors have.
